Photobook Cancelled by Apple Printer

Question

I just discovered that my photobooks I give every year for Christmas has been cancelled. I sent the books in on December 13, before the Christmas cut off date. They were cancelled because they had too many orders to to send out by the delivery date so they cancelled them They are offering a 15% discount.
I only discovered it because I logged into my account to see if they had shipped. You might want to check your orders.

The phone number I called was 800-676-2775, which is the Apple Store Customer Service number. Initially I spoke to a customer service adviser, who contacted someone in Print Services. They couldn't identify a problem or even knew what the "small month names" error was. Eventually they tossed me over to someone in iPhoto tech support and finally after I'd had enough (the call lasted 90 minutes) they transferred me back to a supervisor in Print Services.
The supervisor reviewed the calendar page by page and claimed that he had found the problem...that one of the "mini months" (where the prior and next months appear at the bottom of the page) had a font size about four times too large and it was cut off. The problem is, I'd saved the PDF preview of my upload and that preview looked perfectly normal. We guessed that something had gone amiss during the upload, even though I'd received no upload errors. The Print Services supervisor stayed on the line while I re-uploaded the calendar a second time without making a single change. He then reviewed it once it was received and this time, everything appeared normal. Because I'd expressed disappointment that I wouldn't have this by Christmas, they knocked 50% off the price and expedited the shipping. I doubt it will arrive by Christmas, but at least I know what the problem was and that I wasn't crazy and had done everything correctly. Any potential "fixes" suggested here and in other threads about switching themes back and forth would have had no effect on this issue.
