Payment is not acknowledged

Hi there,  I made a transfer of £11.50 for pay as you go.  On bank statement shows that the amount paid on 13th May 2013.  But received two emails today informing me that payment failed?!!

Please contact Skype Customer Service to enquire the status of your payment being posted to your account.  Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
As you know you wish to contact Customer Service, skip past Step 2 of the instruction and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request.  No need to circle back to the Community as referred to in Step 4 of the instruction, as you just have!

  • Fraudulent Billing-Online Credit Card Payments not acknowledged by Verizon

    Hi,
    I made 2 online credit card payments in August 2013 for $145,  I also made a online check payment.  My Verizon account only showed the check payment and not the credit card payments eventhough I was charged for these payaments.  I talked to a Verizon rep and was told to fax the credit card statements which I did.  I was then told that they were not visible. So, I faxed it again. Another Verizon rep stated acknowledged the payments and this was resolved. 
    A few days later I got a call from the original Verinzon rep stating that they are still having issues with the bank statements and that the payments are not visible.  I thought she was confused and didn't understand that this was already resolved.  Why did the second Verizon rep see the proof of payment and the first one didn't I will not understand.  So, I contacted Verizon again and got a 3rd rep who was completely rude and gave me a hard time stating that there was nothing entered in the computer stating that a bank statement was required and that I had to pay $145 again!  I just hung up and called back again and got a 4th rep that was more supportive.  She provided me with an email address to fax the bank statements which I did right away. I thought this was finally resolved. Yeah right.
    Weeks later, I get an e-mail from the Verizon Finace team stating that they are still having issues and that I need to request additional documentation besides the bank statements from my banks.  After months of research on Verizon's end, I was given 10 days to get this documentation or the case will be closed.  I contacted the banks and they didn't understand why the bank statements were not enough. I've literally spent hours at work and so much time trying to get this resolved. I'm so beyond stressed out.
    I provided the bank statements again to Verizon-Notificaiton, but I have not heard back.  The $145 is still on my account balance and I refuse to be double billed.  This is just not right.  I plan to contact an attorney about this. The bank statements clearly show that I was charged $145.  It's not my fault that you can't locate payment. I will not pay an additional $145.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board. you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.
    To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

  • AP - Payment Process not picking up Invoices

    Hi All,
    I am running the payment process from AP(Payments Manager).I have created 5 Invoices on 12-Dec-2013 and have attached the Pay Group. Once i run the payment process with the pay group none of my invoices has been picked up for processing.I have given the date range from 01-Dec-2013 to 13-Dec-2013
    Please help i need close this task ASAP

    What are the payment terms on the invoices? If these are not IMMEDIATE, and the payment is not due, the system would not pick them up until they are due.
    What is the payment method on the invoice and in the PPR? Are you running the PPR for electronically paid invoices but the invoices are set to be paid by check?
    Are there any holds on the suppliers you are trying to pay?
    What are the other parameters you gave when running the PPR? It helps to check those against the invoice to make sure they would qualify.
    Information about the pararameters you are using and one of the invoices to be selected would be helpful.

    Yes, payment term should flow from vendor master to PO.
    Now as payment term not printed in PO print, just check with your PO output type & related FORM or PDF/SmartForm in it for application EF in NACE t.code. Also check SmartForm in t.code: SMARTFORMS . Or if FORM check in t.code:SE71 / SE73 the SapScript & see inclusion of all payment term in it with help of with ABAP consultant.

  • My very new MacBook Pro will not acknowledge that I have my camera plugged in, so I am unable to download any pictures.

         This year for Christmas I recieved the newest version of the MacBook Pro. It has worked perfectly, until today. I went to download pictures off of my camera on to my computer, and the computer would not acknowledge that anything was plugged in. I tried each USB port, I restarted and shut down the computer several times, I left it in for a while without touching it, I tried logging in as a guest user, and I tried using a Card Reader instead of the camera cord. But absolutely nothing worked.
         I found that the problem wasn't the camera cord or camera, because I tried plugging it into a different MacBook Pro and it worked just fine. I had the computer plugging in the entire time so it couldn't have been that the computer was just low on power. The really weird thing is I tried to plug my iphone into my computer and that worked fine.
         Has this ever happened to anyone before? Can you give me some advice? I am very frustrated because this computer is basically brand new and its supposed to be a very high quality computer.

  • Creative Cloud is not acknowledging installed apps, is there a solution?

    Creative Cloud is not acknowledging installed apps since the upgrade, all I am seeing is "install" or "try" buttons even for the apps already on my system. Nothing under "installed apps"
    I tried this:

  • Account 'Acquisition: down payments' could not be found for area 01

    Hi,
    In our PO there is a 8 line items. We want to create GRN by taking 2 line items at a time. It is Asset's PO and GRN. During GRN we select two line items check box including item OK check box. Click on Check button which shows as green signal. Click on POST button it shows error message as " Account 'Acquisition: down payments' could not be found for area 01". But previously lot of GRN were passed through this asset's GL account. But in asset accounting account determination is still exist against this asset. What is the probable solution ?

    I want to clarify one thing this 'Acquisition Down Payment' for asset accounting is required for account allocations which are used in asset classes for assets under construction. But It is not an asset under construction. No GL account was maintained against this Acquisition Down Payment before the issue raised.  Lot of entries were passed through the same GL account before. What is the reason for asking this type of GL account ?

    HP Officejet Pro 8625 - Will not acknowledge incoming fax while in sleep mode. The sender receives an error "no answer".
    When I call the fax number, if I touch the screen it will wake up immediately to receive the fax.
    Printing from the computer while in sleep mode works fine.
    Please advise.  Im missing important faxes and can only set sleep mode to a maximum of 15 mins, so I have an alarm set to touch my machine every 15 mins. sigh...

    Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see when your HP Officejet Pro 8625 enters sleep mode, you are unable to receive any incoming faxes. The senders will receive a 'no answer' error. I understand your printer will wake up from sleep mode if you send a print job.
    First let's go ahead and make sure the OJ 8625 is plugged directly into a wall outlet, using a power bar or surge protector can cause the printer to lose basic functionality over time.     Now, I would like you to update your printers Firmware, click on the link below and follow the on screen instructions:

    You need to use SHD0 or userexit chnages, like always determine from customer master, if user changes, give message like not modifiable  or ask abaper to make non modifable field

  • ITunes 8.0 will not acknowledge the library on a new pc

    I just purchased a new pc and loaded iTunes 8.0. Previously I had my library on an external hard drive. When I open the settings to iTunes and point the location to the external hard drive, iTunes does not acknowledge or open the library.
    I went as far as coping the library over to the internal hard drive of the new pc but that did not work either.
    Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

    OK, that just changed where future music will be added.
    You need to go back to the old PC and get the ITL file. Put it either on the new PC or the exHD. Press *and hold* the shift key while starting itunes and it should "see" all the music on your ex HD.

    I was able to import photos in iPhoto and Image capture when I was running SL 10.6.8 on my older MacBook.
    Did you try quitting everything, restart the Mac and then try again?
    Are there any updates at all for the Mac? I was helping one user not all that long ago and there were updates for her Mac software that had nothing to do with the OS and when she downloaded the updates - the iPad was then recognized in iTunes.

    I have set up email payment advice notes. So if vendors have email addresses maintained, the process will sent out emaisl. Otherwise, it will print out. But after the process I only got the summary report for those printed ones. Those emailed out are not counted in. Is there any body know how to get summary report for emailed ones? Or how I can put printed and emailed ones together in the report? Thanks.
