Payment & credit not applied?

 I've been on EFT from my account for the last several months - Nov 1st, payment was made, but now it's the 14th and it hasn't been applied to my account.  Skype support chat isn't working - what's up with this.  How the hell do you contact these people?

Video conferencing is only up to 10 people including yourself.  After 10 it reverts to an audio only conference.  In the current versions you would have to create a group not exceeding 10 people to ensure video is not disabled.   It's also been free for quite some time (requires no purchase) and there is no purchase that increases these limitations.

  • $100 credit not applied months later

    Verizon Stink. I was promised $100.00 of each new phone activation back at the end of march when I purchased 2 new Htc one m8's. I still haven't received it and they are now saying I will not get it. I had a corporate store where I purchased my phone that I will receive the credit of $100. for each phone and I talked with to customer sales reps at Verizon online said the same thing and I went into a local store before the corporate store and the guy couldn't believe it. So he went onto the sales rep live chat and they told him the same thing. He said he couldn't match it being a independent store of Verizon and told me to go to corporate store and purchased phones there when they told me the same thing. Now customer service is telling me I will not receive the money. I plan on suing verison for falses telling me something just to get me to sign new contracts and for the stress they have put me under

    I have not received my bill credit of $150 per line as agreed to when I signed up 3 months ago. I was told I would receive credit on the 2nd or 3rd bill.

    I have the same issue.  I was quoted one thing and then charged $100 more.  I have called a dozen times to get it corrected.  i get told it is corrected and then I get my bill and see that it is not.  I'm so over Verizon.  I'm calling one more time to get it fixed.  If it isn't I'm changing providers because this is the most ridiculous thing I've experienced.

    I few month age I purchased $10.00 credit.  I showed up in my Skype account as a credit, the $10.00 plus whatever credit I have to my phone number.  When I make calls on my Skype number it will it will debit my account balance until I approach the $10,00 amount and then autochaged without using the $10,00.  How do I move the $10.00 to apply to my Skype number account?

  • Alternative for 'AR Receipt apply to Credit Note'

    we are using 11i. in the AR Receivables User Guide (115arug.pdf), we found this:
    You can apply receipts to any type of transaction except guarantees and standard credit memos.
    however, our users are requesting if they can apply the receipt to credit memos.
    Need advice on alternatives.
    Business scenarios:
    1) revise of price
    let's said we have 3 invoices,
    INV 1=$ 1000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 10 Each), on 90 days terms.
    INV 2=$ 2000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 20 Each), on 90 days terms.
    INV 3=$ 3000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 30 Each), on 90 days terms.
    on day 75, we decided to revise the price to $90 (we are telco industries, handset price drop very fast).
    so user will generate a Credit Note of $10*60=$600, not related to any invoices. (CN1)
    when customer make payment of $90*$60, user create a receipt of $5400, and would like to apply to INV1, INV2, INV3, and CN1.
    but Receipt can not apply to CN1. what can we do here? (right now they apply CN1 to INV1, and Receipt to part of INV1, full INV2, INV3, which to them, look weird)
    p/s: above is simplified scenario, sometimes we have a lot of invoices/lines, which user dun want to create many CN, but wish to create a lump sum CN.
    2) RMA on paid invoices
    let's said we have 3 invoices,
    INV 1=$ 1000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 10 Each), on 90 days terms.
    INV 2=$ 2000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 20 Each), on 90 days terms.
    INV 3=$ 3000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 30 Each), on 90 days terms.
    on day 34, customer make full payment of INV 1 (RCP1, $1000). so now the open balance is:
    INV 1= $ 0 (fully paid)
    INV 2= $ 2000
    INV 3= $ 3000
    on day 51, customer found the unit faulty(our customer actually is the dealer, they dun open/check the received stock immediately), request for RMA.
    So our user create RMA order, complete it, and during autoinvoice, a CN1 is created and automatically apply to INV 1. so now the balance is:
    INV 1= $ -1000 (receipt applied, credit note applied, thus become negative amount)
    INV 2= $ 2000
    INV 3= $ 3000
    on day 80, customer pay the remaining $4000 (RCP2, $4000). user wish
    1) CN1 is not automatically apply to INV 1 if INV 1 has been paid. (is this possible?)
    2) RCP2 ($4000) can be apply to INV2, INV3, and CN1.
    please advise what is the right way to handle above scenario, thanks.

