Bill Credit Not Applied

I have not received my bill credit of $150 per line as agreed to when I signed up 3 months ago. I was told I would receive credit on the 2nd or 3rd bill.

I have the same issue.  I was quoted one thing and then charged $100 more.  I have called a dozen times to get it corrected.  i get told it is corrected and then I get my bill and see that it is not.  I'm so over Verizon.  I'm calling one more time to get it fixed.  If it isn't I'm changing providers because this is the most ridiculous thing I've experienced.

    Verizon Stink. I was promised $100.00 of each new phone activation back at the end of march when I purchased 2 new Htc one m8's. I still haven't received it and they are now saying I will not get it. I had a corporate store where I purchased my phone that I will receive the credit of $100. for each phone and I talked with to customer sales reps at Verizon online said the same thing and I went into a local store before the corporate store and the guy couldn't believe it. So he went onto the sales rep live chat and they told him the same thing. He said he couldn't match it being a independent store of Verizon and told me to go to corporate store and purchased phones there when they told me the same thing. Now customer service is telling me I will not receive the money. I plan on suing verison for falses telling me something just to get me to sign new contracts and for the stress they have put me under

    On June 5 I signed up for an Internet only special for $14.99 a month and a $25.00 gift card. A month later I find that I was billed $66.00 for the service. 4 customer service calls later and over 9 hrs on the phone and I still have no resolution.   • Skype credit not applied to my phone number account

    I few month age I purchased $10.00 credit.  I showed up in my Skype account as a credit, the $10.00 plus whatever credit I have to my phone number.  When I make calls on my Skype number it will it will debit my account balance until I approach the $10,00 amount and then autochaged without using the $10,00.  How do I move the $10.00 to apply to my Skype number account?

    Video conferencing is only up to 10 people including yourself.  After 10 it reverts to an audio only conference.  In the current versions you would have to create a group not exceeding 10 people to ensure video is not disabled.   It's also been free for quite some time (requires no purchase) and there is no purchase that increases these limitations.

    we are using 11i. in the AR Receivables User Guide (115arug.pdf), we found this:
    You can apply receipts to any type of transaction except guarantees and standard credit memos.
    however, our users are requesting if they can apply the receipt to credit memos.
    Need advice on alternatives.
    Business scenarios:
    1) revise of price
    let's said we have 3 invoices,
    INV 1=$ 1000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 10 Each), on 90 days terms.
    INV 2=$ 2000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 20 Each), on 90 days terms.
    INV 3=$ 3000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 30 Each), on 90 days terms.
    on day 75, we decided to revise the price to $90 (we are telco industries, handset price drop very fast).
    so user will generate a Credit Note of $10*60=$600, not related to any invoices. (CN1)
    when customer make payment of $90*$60, user create a receipt of $5400, and would like to apply to INV1, INV2, INV3, and CN1.
    but Receipt can not apply to CN1. what can we do here? (right now they apply CN1 to INV1, and Receipt to part of INV1, full INV2, INV3, which to them, look weird)
    p/s: above is simplified scenario, sometimes we have a lot of invoices/lines, which user dun want to create many CN, but wish to create a lump sum CN.
    2) RMA on paid invoices
    let's said we have 3 invoices,
    INV 1=$ 1000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 10 Each), on 90 days terms.
    INV 2=$ 2000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 20 Each), on 90 days terms.
    INV 3=$ 3000 (with 1 line, $ 100 * 30 Each), on 90 days terms.
    on day 34, customer make full payment of INV 1 (RCP1, $1000). so now the open balance is:
    INV 1= $ 0 (fully paid)
    INV 2= $ 2000
    INV 3= $ 3000
    on day 51, customer found the unit faulty(our customer actually is the dealer, they dun open/check the received stock immediately), request for RMA.
    So our user create RMA order, complete it, and during autoinvoice, a CN1 is created and automatically apply to INV 1. so now the balance is:
    INV 1= $ -1000 (receipt applied, credit note applied, thus become negative amount)
    INV 2= $ 2000
    INV 3= $ 3000
    on day 80, customer pay the remaining $4000 (RCP2, $4000). user wish
    1) CN1 is not automatically apply to INV 1 if INV 1 has been paid. (is this possible?)
    2) RCP2 ($4000) can be apply to INV2, INV3, and CN1.
    please advise what is the right way to handle above scenario, thanks.

