Payment processing problems

when i go to download any music i get a message saying payment process is unavailable,this has been like this for at least a month ive emailed apple but no responce.has anybody else getting this message?

If you've gotten no response, check your junk mail folder or try a different email address. The iTunes Store team WILL email you back - they do not ignore emails. There's something going on on your end.

See this thread for background on why iTunes can end up with duplicates and how they can be systematically removed. The script there is for Windows users and the "show duplicates" menus have moved around in iTunes 11, but the advice on clearing recently made duplicates should still hold.
As given in my older post "Reorganize library" is meant as a one time command to change the structure of a pre-iTunes 9 library into the newer layout that places music in its own subfolder of the media folder. Once used, if the option becomes available again that suggests that a file called .iTunes Preferences.plist in the media folder has been deleted or editied.

Problem using Payment Process Profile

I'm extracting Payment Process Profileusing a standard selection set and getting an error stating that CREATED_BY is mandatory.
Looking in the log file i see that it is trying to Insert records. This is in 12.2 so have tested the same in 12.1.3 and it works there. Comparison of classes between the 2 envs shows no obvious difference.
Any idea why an extract would be attempting an insert?

I have a problem with the payment process for a payment with processing type = PRINTED:
Steps:
I submit a Set Request, this contains the next requests
Payment Process Request Program
Scheduled Payment Selection Report
Format Payment Instructions (this will create payment instructions)
Payment Instruction Register --> but this output showed Formatted - Ready for Recording
How do I confirm a payment, only process running?

Payment Processing Temporarily not available, try again later.

Hey Guys,
I might have a solution for the folks who are getting the error "Payment Processing Temporarily not available, try again later".
If you have an active credit card and trying to purchase/register in the iTunes store this error pops up. On contacting support, they will tell you to check with the bank and they will also suggest an alternative solution for this(purchasing an iTunes Gift Card).
My Perspective on the Problem:
The bank or the service which Apple is using to process your card is not a 24hrs service. I am not aware if the same problem is being faced in US, Canada & UK. But seeing the previous discussions on this error, most of the Apple users in India and other countries are facing this. I reside in India and I have faced this problem.
My Proposed Solution:
Try registering your card after 9.30am GMT. I was trying to register my card all day long and as soon it was 3am IST, my card got processed and I was able to make purchase on iTunes. So, 3am IST is 9.30am GMT. 9.30am GMT must be the opening time for the day at the bank/service which apple uses to bill users. So, 8 hrs from 9.30am GMT should be the time you should try to use your card on iTunes.
Apple should take care of this.

I had this happen earlier this week - thought perhaps it was a Netflix problem.when it contined the next day, I looked for a reset button - there isn't one. So, I just pulled one of the plugs out from the back of the Apple TV, waited a second and plugged it back in. Worked like a charm and could now watch my movie.

Since Monday, I have been unable to buy music through
iTunes store, as I've consistently got the error

I've tried changing my card to a different one, in
case it's a problem with the connection to my bank,
but on the relevant "My Account" page, when I click

ACH Payment Process in F110 Program

Hi SAP folks,
I am having a small issue with ACH payment process through F110 Program.
I am using Payment program RFFOUS_T for a payment method " A" for ACH and all variant and other configuration is perfect.
When I execute F110 program, it create DME file for me and let's say I clear one vendor with one invoice only then in DME file I can see record 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 and file is 100% good to transfer to bank.
Now If I have two Invoice for same vendor and I execute the same process, record 7 with is Addendum record disappears and I will have only 1, 5, 6, 8 and 9.
Our requirement is that let's say we need to pay multiple almost 100 invoices per vendor and we would like to have records 1, 5, 6 and 100 7 records which contains all vendor invoice information and 8 & 9.
I am using CCD format but i guess with program RFFOUS_T it doesn't matter too much.
Has anybody face this issue before ? I have spent hell of the time on this issue but haven't resolved this. I would greatly appreciate your response on this.

