PBR to select a specific service provider

I want to use PBR with route map to match some traffic coming from different vlans to go to a specific service provider I have vlan 10 and vlan 20 , both vlan default gateway are on the core switch I am thinking of configuring a route map to match source vlan 10 and set ip next hop to be the inside interface for the router to provider A Then i need to configure a PBR under interface but i am confused about which interface i have to apply the route map , is it the vlan interface on the core switch ? Also i need to know who can i test it

CA Cryptographic service provider?

I am planning to install Single tier Enterprise CA on a dedicated Windows 2008 R2 Server.
We still have Windows XP SP3 workstations and I have some questions about the "cryptography" options on the Certificate Authority installation wizard.
The "Select a cryptographic service provider (CSP)" -selection defaults to "rsa#microsoft software key storage provider". I'am not sure can I select it, or any of the "Cryptography Next Generation (CNG)"
providers (marked with #).
Does anyone have any information about which CSP I should select?
I believe Windows 2003 CA Defaults to "Microsoft Strong Cryptographic Provider" so thinking of selecting that to guarantee compatibility with Windows XP.
Any recommendations on "Key character lenght" and "Hash algorithm for signing certificates" are also very welcome.

You should use the strongest provider (which provides additional features) that is supported by the operating system that runs CA service. In your case it is Microsoft Key Storage Provider. Do not use any legacy provider (strong or enhanced CSP). With Microsoft
KSP you have several options: xxx#Microsoft Key Storage Provider, where xxx -- is public key algorithm supported by the provider. Here you must select the algorithm that is supported by all certificates clients. Currently RSA is Internet PKI standard algorithm
which is supported by almost all certificate clients.
In other words, the most "safe" configuration is RSA#Microsoft Key Storage Provider, signature algorithm = "SHA1" and key length 2048. The following variations are possible without affecting many clients: change key length to 4096 (I don't see a big deal
here) and change to SHA256 signature algorithm. However, legacy clients (Windows XP and Windows Server 2003) may not work with this algorithm (they require updates to support SHA2 algorithms).

Apple's Technical Service Provider complaint and Firewire Target Disk solution

As being my first post, my greetings to the community!
First of all, I would like to clarify that despite I start with a post that includes some negative comments for the Apple's Technical Support Service Provider, which I visited for my problem, I wouldn't like to give the impression that I want to generally spread a negative attitude against them, but only to describe my specific issue. Anyway, only that I haven't visited them so far, after over a 3-year period of using my computer, is a self-explained positive aspect. I've also read that complaints should refer directly to customer's support service, though it is the users with whom I want to share the knowledge resulting from my last experience.
My story/problem has been as following: My computer has failed to boot, I tried some of the tips and advices online and due to the facts that I didn't have the installation disk with me and that I was under stress to recover some of my files, I was urgently needing, I decided to visit an Apple's Technical Support Service Provider. I was hoping for a quick solution, since from the beginning it wouldn't seem to be a hardware failure. I had read about the Target Disk Mode utility and I was at least looking forward to a backup, in case my hard drive was still functioning.
For starters, the provider I finally visited (Sofia, Bulgaria), was not mentioned on the Apple's web page locator. However, I first visited a Reseller, who directed me to the technical service office (other building). Also for starters, I would like to mention that the personnel was totally polite in every case. Now, for the main issue. The technician there connected my laptop via Ethernet cable to another computer, ran a test, which showed that the hardware was working and replied that he cannot know the problem, so I have to leave my computer there for 2-3 days, in order to examine it thoroughly. Luckily, I would leave the country in 2 days and I was needing the files the same day or maximum the following one, so I couldn't follow this option. "Luckily", though, while for the moment I saved 40 euros, the price for examining my problem, regardless spare parts that might would be needed and a value for a backup that I would have might asked. I explained him that I don't have the installation disk with me, just in case he could do the repair disk there, and that I read somewhere that the computer could be connected to another computer via Firewire cable and the hard disk to be seen as an external hard disk, giving me the chance to recover the files I was urgently desiring. The answer to the above was that I can only leave the computer there and I would be informed in 2-3 days. I respect the priority I had to share with other customers, but, on the other hand, to backup 2-3 files and save my life, I don't consider it (specially now that I know) a big of a deal. More important, he wouldn't give me any advice to follow myself. Conservative policy to secure responsibility issues from their part or to secure the payment for a potential check in their house?
First, I didn't try to search for the solution, provided that I didn't have any clue from the technician and that there was no chance to find someone with another mac, but also while I couldn't risk to loose time to search for a backing up solution rather to start immediately with remaking my project (I was using 3ds Max, therefore I could work on a Windows pc). So, following is the next level of my problem and the final solution.
When I got free time, I searched more and while, as I mentioned, I couldn't find another mac, I ended up to the option of being able to mount my mac's hdd to a Windows pc, after using a 3rd-party application (MacDrive in my case) and Firewire cable to link the 2 computers (Target Disk Mode). The result was that the hard disk of my mac was recognised at the Control Panel's Devices, but wouldn't be browsed. It turned to be hard to find information related to my problem, since I guess not many people have faced the exact one. The problem was that the Firewire drivers had to switched back to the older version (legacy), which is strange, but it worked perfectly. I'm currently happily backing up my disk.
I hope this post will save time and pain for people having the same issues and I'm sorry for the thorough details I've used in order to describe accurately my concerns.

