    How to fetch payment Advice details in REGUH  REGUP tables by passing Header details of Payment document (BEKNR, BUKRS and GJAHR) ?
    My observation:

    Correct if my observation is wrong
    Whats the meaning of LAUFI 'Additional Identification' ?
    While displaying Check is the program always picks last/latest payment run entry from REGUH?

    But if we are making payments through F-58 and FBZ5 transaction then these both tables REGUH REGUP also get updated. in such case how does system determines --> Payment Run id
    Payment Run id (REGUH-LAUFI) is crucial for me to fetch Payment details from REGUP table
    also tell me when does system generates multiple lines for single payment document in REGUH ?

  • Vendor Payment Advice - idoc PEXR2002

    Dear guru,
    My customer would like to receive a payment advice from the bank regarding the vendor payments done.
    It means that after processing the F110 and sent the payments to the bank, we will receive an acknowledgement idoc from the bank in order to inform us that all payments have been correctly processed.
    I have seen that the idoc PEXR2002 can be used as "payment advice" with message type REMADV for instance. But all the cases that i have seen concerned customer payment advices sent directly by them.
    Is anyone know if it is possible to use this idoc in order to retrieve the payment information for vendor and not customer?
    If yes, where can we retrieve those information in SAP? Besides the table AVIK/AVIP, can we check the payment advice integration somewhere else (reports, financial document)? because in our case we just want to retrieve the confirmation of payments but there wont be clearing between payment/vendor invoice because it will have been already done at F110 processing.

    Hi Afzal,
    For sending Payment advice by E-Mail, "You need to copy SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040 and adjust it to write code as per your requirement. This BTE runs for each payment advice note to be sent and in the module, it is mentioned 1=print, 2 = Fax and I=mail, so you can set your priority, that if an E-Mail address is maintained in the vendor master, send mail or if no E-mail address is maintained send Fax, and if both are not possible shoot a Print.
    From Configuration side, you need to maintain the Z copy of SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040 in FIBF transaction under the Process module of a customer without country or application indicator.

  • Payment advices in F110 to be sent by email (PDF format) - step by step

    Hi SDN,
    We have a requirement to automatically send payment advices in F110 via email. The requirement is to send the file in PDF format. I've done a lot of browsing through in the forums, as well as check SAP notes, but none has really detailed a step by step process on how to go about it.
    I've also checked SAP NOTE 836169, but it is also not that detailed.
    Assuming that SCOT has been already set up by BASIS, I've done the following steps to test if the auto-email works, and here are the steps I did.
    1. Vendor Master Data -Define u2018Std communication methodu2019 as SMTP (Internet mail) and maintain an email address in the vendor master data.
    3. T-Code BERP u2013 Code to find the relevant BTE. Use the Selection Attribute to browse for your business area. In my case, it is AP-Payment Transactions hence FI-AP-AP-PT.
    00002040 is the relevant process. This is a Function called SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040. In this case, the FM only checks for an email address in the Vendor Master. If more logic is required a Z-version would need to be created.
    4. Use t-code FIBF to create the enhancement.
    a) Create a product.
    A product groups together customer enhancements to BTEu2019s developed in the customer's namespace. All customer enhancements assigned to a certain customer product can be released with the Activate Customer Product indicator. The OPEN_FI function module for a certain customer enhancement cannot find the corresponding customer function modules, until this has been done.
    Create the product name (for example ZMAIL) and make it active.
    FIBF->Settings->Products->u2026of a Customer
    b) Assign the BTE to the FM:
    Settings->Process Modules->u2026of a customer
    Assign the 00002040 process to the FM and Product.
    5. Run the autopayment program F110.
    After I run the following steps, no email is being generated by the system. Is there anything that I still need to do? Or could anybody please kindly provide a step-by-step process? I'm a functional person, so I won't be able to do ABAP programming for this. Thanks and regards to all

    Check SCOT and SOST transactions.
    At a previous client using 4.6C we did a program and allocated it in F110.  The program reviewed the payment tables and sent the payment advice (basic list) to the employee vendors.

  • Invoice number and document number not printed in payment advice

    Hello Gurus,
           I am executing reprint check through transaction fch7, In that Invoice number and document number not printed in payment advice. I have created zscript for that and also assinged regup-belnr and regup-xblnr and used standard program RFFOUS_C.
    other fields from regup table are displayed but above two mentioned fields are not displayed.
          I even tried debugging standard RFFOUS_C prog, in that regup-belnr and regup-xblnr are coming but it is not printed on form.

