Pen tool -- can't toggle any of the points
Hey guys, I need some help with the pen tool. i am making my anchor points but anytime i click on them to try and alter the points, i cannot. i see the toggle lines attached to the anchor points, but they disappear, which isnt allowing me to make changes. i have worked on illustrator before and have used the pen tool. other times, the pen tool allows me to draw out my images, and allows me to see where all the points are when i select the lines. it does not, now.

I believe you were using the Direct Selection Tool for that.
Or the Convert Anchor Point Tool (flyout from the Pen Tool at ClickHold).

I just downloaded the latest Photoshop update. Pretty slick......adjustable fonts in the dropdown menus again.....nice guide improvements. One little problem....THE PEN TOOL DOESN'T WORK ANY MORE. On Max OSX 10.8.5 I can not notice a dysfunctional Pen Tool so far. -
I've been uploading audiobooks from Overdrive and now that I'm done listening to them I want to delete them. After I hook my Ipod 7th gen up to the comp, it pulls up iTunes and I go to Music but I can't find any of the book titles there. They all show up in my songs group on my iPod. I've been manually managing the songs so I don't get all my husbands stuff on there. I've cruised through the other sections and tried searching the library without any luck. Any advice???

I ordered the full creative cloud on sunday and received an order number but still can't open any of the programs. When i check the status of my order online, it says it can't find it. Is this normal after 3 days? I tried asking in a chat window instead of the forum but no one answered and after about ten minutes my screen restarted and closed the chat window down. It seems a little frustrating not knowing what happened to my order and not being able to contact anyone. Is all this usual with Adobe or are they just having technical problems this week?

After "Restoring iTunes Library backup" it wont link to the files in the iTunes folder. I've followed the procedure as described, and the iTunes folder is in the correct location. iTunes lists all my music correctly (albeit with no artwork), but can't locate any of the files.
I've been restoring my iTunes folder from a backup hard drive to a new computer on which I've downloaded the latest iTunes (10.7). If this is a newer version than the one I backed up with could this be the problem? (I had the latest (to my knowledge) iTunes when I backed up the folder about 3 weeks ago, was this version 10.7?)
Or is the version of iTunes (within recent updates) not an issue when restoring a library?

The general method of use is to download the script to a folder of your choice, e.g. your Desktop, Downloads folder or create a folder at ...\iTunes\Scripts. Select a playlist or highlight some tracks in iTunes and then double-click on the script to execute it. If no specific tracks are selected the script will try to work with all tracks in the current playlist. Some scripts offer a choice of track by track confirmation of changes or fully automatic processing of the selection. Many of the scripts can optionally display a progress bar while running.
You are strongly advised to backup your entire library, or at the very least the iTunes Library.itl file, before use. Test the behaviour of your chosen script on a small group of files first to make sure it does what you want before applying it to large numbers of files.
Most builds of Windows will execute *.vbs scripts when you double-click them. If that doesn't happen then you might need to visit the Add/Remove Programs or Programs & Features control panel to enable the Windows Scripting Host. I can track down details if you have issues.
Backing up and restoring data is an area that is often glossed over. Most people don't try to learn much about it until they've lost something important. (Me too )
If your iTunes library was in the usual layout then normally copying the whole iTunes folder from the User's Music folder in the old computer to the User's Music folder in the new one will usually work fine. Ideally this is done before iTunes is installed so that there is no empty library to replace, and all settings are picked up from the old library. This post contains more details.

I am Running the Automatic payment program in (F110) by assigning all of my company vendors (Ex. 0 to 9999) Normally i will take 10 to 20 hours time to complete the proposal.
In time of APP running when i am trying to post the any of the vendor document it is not allowing to post and getting the error as " Account .......... is blocked by the payment run"
Please give me the solution.
How can we post any of the the vendor documents when the APP is running.
If the APP runs 20 to 30 hours means we can not stop the vendor transactions.

I understood your question.
What Iam asking is you to run the APP in background. SAP gives you a option to run the APP in background using T.code F110S.
If you have multiple company codes and multiple vendors you can break the APP into several runs so that system will not take much longer time.
The solution given by me will reduce the time taken for APP but it cant resolve the blocking issue. Once your APP runs with in 12 hrs (May be you can schedule a job in night), this may not interrupt the regular business like posting of Invoices in F-43 etc.

I recently moved all my photos from iphoto to Aperture. I had several iphoto books and cards in my project file. When everything was moved to Aperture I can't find any of the books or card projects. Are they gone or can they be restored?
1 - without specifics I have no idea how to help
2 - the question was "are you trying to use them in iPhoto? " - it sounds like you are - to do so you will have to export them from Aperature and import into iPhoto
3 - for information on how to use them in Aperature then you need to ask about how to use Aperature in the Aperature forum as it does not involve iPhoto

Hi, I have recently downloaded a trial version of Ps CC (I am still using Ps CS6). All my presets have migrated very nicely to the CC version from the CS6 one. However, I can't find any of the plug-ins which I have in CS6, such as Imagenomic Noiseware, Google NIK Collection, etc. in the CC version. How do I "migrate" the plug-ins to Ps CC? I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks
Plug-Ins are not Presets. You need to install Plug-in into CC just like you had to install Plug-ins into CS6.

Can't open any of the software-he
I've uninstalled reinstalled 3 or 4 times tonight. The problem is that none of my software will open. I try to open the EAX console and windows says it encounters a problem. Something like "error sig, app name: ctcms.exe..." I get the same error message when I try to open any of the other menus as well.
Sound plays, but not very well. I just can't open any of the menus to tweak the options. When I ran the diagnostics, everything checked out except my soundfont. I'm at a total loss on what to do, any ideas?After turning my sound up really high I discovered the bass does in fact put out sound. However it is also dependent on the rear speaker volume, just like the center speaker. If I turn the volume to 0 for all the speakers and turn the center speaker and sub volume up there is no sound. When I turn the rear speaker volume up, the center speaker plays and I can tell sound is coming out of the sub. However the sub is very quiet compared to the rest of the speakers, I can only tell it is working by holding my hand in front of it and felling the small vibrations. A month ago it was bumpin and thumpin just fine...