thanks neil, the laptop originally came with a 10 gig ibm deathstar ata drive which i replaced a couple of years ago with a 40 gig ata. i thought that maybe some necessary drivers weren't installed onto the drive since it isn't an apple branded drive but i couldn't find anything online or on apple's site to confirm that.
the titanium's ATA is controlled via cable select right?

Default values for service provider in transaction TRIP

We are implementing travel management and I have a problem... here's the scenario
Tha gl account that should be used for a specific trip recepit depends on the following:
The expense type
The company specific type of trip
The Employee grouping for Travel Management
What we have done so far is :
create a service provider for every combination of trip_type/employee_grouping
create entries in V_T706B4 for every valid combination of expense_type/service_provider
configure transfer to accounting
With this configuration the gl account is determined correctly. However this way of solving the situation means that the user must enter the service provider for every recepit entered in the expense report. Given that in our particular scenario the service provider depends on data that has been already entered (type of trip) or that "the system should know" (employee grouping), users are not happy about having to enter the service provider.
¿Is there a way to assign default values to the service provider, and would it be possible to code/configure somewhere how to set those default values? I tried doing it through the trip schema, but apparently it is not possible to set a default service provider that way. I also tried setting the values in the user exit (b4 assigning trip number) but this doesn't work since the user exit is called after the standard validation. I also tried implementing subroutine USER_EVAL_RECEIPT, but this doesn't seem to work in transaction TRIP.

Thogh your suggestion is helpful (I might use profile parameters somewhere else) thre is no parameter for the field I need. In any case It wouldn't have solved the issue completely, since the default value I need depends on both the employee(user) and the type of trip that's selected.

No idea what BTFON is or what "service provider" you mean, or what you mean by saying that it "takes over everything". Is this a wireless network that you wish to stop connecting to? If so, open System Preferences, click Network, then select AirPort, then click the Advanced button, then select the AirPort tab. In the list that appears, select BTFON and click the '-' button.
If that's not what you're talking about, you'll need to be more specific.

I can see where you're coming from regarding the confusing steps in the link you provided. To view available blocks, you can sign into My Verizon as the account holder. Underneath Plan, choose Change Features, select the line you want to modify the features on, press Next, at the top, click on View all features and services, choose the blocks you need and press next. Review the summary before pressing submit.

1) How to resolve a host name when i got an IP
I understand How I do it inverse.

If I am not specifing a domain but only the dns server I got an NameNotFoundException.
What should I do if I don't got the domain?

Bought iPhone 5S refurb from service provider 'as new'. After restore multiple Apple ID's are offered,1 of which belongs to me, the others have never been used on my phone. iCloud restore from backup is now permanently incomplete. Ideas?