    Debug you Zscript and check the invoice no and document no. Have assigned that script in FBZP..? check the which form is calling FCH7 in debugger mode..?

  • Attaching a document along with payment advice during F110

    Hi All,
    when i run F110 all payments with payment mode 'T'(telegraphic) are mailed to the respective vendors and all payments with mode 'K'(Credit) are displayed in the spool(SP01).
    Now the requirement is that the contract of the vendor(contract document is attached in the vendor master-FK02) should also me mailed along with the payment advice.
    I created a Z-program(copied from RFFOEDI1) which downloads this contract document from vendor master onto the desktop and then uploads this and sends it to the customer.
    However when i do this the mail request for the contract document is being generated(as can be seen in the send requests list (t-code SOSG) and the mail also gets triggered when i process it in SCOT), but no mail request is being generated for the payment advice  .
    Also no spool for payment advices with payment mode 'K' is generated in SP01.
    Any help is appreciated and will be rewared generously.

    Hi,
    As far as I remember there are no direct ways in SAP do to that.
    One suggestion. Create a custom program to send emails and save it with a variant in DME (the last Tab in F110). This is the same place where you maintain the details for sending out the EDI information.
    Once you are done with F110, you can carry out the print functionality to execute the program to send out emails with the payment advice.

  • Vendor payment Advice Email Sending with PDF

    Hi Experts,
    I need to develop a program when the user completes his transaction from F110.
    It need to trigger a email to vendor about the payment terms along with the Reference Number & Invoice no. & Currency, as a PDF Attachment.
    I have searched in the SCN before posting and I got lot of good results but I not found any PDF attachment and any coding,
    Please help me out.

  • In vendor payment advice to show the document type

    Our customised vendor payment advice is designed in smartforms, we need to include document types for e.g. if Down paymentu2013KA, Invoice-RE to easy understand. From where can I call this document types? Because in our payment advice for FI we only have the table BSAK cleared items. Here BKPF always KZ and I didnu2019t get the origin document type. In automatic payment program after payment run, in payment list here we can see the document type KA or RE. Like same we need to show in our payment advice.
    Please suggest.

    I suppose based on the same ZUONR and AUGBL, you could find the related BSEG entries and from there, BKPF with the document type... but this needs to be verified whether it's the correct logic.
    Even then, searching BSEG with those fields will be a performance problem unless you can do it via some secondary index.

  • Not generating IDOC for payment Advice to Vendors

    Hi,
    IDOC was getting generated before one month but now SAP system has stopped generating IDOC for vendor Payment advice. This problem is with all the vendors.
    After execution of t-c-ode F110, payment document is successfully created, but IDOC is not geenerated. There is no log about "IDOC not getting generated"
    Checked Table REGUH, IDOC number is displayed as 0000000000000.
    This was happening perfectly one month back.
    There is no change in Vendor master data, IDOC number range is available.
    There is no posting of IDOC in table DFKKTHP and checked Report REREMITADV for which there is no data.

    Hi,
    First check certain customization:-
    (1) FBZP setup for payment method at country level. Whether IDOC generation program is assigned or not.
    (2) Then check the variant of RFFOEDI1 in the printout tab of F110. Is the selection creteria OK?
    (3) Check the partner profile in WE20 for the bank.
    Then run the program RFFOEDI1 in SE38 for your payment run and check the output.
    You can also get this program debugged from you ABAPer to have root cause analysis.

  • Send E-mail with payment advice to several address

    In our company in USA we set a payment through ACH, for it we need to send a payment advice to the vendor after we run process in F110, that process is run properly but the problem is we need to send some mails to more than one receiver, and the option to input it is in vendor master data, but at the moment to send e-mail the system only send mail to first address, some one have idea can I do for send to several address???

    HI,
    I am assuming that you are using BTE 2040 or 2050 to achieve this. Instead of using the sample FM provided by SAP for this BTE, copy it to a Y/Z FM and then you can modify it accordingly.
    My suggestion would be to create a custom table for the email addresses and pick the additional email addresses from there in conjugation with the Vendor master.

    We receive Idoc for payment advice from customer. Can some body tell me how can I read this information to match the invoice.I mean how can I map Idoc field to SAP internal tables.
    How do I know which Idoc field will hit which SAP table & which table.
    So please guide me about Idoc mapping & finding appropriate field for inbound idocs.

