Je ne parviens pas à changer mon pays de résidence dans mes paramètres de compte. Pouvez-vous m'aider.

Je suis également dans une région DOM, et toi tu es TOM donc faut suivre la même procédure.
Dans NOTRE CAS, c'est à dire déjà inscrit sur Adobe:
*Il nous faut obligatoirement créé un NOUVEAU compte :
Explication : -à l'inscription sur Adobe, la région ne peut-être modifié une fois que ça a été choisis pour des raisons fiscales.
Les DOM et TOM appartienne à la france DONC pour le nouveau compte que tu vas créé sélection en région : FRANCE ! (Trèès important ! )
Et voilà, par la suite tu fais comme tu veux pour les différents forfait d’abonnement.
Le seul bémol de cette procédure, c'est qu'on va payer une TVA plus chère, étant celle de France à 20% pour moi aux antilles c'est du 8,5%, enfin bref, c'était soit payer un peu plus et avoir l'esprit tranquille car j'ai des logiciels acquis légalement, ou encore continuer à fonctionner dans l'illégalité... et vu le tarif abordable plus d'excuse pour le piratage, autant récompenser les développeur et donc Adobe.
J'encourage d'ailleurs tous ceux qui sont dans ce cas à faire le pas...

AdobeID et pays de résidence

Bonjour à tous.
Je rencontre un petit soucis depuis ce matin :
Utilisateur de lightroom depuis des années, je souhaite passer à la version 5 et donc faire une mise à jour de ma version 4.
Je me connecte à adobe.com, là on m'indique que je dois faire un reset de mon mot de passe suite à des malveillances. je suis les indications fournies et change mon mot de passe.
Reconnection à adobe.com avec mon nouveau mot de passe, je suis bien reconnu, je sélectionne le produit que je souhaite acheter à savoir la mise à jour lightroom 5, et quand je fais procéder voilà ce que l'on m'indique :

Ce compte a été enregistrépour un pays différent. Veuillez vous déconnecter puis vous reconnecter à un compte existant pour ce pays.
Je vis en Guyane Française ! lorsque j'ai créé mlon compte adobe j'ai indiqué guyane française comme pays de résidence et depuis je n'avais jamais rencontré ce genre de problème .... est-ce à dire que désormais pour adobe la guyane française ne fait plus partie de la france ? lorsque j'accède à mon compte perso, la page commence à se charger en français et d'un seul coup tout passe en espagnol !!
Je vais quand même pas me créer une nouvelle adressse email et un nouveau compte adobe ....?
Si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce problème et ou a une solution .... merci !

Suite à un changement d'identification (nouvelle carte bleue), le paiement a été pris en compte mais le téléchargement de OS LION n'a pu se faire : bouton "installation" inopérant.carte

Suite à un changement d'identification auprès de apple store (changement n° carte bleue), le débit correspondant (23,99 euros pour Mac OS LION) a été effectué, mais le téléchargement a échoué : le bouton "acheter" s'est bien modifié en "installation", mais rien ne s'est passé.......! Quel recours ou solution

Entrer une nouvelle carte bleue

Bonsoir, J'ai changé de mastercard, elle est pratiquement enregistrée, mais impossible d'entrer le cryptogramme! Je passe demain à l'Iphone et mon Ipad reste bloqué ! Merci pour votre aide:)

Piratage de compte itunes

Bonjour, je me suis fait pirater mon compte itunes. Des achats de musiques, jeux, logitiels en chinois ont été achetés à partir de mon compte.
J'ai signalé le problème à partir de mon historique d'achats.
Est-ce que je vais être débité? Je compte appeler ma banque dès demain mais faites-vous quelque chose de votre côté pour régler le problème?

Alors moi j'ai du nouveau: en ce qui me concerne, Apple n'a jamais répondu aux appel téléphonique. J'ai trouvé tte seule comment retiré mon numéros de carte bleu.
Il faut aller dans son Itune personnel, store, connexion à son compte. Après avoir rentrer son identifiant et son mot de passe, vous pouvez accédez à vos données personnelles avc nom, prénom, adresse et mode de paiement! A côté vs avez modifier, en cliquant ts les mode de paiement apparaissent ainsi que "Aucun mode de paiement"!
Ensuite j'ai appelé ma banque, j'ai eu un rdv avc un conseiller financier qui m'a expliquer que vu que c'était un achat frauduleux, je serais remboursée en écrivant à mon centre financier.
Depuis le changement du mode de paiement, je n'ai eu aucun débit sur mon compte, je n'ai dc pas fait oppposition. Je pense que le pirate n'avait pas accès à nos num de carte bleu ms juste à notre compte pcq'ils étaient brouillés par des ####.
Ensuite j'ai envoyé un mail salé à apple à l'adresse: [email protected]
Ils m'ont répondu qu'ils allaient enquêter et que de ce fait ils avaient besoin de mon identifiant itune, mes numéros de commandes débitées, de mon système d'exploitation et de mon pays de résidence.
Aucune notion de remboursement n'a été abordé..
Je vous tiens au courant pour la suite des évènements. En espérant vs avoir aider.

