PDF file opening with blank fields - the field values are not populated.

Recently, our users have been facing this issue, "data not populating in the PDF fields".
We are using FDF in PHP to load the PDF templates and apply the data to the PDF fields. This works fine on many adobe versions but showing empty fields in few adobe versions. For e.g It worked fine with Adobe Reader 10.1.3 but did not work in 11.0.
This has been critical now as it is showing empty fields in IE11. Can you please help me overcome this issue.

All I can suggest is to try the latest Reader versions, i.e. 10.1.11 or 11.0.8.

I have done a lot of searching for answer to this problem this evening and so far have not found a solution but have found multiple people with the same issue.
When using SqlDataAdapter.FillSchema() from a table that contains a Primary Key and columns with Unique constraints the only DataColumn.Unique value to be populated is the Primary Key.
From reading the MSDN entry for dbDataAdapter this is not the intended functionality
Can anyone suggest avenues to try or where to raise this issue if the method truly is not functioning as intended?

From your description, it is not very clear how your table is defined, I tried to reproduce this issue with below table(not sure if it is similar with yours, if not, please share it with us):

All pdf files open up blank (gray)

I have Adobe Acrobat Professional and all my pdf files open up grayed out (blank). I can open my pdf files in other pdf readers but not in Adobe. This is a problems because I need to merge files and can't do that on a pdf reader. I must have messed up a setting somewhere. Any suggestions?

Try: Edit > Preferences > Page display > Show large images
If the PDFs are from scans, having this setting deselected may be causing it.

Whenever there is a pdf file open in one of the tabs then I can't use the scrolling (of my touchpad) in any other tab in FF4. How can this be corrected?

Even if one of the open tabs contain a .pdf file opened in it, then I can't scroll the pages down in any other tab. Irrespective of which tab is active, the pages in the pdf get scrolled. :(
I've tried to reinstall the Firefox, but that hasn't helped. In fact the problem continues even after I've done a complete system format.

My workaround for this problem is to open the tabbed pdf document into a new Firefox window (Right-Click tab --> Move to New Window) which unlocks scrolling capabilities for all tabs in your original window.

Welcome to the Verizon family, ivpacks! I regret to learn that your alarms didn't work. I also regret that there is a problem with the messages. Have you tried the alarm again? Does it still not work? For instance, just set the alarm for a couple of minutes away to ensure that the alarm goes off.
When you send a text, do you get an error? If you power the phone off/on, do the messages send? This particular issue is expecting a software update to resolve the issue with texts and picture messages.

I have Adobe 10.0.01.When I try to open .PDF files received in Microsoft Outlook I get an "opening mail attachment" window saying only opne from trusted sources . when I continue I get another window saying Windows default with a language selected as Western European and the display of the file is essentially "gibberish" of apparently numbers and characters. hope this gets to you OK this time

Certain PDF files open with scrambled contents? Why?

I received two brochures from some colleagues but the text and graphics were scrambled - photos were OK. I thought they sent damaged files. I sent them a screen shot of what I saw when I opened them and they in return sent a screen shot of what they saw when they opened the same files. Theirs showed a perfect brochure. I have since opened the same pdf at work and it was fine there too - BUT it opens scrambled on my iphone and iMac desktop.
Why would Apple products not be able to read or display a pdf? I thought a pdf was universal....
Is there a solution to this? I made sure all my software on my macBook pro was updated and still no luck.

Might be caused by some old Adobe Plug-Ins lurking around somewhere?

PDF file open with application name on google chrome.

I use cl_wd_runtime_services=>attach_file_to_response to open/save a pdf output from a webdynpro application. The functionality works fine in Internet Explorer , firefox, but Popup is not opening in Google Chrome and file name showing as application name.
On other browsers its showing what ever i am passing.
Has anyone faced similar issue before. Can someone help

Dropdown field in table - Values are not shown..

My Query is i am not able to push values into dropdown table field.
My data comes from config part (through OADP Provider). When i click on MSS-> Performance Management link in portal a new screen gets triggerred which displays the required table fields.
I have to display one table field as dropdown. i am able to display all the values correctly. I need to display one column as drop down. i am able to show that table column as dropdown but i am not able to push values into the table field.

After updating data into table add patialTrigger to table component.
You can do this by doing this. In table Behavior property section contains property call Partial Triggers in here you
can set from which component partial triggers this component you can select your command button.

You can make use of "conditionValue" or "startsWith" attributes while designing you native XSD.
Check this example - Native Format Builder Wizard - 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.6.3) for better understanding.

Custom Table Editor: values are not populated to the model

I wrote a custom table renderer which uses JComboBox + editor, which seem to work (after editing, the displayed cell reflects the change) but after editing the table manually, the model is not altered when i call table.getModel();
The editor part is as simple as

I don't see any getModel() in your code extract. If the renderer renders it right after edition, then the value is probably correct in the model.
Also, remember [this thread|http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5396048], where it appeared you were not clear about which model you were looking at.

Return the column names for which the row values are not null.

Hi i m a new guy to db admin, and i need a sql script which should return column names of the particular table. and the returned column should have value (fyi - if the column has null value column name should not come in the sql o/p).
Exmple:
table name - A
s.no name mark status fee
1 aa 45 p null
2 bb 30 null paid
3 cc 35 p paid
fyi -1) if i give the table name(A) and s.no (2) the o/p should be -- name,mark.
2) if i give the tablename(A) and s.no (1) the o/p should be --- name,mark,status.

PDF files created with Primo PDF or Progeny PDF printer

I am working on a computer with Windows Vista on it and I now have a problem when I create a PDF using the Primo PDF printer, or the Progeny PDF printer -- if Adobe is already open with a file, the new file appears with fuzzy colors. When I close Adobe, the files seem normal. Any idea why this happens? Has anybody had the same problem?

Not a known problem. And the "already launched" problem points to an issue with Reader.
Please submit some samples with a bug report for Reader to debug.
Here is what the issue looks like (click to zoom) :
On the left side is the PDF file opened with no other instances of Adobe Reader open. On the right side is what the exact same file looks like when opened after another instance of Reader (displaying another PDF file) was already open.
It's as if the font rendering engine was incapable of multi-threading. Like Reader can only render the font properly if the PDF file in question is the only one it's got in RAM.
Worth noting :
Opening a 2nd PDF file with distorted fonts does not affect the first open PDF. That one continues to display normally. Only every subsequent instance of Reader will have this issue.
Files were saved normally via Photoshop CS5, although this issue has been present for at least 2-3 versions if not more (only started saving PDF's around that time - it's quite possible this was ALWAYS an issue).
This is strictly a SCREEN RENDERING ISSUE. The PDF file prints to paper just fine with uncorrupted fonts no matter how it looks on-screen.
As mentioned earlier in the thread, this happens across multiple computers. Whether I create the PDF via Photoshop CS3 in WinXP or via Photoshop CS5 in Windows 7 on a completely different computer... it will have the same issues. Tried it at work, too -- miles away from home. Same issues. Graphic cards are also from different makes, and display the same issue.
This happens to every single font in the document, regardless of how common or obscure a font it is. In this case, it's Helvetica Neue.
Again, because this important : even if the fonts look distorted on-screen, they will print out on paper just fine. This is a screen rendering issue.
Default PDF settings, no layers, vector data non-rasterized.