Hi Perry
I think this problem is because of all the payment is grouped as one payment. You need to make a separate payment for each vendor line items so that you get record 7 as many times as the number of vendor open items.
In FBZP, payment method in company code, there is an option where you can select SINGLE PAYMENT FOR MARKED ITEMS and also you need to give the payment method in each of the line items.

Down payment processing error

Hi,
I am facing problems in down payment processing (ECC6.0) with and without billing plan.
What I understand about the normal flow of down payment, once order is saved then down payment request FAZ is billed with reference to the order & it should reflect on the next invoices. Is it the correct flow?
In case of down payment without billing plan, while create billing type FAZ , it gives me message item category TAD can not be billed with billing type FAZ. i am using a dien material.
Even in case of mile stone billing I am getting message only billin rule 4 or 5 can be used. So where do we assign billing rule to billing plan?
I need your valuable input. I am working on ides ecc6.0.

Hi,
the message you get is quite easy to explain: you are using doc.type DZ (should be the default doc type for transaction F-29), but you are entering a vendor line item. This is definitely a problem as doc. type DZ usually does not allow vendor lines in the document, you can check it in transaction OBA7.
Another funny thing is you are saying that you want to enter a down payment received from a customer - so why do you have a vendor line in your document? I think this is the main problem, you are just using a wrong account type. Use the customer account you have entered for the down payment request earlier.
If for seom very strange reasons, you still want to use a vendor line in the customer down payment document, then you have to use another document type that allows customer, vendor and also G/L accounts (check OBA7). However, if you are working with document splitting, you should be careful when picking a document type.

My country was only listed yesterday in the iTunes store, Trinidad and Tobago. I was trying to set up my credit card (VISA) to make some purchases but when i entered the info and clicked 'Done' I keep getting the following message;

ON the 27th I paid for an item I won (over 1000 dollars) by debit/visa option not from my paypal account. It usually is instant but this time it says PAYMENT PROCESSING BY PAYPAL??? I've contacted ebay and paypal numerous times as this is the first time it has happened.... paypal assures me that the payment went through and is completed ... while ebay could not give me an answer besides waiting for the system to update or it could be a glitch and might never update. I've contact my seller but he is adamant on holding the item until it is cleared by ebay... The money is already out of my account and in his (according to paypal) What should I do.. HELP!

The seller is well within his rights to hold shipment until the payment is cleared by Paypal and your bank.
However, if the problem is that Paypal is holding the cleared payment (in escrow, basically), he is required to ship within 7 days. Paypal will release enough money to purchase a shipping label, but he will not get the full payment for up to 21 days after clearance.
Many new sellers can't understand this, but it is a protection for the buyer (and PP) against crooks who take the money and run.
Mostly it affects new sellers, sellers in high fraud categories and high value items. It may also affect experienced sellers who suddenly sell an high price item when normally they sell realatively low value items. (Because that can be a sign of a hijacked account.)
Your seller seems to fall into the flagged category. He will not have any money released to him for 21 days. Tell him you want a refund and buy elsewhere. You don't need to deal with someone who prefers his own rules to the contract we all sell under.

I keep trying to create an iTunes account... I fill in all the required information, and there doesn't seem to be a problem with any of it, but when i click "create account", I get this message at the top in red. "Payment processing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I've been trying regularly since january, and it still won't work; plus, without an itunes account i can't use the e-mail support. what do i do?!??!??

Good news. ITunes helpdesk solved my problem with these lines:
"Although I understand you've already verified your information multiple times, just have a look at your information as it is located on your account at MyInfo:
https://myinfo.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyInfo.woa
Ensure that your information matches exactly: including capitalization, abbreviations, punctuation etc. Also, _ensure that there is an evening phone number provided in the appropriate field_. Once you've verified that, try removing the credit card information, and re-entering it. "
This worked flawlessly... try it.
