Photo Assignment to be Removed for Pers. Numbers

Dear Friends,
I want to remove the link between the employee photos in the archive server to the employee personnel numbers...
Because of this assignment, the system is running slow to update master data.
Request you to please provide me the solution, where I can inactivate this link...
I am working in ERP 6.0 Version...

Just to add to the solution provided above,, ensure that you also have authorization to t code SDV.
But if you have lot of photos attached with personnel numbers I would recommend you to NOT go for Manual deletion as suggested above because even though you select all and click on delete, every time system would go to t code SDV shows the photo and then it will allow you to delete the photos (it would need lot of unnecessary manual effort)
Prefer going for a deletion program (its very small program may be just a 2 line ABAP program), delete the photos and then move another transport request to delete the deletion program from PRD system.

You can make a Book and have a photo on one side and your text description on the other.

How can I change the time of photos in info in iPhoto for iOS. I've done it in iPhoto for Mac but when I sync to my ipad the info field goes back to the camera time ignoring "modify original files" in iPhoto for Mac?

I used "adjust date and time" and"modify original files" to correct the time of photos taken on a camera used in Peru which was set to UK rather than local time. which is 6 hours behind. This was to bring them into line with shots taken with other cameras set to local time. This was using iphoto 08 on a Mac. I then synced to my iPad. The photos stayed in the correct order in photos but in iphoto (iOS version) the original dates appear (the camera dates) and so the photos are out of chronological order again. This looks like a bug but is there a fix?

don't know what you mean by "write to master" but speculate that it means modify the original times, in which case the taken times on the camera should no longer be present
No,I meant your using the option "modify original files" will do exactly that - change the capture date original master files stored in the iPhoto library. Only when you do that, the "date modified" of your original files will be changed as well, and it will now be the date of your manipulation of the capture date.
Oh - I hadnt considered that possibility - but of that were the case, why don't my manipulated photos go to the end of the sequence as I have done all the manipulation after the end of the holiday??

The problem I have is that, in the album, iphoto (ipad) sorts them differently to both iphoto (Mac) and the photos tab on the ipad

"on ipad this is the Photos tab" - but this displays as per the original sequence ignoring time adjustments - the manipulations seem to be ignored (but are reflected in the album in the photos tab) and the photos tahat have been modified stay in their original positiom - they don't get put the end
Because the library uses a different date - the date modified - the date of the last time the file has been changed in any way - any editing you do to your image, including adjust date and time will change the "date modified"
This may change the sorting of the database but it appears not to influence the order in the albums

Creating photo album in historical order for web page viewing

I am trying to use Photoshop Elements 7 for Windows to create a photo album of historical images for our college archives. The photos were scanned from old pictures so defaulted to sort by the date scanned. I have edited the album by dragging and dropping the pictures to arrange them from the earliest picture of our first building through the years to the present. When this album is viewed on the webpage through www.photoshop.com/ the pictures do not display in the correct order. Can this be changed and if so, how?

After you first sync a PSE 7 album with Photoshop.com, any changes you make to the ordering of pics in the album in PSE arent synced back to Photoshop.com and vice versa. Youll have to manually reorder them in Photoshop.com.
A couple of suggestions for your project:
- Consider assigning dates to the photos in PSE using Edit > Adjust Date And Time. That way, theyll show up correctly ordered in the PSE Organizer, and you can easily add new scanned photos and theyll automatically get ordered.
- Consider using Flickr, Smugmug, or other online service rather than Photoshop.com. Photoshop.com is brand new and has a number of basic bugs in its service it doesnt preserve ordering of albums, it mangles the dates/times of photos, synchronization frequently stalls. Maybe in another six months itll be more robust.

Order type automatically assign to product wise for order

I gave 4 types of Orders for one plant as per products. The client ask me assign that orders automatically for each product in routing how i will assign please let me know.

Actually routing has no relation to order type.
You can use Production Scheduling Profile as well as Production Scheduler/Supervisor.
Firstly, you need to create 4 Production Scheduling Profile and assign 4 Order Type to Prd Sch. Profile.
Then you need to assign the Profile to material in Work Scheduling view.
Another way is that you can create Production Scheduler/Supervisor and assign the Pro Sch Profile to the Prd Scheduler, then assign Prod Scheduler to Material Master in Work Scheduling view also.
From now on, whenever a production order is created for material, order type will be get from the Scheduling Profile.
To maintain the Prd Sch Profile and Prd Scheduler in IMG: Production > Shop Floor COntrol > Master Data

APP-FND-01702 An assignment does not exit for these parameters

Hi,
I am facing this below error in AP,AR,CM,GL Modules. If any one knows the solution plz revert back ASAP,
I encountered the error message when I created an invoice in AP module:
APP-FND-01702:An assignment does not exist for these parameters and one is mandatory.
Cause:The profile option Sequential Numbering is defined to have
sequential numbering always used. The current set of parameters does not have a sequence assigned.
Acction: Go to the Assign Sequqnces screen and assign a sequenct to the current set of parameters.

this is an issue with the configuration only, when the profile option is Always used system is referring to your Sequential numbering configuration, which seems to be not right / incomplete...Hence verify whether you have defined assignment for all the categories in the modules and re-test the same again ....
You can change the profile option value to Partially used, which will not throw an error, it would only give you a warning ..