There are several factors involved here, I shall explain them as best I can and will include all details, regardless of immediate relevancy:
In August of last year I purchased a new MBP15", and 2 months later I purchased an iPhone 5s refurb (unused) from my service provider (02), there were no issues connecting the two or with iCloud. Fast-forward several months to February I had a liquid spill on my laptop that rendered it unusable. After a month my insurance came through and I received a new laptop, and in order to successfully pair my replaced MBP with my 5S I performed a restore on my iPhone after backing up my data on iCloud.
When I turned on my iPhone after the restore, I was presented with the usual set-up process: wi-fi connection was completed without issue, as was enabling location services, entering my Apple ID and choosing my selected back-up.However, I was subsequently presented with an option to transfer purchases from an email address have never used and didn't recognise, so I declined. Immediately afterwards, a second Apple ID (again that I neither used nor recognised) popped up for the same reason, I declined, a third unknown Apple ID popped up, I declined again. After declining the three previous IDs, the old email address for my ID was presented to me, I entered my password to see what happened and it declined, saying 'the email is no longer valid.
After this, the restore continued, I finished setting up my iCloud with my correct ID. Since then (about a week ago) my iPhone has been unsuccessfully trying to 'restore from iCloud Backup', and every time I exit & re-enter a Wi-Fi zone I am presented with the same series of incorrect Apple ID's

The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

HT201320 Does my email service provider have to provide the ability for me to create an IMAP email account in order for me to create Sub-folders within Apple Mail?

Hi, Apple Mail provides a function to create sub-folders within my mailbox so that I can group emails of similar subjects or from the same sender. My service provider only provides POP email protocol and the New Folder button does not appear in my Apple Mail account for that service provider. Icloud provides the opportunity for the iPad user to select between POP and IMAP. I can select IMAP and the New Folder button appears allowing me to create sub-folders within the icloud email account. Does this mean I cannot create sub-folders in my email account unless my service provider provides customers with the option of creating an IMAP email account?
This appears to be a problem for quite a few Apple Mail users, but service providers appear reticent to provide a response other than 'use Microsoft Exchange / Hotmail, Google GMail, or some other third party email service provider'. This is why I have chosen icloud as my email service provider. It is Apple and therefore Apple supports it. I have been a Telstra customer for over 15 years and they informed me today, strongly, that they support their own products and services, not Apple products, even though Telstra sell them. When I asked the Telstra Customer Support Manager whether they support Telstra customers, I was informed 'no, because the Telstra customer is not a Telstra product or service'. I have since cancelled my Telstra email account and am in the process of cancelling all of my Telstra services.

Yes. That is what it means. You need an IMAP account in order to create sub folders on the iPad.

How to: Select a Specific Timeline Displayed in Project Online when having multiple timelines within the Enterprise Project

Currently I have an Enterprise Project which has 6 custom timelines and I want to know how to select a specific timeline to be displayed on the Project specific SharePoint site.
I'll provide some background for you so you understand my issues... I have created a "template" project with 6 custom timelines. From that project I created multiple new projects - which they all have the 6 custom timelines. These projects are
all stored in the Project Center. The problem I am having is I don't understand how to select a specific timeline to show on the project specific SharePoint site. They all seem to be displaying 1 of the 6 timelines (in no particular order). I was thinking
maybe if I had edited a project and saved it while it was displaying a specific timeline it would display the last selected timeline on the SharePoint site, but it doesn't seem to be doing that.
Is there a way to select a specific timeline to display on the SharePoint site? Also, is there a way for a user to cycle through the numerous timeline view on the project specific SharePoint site?

I ran into this problem at the company where I used to work. One of our PMs had created multiple Timeline views, and wanted a specific custom Timeline view to show up in the Project Site for that project. I could not see any way to make that
happen. We had one of our SharePoint developers look into the issue, and he could not see any way to make this happen either. So, I am thinking this is not possible to do. But I would gladly welcome others in this forum to tell us the trick,
if there is one! :) Hope this helps.