Pas de Adobe CC sur l'ile de la Réunion

j'habite sur l’île de la Réunion, et j'ai effectué un essai gratuit de 30 jours sur adobe CC 2014. Fort de ma bonne expérience, je décide de m'abonner à Adobe CC sur le site de l'éditeur. Et là, Adobe, ne connait pas La Réunion (ou ce département français est peut-être listé comme "pays terroriste" par la NSA) et refuse de prendre ma commande :
"Achat non disponible
L’abonnement à Creative Cloud n’est pas encore disponible dans votre pays ou région (Réunion) mais, si vous le souhaitez, nous pouvons vous envoyer une notification lorsque ce sera le cas. Si vous avez changé de pays ou de région, connectez-vous pour mettre à jour votre compte ou bien créez un autre ID Adobe associé à votre nouveau pays de résidence. Pour obtenir la liste des pays dans lesquels le service Creative Cloud est disponible, consultez la page des caractéristiques techniques et des langues disponibles."
et là , ma bonne expérience en à pris un coup, et je me dis que les 700 000 habitants de la Réunion (département Français) ne mérite pas l'accès au cloud d'adobe. C'est plutôt décevant de la part d'Adobe ...
Est-ce que la communauté saurez comment faire, pour m'abonner à Adobe CC, à partir de La Réunion ?

This is occurring on a computer, correct?
Is the computer authorized for the account the media or apps were acquired with?

How long does it take for the warehouse to show a phone as recieved so I can pay my final bill? I would like to sign up for Verizon again as I am very unsatisfied with my new company but cannot until this is resolved.

I recently switched to another competitor but would actually like to start from scratch with Verizon but cannot do so because they cannot locate my devices I mailed in to their warehouse. I switched my whole family's accounts, 3 phones and 1 mobile hotspot, to a competitor to get a cheaper rate and unlimited data but I have not been happy with their service and would like to switch back. The problem is when switching the first time I was told by a Verizon chat rep that I could send my Edge devices back in and would get credit for them and stop my edge payments which was not the way I know now it is supposed to work. After a couple of phone calls a supervisor looked at my online chat transcript and realized that I was correct and the rep had told me incorrectly that they would take my edge phones back and give me credit for them and I could close my account by only paying the early termination fees. She sent me two envelopes to send my two edge phones back in and said they would credit on my account and stop the monthly billing for them once they were received. I called a couple of weeks ago after being charged 24.99 for the both of them again for the month after my account was stopped. They said that they had not received my phones and I should have noted the tracking number from the labels the rep sent me so they could track them. I tried to find the tracking numbers but couldn't so I got back on live chat and asked them to resend me the letter from the supervisor rep as well as resending the labels and he said they could that and it should be 7-10 business days. It has now been over two weeks and I have not received the resent letter or labels so I cannot give them the tracking number to prove I sent my phones back to them. I have also researched the facility I was asked to send these phones back to and it seems this is a pretty common Verizon trick of making you prove you sent the phones and not giving you any access to the tracking numbers. I just want to pay my ETF's and close out my original account so I can start over fresh with Verizon but now I am losing faith in doing that as this is making me wonder if they are the type of company I want to deal with. Please someone who may have dealt with this help me restore my faith in Verizon and give me an idea of what to do next.

How recently did you switch? If it's less than 60 days, then Verizon simply reinstates your previous account. The fact that you were on the EDGE plan and mailed the devices back, and they apparently are somewhere in the system, could cause complications, and it might just work out that you just go back on the same plan and they set you up with the same devices. I'm not sure how it will go - but since you are still being billed for the devices...

Ok, My students can check which subscription they want :
1 art class 25€
3 month subscription 250€
6 month subscription 500€
When they have made that choice (only one) they can proceed and pay by Paypal.
But what happens if they want to pay their subscription at the studio in cash or if they want to wire the money on my bank account?
Well, it's not possible to select either of those two options and by doing so inactivate Paypal.
That's the problem.

In this scenario, I would suggest you to create another form for the cash and wire payments. This form can be embedded to the current form you have, students who wants to pay via cash or wire transfers; they can click on the link and fill their application separately.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable Paypal; using the conditional form elements.

It would help to know which one of the 9 different models of MacBook you have. To see which model you have go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info (and then System Report if you’re running 10.7 Lion or 10.8 Mountain Lion). When System Profiler comes up check the Model Identifier and post it back here.
Rather than buying a MacBook Pro to replace your MacBook you can just get a bigger hard drive. You can get a 1tb drive for around $100 and they are easy to replace in a MacBook.

I don't think that's possible. (If you're trying to get it on another credit card, one option would be to purchase an iTunes gift card with it and redeem it to create an iTunes store credit. Storage upgrades will first charge your iTunes store credit before charging your card.)

How can I separate my daughter's iTunes purchases from mine (the paying account)? Some of her music is dreadful and it keeps downloading to my iPhone.

I opened an iTunes account quite a few years ago and my daughter and I made purchases and shared home libraries and all was well. However, as she's gotten older, her taste in music has changed and some of it is dreadful. It keeps downloading (from the Cloud?) to my iPhone. How can we separate her purchases from mine? We have five devices authorized (her laptop, tablet and iPod and my iPhone and my laptop.) My account is the paying account. Many thanks for your assistance!

On your iOS device:
Settings > Music > turn Show ALl Music off
This will hide purchases that are not locally on your device.
In iTunes create a Playlist with just your music and sync only that playlist.