  • Automatic Credit Note generation during billing

    Hi,
    How automatic credit note is generated during billing where document type is RV ? During Billing i.e, sales invoice accounting document type become RV and accounting entries are :-
    01 Customer A/c
    50 Revenue A/c
    50 Service tax payble A/c
    50 Educatio Cess A/c
    50 HEeducess A/c
    If there is VAT/CST it become credit.
    But two invoice documents are generated as doc type RV and accounting entries are :-
    11 Customer A/c
    40 Revenue A/c
    40 Service tax payble A/c
    40 Educatio Cess A/c
    40 HEeducess A/c
    In case of Credit note we can pass this entry through doc type DG. But during billing how automatic credit note is being generated ?

    Hi Yadav,
    In case of Credit note we can pass entry two ways are i) From Accounts by passing manual accounting entries if there is different of amounts and ii) direct generating credit note automatically after sales order istead of billing if there is shortage of quantitiy. Here Revenue accounts will be positive and Customer negative. In my case credit note has generated automatically after sales order instead of creating billing document which has posted directly as standard RV document type. I have one doubt there is no dfference in quantity. Whatever sales order quantity is raised same quantity has raised as Sales invoice. The user who generates normal sales invoice(billing) even he is very much doubt, instead of generating billing document how credit note is generated automatically where Revenue A/c, Service Tax A/c, Education and Higher Edu cess become Dr. How it is possible ?

  • Disputes for Credit Notes are not displayed in Biller Direct

    Issue: Back end ECC, allows us to create disputes on stand alone credit notes, but on the Biller Direct front end we are not able to see the disputes created.
    Description in detail:
    1. When a dispute is created on a credit note, system treats it as a Customer Disputed Credit Memo (CDIS_CRED) and it is created in ECC with relation F6.
    2. On the Biller Dircet Front end , standard actually display disputes for a Invoice created with relation F1 and F2. So we are not able to see the Customer Disputed Credit Memos.
    3. Front End (Biller Direct) allows only open invoices to be disputed and not credit notes, even though it is allowed in ECC.
    We would like to know if you have come across this scenario before and have resolved it either through customization or Configuration.
    Advice/Recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

    I just saw this thread now and I am glad I can share the solution with you:
    For View: PRDIOOV/OBJECTOV, debug method GET_LIST_OF_STATIC_VIEWS and find out why system is suppressing some assignment blocks.
    For some reasons, SAP has included these methods in Product Overview page which are meant to suppress some Assignment Blocks depending upon their usability.
    Just redefine this method and delete the views from the Static Views Result List. Following is the sample code:
    CALL METHOD SUPER->GET_LIST_OF_STATIC_VIEWS
      RECEIVING
        RT_RESULT = rt_result.
    DELETE rt_result WHERE viewid = 'CUSRQMSLAPro.SRQM_SLAPRO/MainWindow'.
    DELETE rt_result WHERE viewid = 'SrvEnt.PRDSRV/SrvEntOVE'.
    DELETE rt_result WHERE viewid = 'ZIOBJECT_VC/VC'.

  • Collective billing for credit note requests

    Hi ERP Gurus,
    i'm trying to bill in a single credit note (billing document) many credit note requests generated through a rebate partial settlement.
    I'm using the billing due list functionality (tcode VF04) with collective billing execution mode.
    I got a dubt while seeing the billing document created because as many rows as the sum of the items of the two sales documents were created even if there were some common items.
    I would like to have a summation if one item (i.e. a material) is present in more than one sales document but i wanna also be sure that the rebate agreement will be correctly taking in consideration the billing document created.
    Anybody can support me on that?

