Permission Repair Warnimg

Question

Ran Permissions Repair on my laptop, which I do monthly, and got the warning shown below included in the details .
Is there anything I must/should do ?
Is this a worry ?
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

I have to disagree. I don't repair Permssions very often.  But when I do, more often than not, something gets repaired.
I've just verified Permissions on my iMac.  For no other reason than to see what happens (and see if I can get KeyChain to open my Secure Notes again).  I have ignored the SUID reports as I know they are superflous as you say.
Amonst others, I got this -
Permissions differ on "System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Classes/jconsole.ja r", should be lrwxr-xr-x , they are lrw-r--r-- .
This is what happened -
Repaired "System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Classes/jconsole.ja r".
I had 40 or 50 more reports very similar to this on the same run.
This was after only a few weeks of use since the last time I ran Disk Utility.
I don't know yet if this has fixed my KeyChain problem (I expect not), but I won't know either way for sure until I have restarted. I have to post this before I do though.