  • Credit memo request / credit note

    I have a doubt in credit memo request setting.
    I have setup to create a credit memo req in sales with ref. to either billing doc or sales doc.
    In copy control I have chosen pricing type 'D'. We manually maintain prices in Sales.
    Say for eg. we have delivered the below to our customer.
    material 1 - 2 pieces - each at $2000
    material 2 - 1 piece -   each at $3500
    My customer didnot return the part, but instead comment that the price of material 2 is too high.
    So the client wishes to change the price of the material 2 to $2800/piece instead of $3500.
    I notice that when I mark the item 2 with reason for rejection code as "too expensive", in my Credit Note I see $0.00 to be copied.
    Am not clear here. Should I change the pricing type in my credit note to allow changes so that my new price is only at $2800?
    Where should I do this?
    Also should I delete the material 1 from the credit memo req document or should I delete it from my credit note?
    I quite don't know why should we keep the material when there is no problem that we already charged the customer & they have payed us too.

    "Item Rejection reason" may be used in Sales Order, when there are multiple line item & some of them are not to be executed. The items which are not to be executed, should be maintained with "Item Rejection reason"

    The anwer to this is Yes.

    Irrespective of receipt of excess payment Credit note can be issued. You need not cancel original invoice & the credit balance can be settled in latter transaction or can be refunded through FI.
    <i>case 2: also if only the invoice is sent to the customer, but if they have not paid the company</i>
    In this case, the customer can make the payment as per outstanding due in his account, as credit note will give an effect in accounting. You need not cancel original invoice & the credit balance can be settled in latter transaction or can be refunded through FI.

  • R12 Payment Process Request only picking up 1 Credit Note per supplier

    I am using R12 v 12.1 and have found an issue when I create a Payment Process Request that includes multiple credit notes for a supplier. When I create the batch only 1 credit note is selected. When I attempt to manuallly add another credit note it adds it to the batch however when I confirm the payment batch only 1 credit note is applied The nett amount for the supplier is still positive so I am unable to determine why this issue is occuring. Can anyone tell me if there is a setting to allow multiple credit notes within a payment process batch for a supplier?
    I have found something but am not sure if this is the solution. Under the 'Process Automation' tab when I create a PPR template I have noticed an option called 'Maximize Credits'. If this check box is selected will it allow multiple credit notes for 1 supplier to be added to a payment batch or is this option used for something different?
    Can someone please help with my issue.

    Yes, you are correct.
    You have to select the option "Maximize Credits" that will select all the available credit notes for the supplier while processing the PPR.

  • How to deal with payment of vendor to us (credit notes I guess)

    Normally I use F07 for outgoing payments, it's linked to vendors, but how to deal with incoming payments of vendors?
    We got paid two invoices(credit notes I guess) and I want to put them under the right vendor, but how do I do it?
    I can't use F07 I think because I need to use positive amounts (for normal purchase invoices) and can't use negative amounts in this transaction. F08 is for ingoing payment but that session is linked to customers I thought..not for vendors?
    How to deal with this kind ot transactions? What transaction can I use the best for payments like this
    (we got paid an amount , no invoices yet, but I know the vendor).

    I am desperate right now. I'm not sure if I got myself into some real trouble since I got the in-app and it works fine, but the purchase did not show up. It usually asks ms if I want to pay 2.99 and I would press "yes," but this time it did not ask and I feel like I got this app without paying for it. please any advice!?

    How to set system to calculate due date of credit note base on payment terms (same as invoice)?
    For example: Customer A has payment terms 7 days
    If I issue invoice on 05.09.2008 due date is 12.09.208 but when I issue credit note on 05.09.2008 due date of credit note is 05.09.2008.