    Hi Carmine,
    If you could use any of the user exits to do it may be it will help you to solve you problem better, use a userexit while creating a billing document with more than one reference and then try to check and summate the materials in the user exit.
    try this and let me know if this works...
    even I did the same in my pro and it worked..

    I have configured intercompany billing. Now i can able to create invoice for Supplying part to Ordering Party. This invoice creation without sales order na. So, if i want to create credit & Debite memo for supplying party to Ordering party how to create. Because here we are creating invoice wioth out sales order and creating with reference of delivery note. In this process sales order creation belongs to ordering party to customer. So where we can maintain Credit & Debit note for Supplying party to ordering party. I think when we create invoice can we maintain billing type as credit note? please suggest me to maintain Cr. & Dr Memo In Intercompany billing between Supplying company to Ordering company.

    For intercompany stock transfer if you want to implement credit & debit memo in intercompany you need to reference credit & debit memo requests CR & DR or the returns order with delivery NL. You will define them in the sales area of the supplying plant. Then you maintain the copy controls from RE to G2 / D2 or CR / DR to G2 / D2.
    For intercompany sales, the customer returns the goods to the ordering plant. Not the supplying plant. Coz customer doesnot know from where the ordering plant brought the goods from. So in that case customer to ordering plant is standard returns process. Returns between the ordering & supplying plant is again like mentioned above.

  • Automatic clearing of credit note with its billing document

    I have a problem during the "release to accounting" of an SD credit note.
    The real problem is about the automatic clearing of the credit note with the billing document that it refers.
    I have only one clearing criteria in customizing on the field ZUONR (assignment number), and the credit note have the right value (the number of the billing document).
    The SD billing document and its FI document have the same number, and the credit note too.
    When the credit note is passed to FI (release to accounting automatically), the user wants that it is also cleared.
    How can I do it? Can I do it?

    Does it work now if you run it?
    If not you need to run the clearing in test mode and see how it proposes to do the clearing?
    Are you saying you have a billing doc for say 100 Euro and a credit for 100 Euro.
    Both the credit and the billing doc have the same value in the assignment field and f.13 for account type "D" is just set to clear against ZUONR.
    If that is the case it should work, however check for small things like discount being due on the billing document and not the credit note and therefore the net amount of the billing document may be less than the credit note.
    Please award points if this is useful.

  • Update Credit Note Invoice Ref. (BSEG-REBZG) with original billing document

    I would like to update the field Invoice Reference (BSEG-REBZG) on my credit note with the original SD billing document number.
    The business process is:
    1. We create a Credit Memo Request with reference to the SD order number through transaction code VA01. (I also tried to create it with reference directly to the billing document)
    2. We create a Credit Memo with reference to Credit memo request through transaction VF01 and the accounting document is created accordingly.
    I have tried several combinations in the setup of the Copy Control (VTFA and VTFF) without success.
    Please let me know how to solve the issue.

    Had you created the credit memo with reference to billing document you could have maintained copy controls in VTFF under Header Reference number.
    In case you dont have return delivery for your returns, why dont you create a credit memo using the invoice itself.
    In your case you will have to do this with the help of an enhancement.
    Check user exit RV60AFZC for this and take the help of your ABAPer on the same.

    I have a requirement to create a billing document that references a credit note that is already in the system. A credit note was created for returns for an invoice that has been paid and we now want to create another order and bill the customer less the amount of the credit memo. Its a cash payment and an invoice is not created.How do we go about that.

    is this your scenario:
    - sales order, delivery and billing document created for customer, say 100 pce
    - customer payed for the order of 100 pce
    - customer returns 10 pce
    - credit memo request and credit memo created for 10 pce
    - customer orders a new order say 200 pce
    - you create a sales order, delivery and billin document for 200 pce
    But customer should only pay for his new order the value for 200 -10 = 190 pce
    is this right?
    I don't think you need to do anything as the FI postings anyway are updated and the Open items for the customer in FBL5N should show this. 
    It is just a payment process, your accounting clerk should inform the one who raises the order that the customer is only to pay for the difference.
    Well, this how we do it (in Pharmaceuticals).
