PDF Export not working

Question

Hi,
I'm using the CS6 (8.0.2), the script as below for export pdf. While using this script, no changes the below highlighted options (in bold) and the result is RGB, but my document is CMYK and I want same.
Actual issue:
1. Once cleared the preferences, the RGB color-space applied in document, after using this script, the output also same in RGB.
2. If any manual setting used with RGB as earlier, the same setting followed ofter ran this script.
If I've missed anything with this code? Can you please clear this issue.

Hi All,
The below code not working in export pdf for CS6 (8.0.2), kindly guide to me.