Cost center missing for pers. no

Hi,
While prosting exps in TC: TRIP, we are getting the error "Cost center missing for pers. no". After analyzation the issue we came to know that there is no relationship with org. assignment. We went to TC: PO13>give position>select relationship-->click on create infotype. Here we have given relationship A 011and click on save and again save. Now, we went to TC: PA20/30 cost center is appearing correctly.
We have couple of pers nos. Instead of doing manuallthis we are doing executing program RHINTE30 in TC: SE38. But it is not updating cost center in TC: PA20/30. How should i achieve this issue? Pls advice....

you are correct RHINTE30 report will update Cost Center in IT 0001 from OM. Before that you have to upload CC to position through T.code P013 using either LSMW / BDC.
For updating CC in IT 0001 process is below.
First Create Cost center to position using P013 t.code and relation ship A 011.
Excutre report RHINTE30 using T.code SE38.
After that there will be one batch input session created in SM35.
Finally Select your batch input session and Excute through SM35
Then CC will be updated in IT 0001.
If there are no much employees you can manull create CC directly in P013 and CC will directly upte in IT 0001.

Flicker removal for slideshows

I'm using Premiere Elements 7. I discovered after burning my slideshow that the photos flicker on the TV screen, which looks horrible.
The FAQ says you can try and reduce this using flicker removal, but when I right-click on the pictures, "Field Options" is grayed out. Does anyone know why this is, and/or how to make it a selectable option? And do I really have to do this with every individual photograph?
Also, the menu flickers as well (it's a still photo)... is there any way to address that?
If it matters, the TV being used is standard def.
I'm shocked that this is even an issue... I just assumed that any half-decent slideshow software should be able to correct this sort of problem automatically.

You can only select one photo at a time. If you have more than photo selected, then the flicker removal option will be greyed out.
Here are some excerpts from some of my posts long gone about flicker removal:
I don't know if you remember, but in version 1.0 flicker removal was on by default, but Adobe removed it because everyone complained that their still images weren't as crisp as other video editing applications.
This worked for me. Add the Fast Blur effect and set the direction to Vertical. In PrEl 4.0 try a value of 1.0 or 1.2. I tried values from 0.4 to 1.2 and tested the samples on my TV and found that 1.0 or 1.2 got rid of terrible flickering. You could do something similar using the Gaussian Blur effect, but with different values.
After applying the Fast Blur effect to one Photo, you can easily copy that particular effect in the properties panel for one photo and then Edit > Paste to the others Photos -- unlike the "flicker removal" option that you can only set on photos one at a time. You could try the anti-flicker option in the Motion effect, except that all your panning would have to be the same for each photo if you wanted to copy that effect to the other photos.

We have a user exit for that however I dont remember it. It is known issue as it is essential in India for a telecom industry. They need to declare their invoice no. according to the area. So they are assigning there no ranges with plants. Here plants are nothing but different region.
So you try to find out that exit as you have the similar requirement. And your problem will be solved. If your ABAPer dont get the user-exit and its really urgent come back I will find it out for you.

Remove gridlines in Numbers

Does anyone know how to remove gridlines in Numbers? In Excel, you click on Options and uncheck the gridlines checkbox. In Numbers, I can't find the same. Any suggestions?

That's not the behaviour I'm getting. Here's a screen shot, taken while Show Print view was in effect. The table on the right is a duplicate of the one on the left. Except for being selected, and having different names, the tables are identical.
Note that the light grey fill of the header row and header column is visible in both, as is the darker grey fill I applied to two cells in the original table before duplicating.
Preparing these, I did notice one missing instruction in my previous post; Removing the cell borders requires a two pass process:
Select the block of cells (or the whole table)
Pass 1
click the border selection button (left of the one showing "thin" in the post above) and choose Outside Edges.
Click the line style button ("thin") and select 'none'
Pass 2
click the border selection button (left of the one showing "thin" in the post above) and choose Inside Borders.
Click the line style button ("thin") and select 'none' (even if it already shows this).
Click away from the table to deselect it and view the results.

Label printing for serial numbers out of production order

Dear PP experts,
according to the standard help description, it should be possible to
print a label with barcode for each serial number generated for production order when printing shop floor papers.
As for the standard set up, the following forms are assigned for
production order object, where none of them seems to be a label type.

none of them is designed for label printing. Does anyone know
further information how is the label printing intended to work for

Hi,
The process of scanning barcodes and label printing :
First u have to define the output type which has tobe attached with or linked to a "form" or "Smart Form" which displays a label layout.Through ABAP coding u have to link the object (any of the mentioned by u) with the "form or smart form".
So as u scan the barcode with serial number the label gets printed at the required stage of production order processing.
This includes the pure Technical stuff of coding.

Parentheses for negative numbers in Excel 2011

I couldn't find an appropriate section for this question. Please forgive me if I posted it in the wrong place.
I've been using Excel for Mac 2011 since it came out. Up until I updated to Yosemite, formatting negative numbers with parentheses appeared in the drop down menu, i.e., right click to get format cells, click "number" tab on top, click "number" on left. There is a dialog as to how you want negative numbers formatted. Parentheses used to be an option but no more. I attached a screen shot. Help!

Same issue here with Excel 2011, problem started with the Yosemite installation and was not fixed with 10.10.1 nor the latest Microsoft update.
It's a big problem for accountants!
On the Microsoft forum this gentleman replied with a workaround but it's a hassle to have to do this for each new spreadsheet.

If you go to the dialog shown in Phillip's post and select "Custom" on the left side, you can enter this to get the parenthesis back:
$#,##0;[Red](-$#,##0)
Or this to use square brackets:
$#,##0;[Red]"["-$#,##0"]"
The format means use $#,##0 for positive numbers and use [-$#,##0] in red for negative numbers.
You could remove the hyphen too and just do this:
$#,##0;[Red]"["$#,##0"]"
I hope Apple takes note and pushes a fix for us.