    Hello,
    Customer of vendor payment advice is the advice informing the customer that the amount has been paid against which invoices.
    You need to configure the payment advice in FBZP or give them as part of variant in F110.
    When you run the automatic payment program, based on the FBZP settings, a payment advice gets triggered.
    You are able to see your payment advice in SP02. To generate payment advice correctly, please make sure your settings in Variant (F110) are correct. Any invalid entries will result in NO generation of payment advice.

    I have a requirement where in I need to check the payment advices on a given date and check if there are any cleared items in that, if so delete the cleared items from the payment advice.
    Please suggest how this can be done. Which tables should I check? Is there any FM for deletion of cleared items from payment advice?

    These function modules will delete the payment advice as a whole.
    But my requirement is to delete only the cleared line items in the item section of the payment advice (FBE2). Also the payment amount must be automatically updated and the balance recalculated in the item section of the payment advice (FBE2) after items have been cleared. 
    Please suggest a suitable approach to do this.

  • Withholding tax vs Vendor payment advice

    Hi,
    We have configured extended withholding tax to be calculated at the time invoice posting. Because of this configuration, during the invoice posting (FB60) we are able to see withholding tax account being effected.
    We also have configuration for withholding tax to be calculated at the time of payment posting.
    We have also designed vendor payment Z report. In that report *only the withholding tax calculated at the time of "payment posting" is showing but not the withholding tax configured to be calculated at the time invoice posting
    .Is this way system behaves? What can we do to show the with holding tax which is calculated at the time of invoice to be shown in the vendor payment advice?*

    Hi,
    As you did payment agains invoice you get the BELNR for payment document.
    You get the AUGBL no from BSEG table for BELNR. Then you put this in AUGBL no in BSEG table. Here you will get document cleared against this AUGBL.
    Then use this BELNR you get by running AUGBL no. Put this BELNR no in WITH_ITEM table BELNR field. Here you will get your data of invoice or advance payment cleared against payment.

    I implemented Business Transaction Event 2040 to determine whether a vendor payment advice should be paper or e-mail.  The SAP code that populates the e-mail address from the vendor's master record only uses the first e-mail address, regardless of how many e-mail addresses are entered.
    Have any of you found a way to send the e-mail to all of the addresses in the vendor master address table, ADR6, without making a modification to SAP's code?  I tried putting multiple e-mail addresses in the first address field.  The data validation that is being performed did not allow multiple addresses.
    When I asked this question of SAP, their answer was that there's nothing wrong and that they would be happy to charge for remote consulting to provide that functionality.
    I know that we could create a group e-mail address within our e-mail application for every vendor that wants the e-mail to be sent to multiple recipients.  Then enter that group e-mail address in the first line of the vendor master e-mail data.  I don't really want to do this because this would entail AP staff requesting to have that group set up and maintained by the staff that maintains the e-mail application. 
    Since we have the ability to enter multiple e-mail addresses for vendors, it seems like the payment advice e-mail that is generated should send an e-mail for every entry in the vendor master.

    We are using program RFFOUS_T to create the payment advice.  Your solution of copying that program and modifying it would work.  But I don't want to go to the time and trouble of doing that. 
    Because the volume of vendors that have multiple e-mail addresses is small, we'll just create group e-mail addresses in our e-mail application (Lotus Notes) and use that group e-mail address in the vendor master e-mail screen.
    SAP doesn't consider this an error.  At best it is a serious shortcoming.  I have a hard time believing that I'm the first or only customer that has asked about and for this.

  • Payment Advice transaction F110.

    Hi All,
    I have copied and modified the form F110_IN_AVIS. From transaction F-43 I am creating a document and from transaction F110 running payment advice.The form is working fine in development but in quality it is not picking data from REGUH table.The company code is CMY and payment method is D and T .When again tested in development same problem is there,data is not getting picked up.There is no changes in configuration side. The payment advice is send as mail to the clerks email id in the vendor correspondance accounting.Now the mail is also not getting generated,but the data is getting entered in REGUH. The print program is RFFOEDI1.
    Please guide why the data is not getting picked up and how to resolve it.

    Once form is attached to Program and it worked once in Devlopment and not working in Quality means nothing wrong from the form point of view
    There should be some misunderstanding between F-43 and F110 transactions from functional point of view, so that the data is not getting transfered from F-43 to F110.
    So take the help of the functional consultant in this regard and solve it.