  • Credit Note issue against AR Down payment

    Hi,
    The business process is down payment and milestone billing. We have raised the FAZ for the down payment for 100 EUR and we have recieved the payment from customer and posted the same in F-29.
    1. We have to raise the credit memo against the down payment ( We need to cancel the cleared down payment). When issuing credit note against the credit memo, the following message appears:
    No account is specified in item 0000001001
    Message no. F5670
    Diagnosis
    No account was specified for account type "S" in item "0000001001" of the FI/CO document.
    System Response
    The Financial Accounting program cannot process the document.
    Procedure
    A system error has probably occurred in the application you called up. Check the data transferred to item "0000001001" of the FI/CO document.
    2. If we try to create the final invoice then the down payment recieved line item also will be flown. And if try to issue the credit note agaisnt the Billing document also the same issue.
    Normally the Down payment is noted item and we are doing manual posting of incoming payment in FI. And the same we are clearing. And we need to issue the Credit note. And there is no account determination for the down payment line item.
    Please advise.

    We have done the document reverse and reset in FBRA.or normal item cancel in FB08.
    Business want to issue Debit Note with reference to the Down payment invoice(FAZ). While doing the same I am facing the account determination issue, as the down payment is with only noted item.
    Hope my issue is understood correctly.
      Debit Note issue with reference to Down payment line item
    Case 1: Business has created only Down payment request and received down payment incoming payment against FAZ. Further milestone related billing is not yet done.
    Step 1. Create Order with down payment and billing plan
    Step 2. Create Invoice with FAZ
    Accounting entries: only one line item with noted item A down payment request.
      Step 3. Post incoming payment
      F-29 done
    Step 4. Reversal of Incoming payment
      F-39 Clear down payments or
    Down payment document reverse and reset in FBRA.
    or FB08.
      Step 5. Issue debit memo (DR)against the FAZ
      Create Debit memo request and debit memo
    Error: Document XXXXXXX saved (no
    accounting document generated)
    Message no. VF050
    When tried to release the document to accounting, the following error.
    No account is specified in item 0000001001
    Message no. F5670
    Diagnosis

      Step 4. Create the next mile stone related billing.
    Invoice XXXXXXXX with Down payment cleared line item and invoicing line item
    Step 5. Raise debit note with reference to Milestone relating line items
    Only line item with invoicing line needs to be selected while raising Debit memo request:
    Step 6. Create billing document
    Note:  For the down payment line item, we need to follow the process of Case 1(Can this be over come by issuing the Debit note from FI with reference to Down payment Invoice FAZ ?) by issuing FI Debit note.

  • Raising a credit note when customer makes a prompt payment

    Hi everyone
    Does anyone know how you can raise a credit note automatically when a customer makes a payment with discount?
    The discount is for prompt payment, i.e. 3% discount if you pay within 30days of the invoice.
    The invoice will be issued for the full amount assuming no prompt payment is made. However, if the customer pays within the 30 days then a credit note is required to adjust the amount of sales and also tax.
    In most EU countries a credit note is required to demonstrate to the tax authorities the VAT adjustment and I am aware SAP can automatically adjust the amount wihtout a credit note. However, this is legally required.
    Any experience of this would be much appreciated.

    Credit Note through SD route will follow the sales cycle of Sales Order --> Billing & an ideal to use. It can be quantity related or not, I'll explain how? Have a separate Pricing Procedure linked to say ZDR - Debit Memo & ZCR - Credit Memo, where the pricing control is manual. Have a dummy material. With all necessary configuration available, you will be able to make credit memo for dummy material with quantity as 1 & maintain price & other condition manually.

  • Automatically apply credit notes to debit notes in AR

    Hi,
    I have a requirement where my client wants me to find out the customers who have credit and debit balances on their accounts that balance out to zero.
    Also they want me to write a program that automatically applies the credit notes to debit notes for such customers.
    Can someone please let me know the SQL/APIs that can be used to first identify such customers and then automatically apply the credit notes to debit notes.
    I being a TCA/Distributions guy and being new to AR would really appreciate your help.

    This query will identify which customers have zero balance but open debit/credit memos (for rel 11i):
