Reg: cancel GR tag printing

Hi All,
how to cancel GR tag printing when receiving goods in plant XXXX / Storage location XXXX.
Because the pallet/frame/bearer is in IM level and stored in a separated room. we donu2019t need the GR tag at all. So could you pls help to delete the setting.

In the MN22, Key combination is maintain as plant, transaction even key and printer ID.
There is no way to control the record with MN22 for material.
Please give me the solution to control the record with material.
Is it possible to maitain the codition record for the conbination of Material.

I am working on tag printing in smartforms .in tag printing i am showing

3.material doc no.
4.Quantity
5.supplier.
my requirement is that for example , if the mat. document no. has a material of 10,000.00 quantity , in tag printing it should come 1,000.00 of each tag and total no of tag should be 10. and it should come one after another .
and the page format size 8 x 6 cm. is it possible .if possible how ! how the system will know how many tag is to be printed . please reply its urgent.

Let me know. is the quantity 1000.00 is fixed? if so thn you can achieve the requirement.
For example:
There are A-material with 20000.00 quantity thn u can first divide the quantity with 1000.00
v_ex = 20000.00/1000.00=20.
thn you can repeat the print of the smartform for 20 times by passing the parameter to form fm.

INSTALLED NEW INK CARTRIDGE and cancelled the alignment PRINT HEAD IS STUCK

Greeting everyone
I just put a new color 57 HP ink cartridge into my all in one 2210 printer & somehow I cancelled the alignment as it seemed not to be doing anything....and now it will not return the printer head and will do nothing.... how will I fix this?
this is just a printer problem as the printer was working fine before I changed the ink. My Dell inspiron 580 wi PC is working fine and I have been printing direct from my computer to printer every day until my goof up...... intel core (TM) i5 CPU @3.20 GHz 64 bit 8.00 GB RAM

Hi - A couple of things to try:
- Unplug the power from the back of the printer.
- Open the top cover, and slide the carriage to the center.
- Remove the cartridge and try reinstalling. Make sure the ink cartridge snaps in and is firmly held by the carriage.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and power it on.
If that doesn't work, try repeating the steps above, but this time, remove the USB cable, which will completely isolate the printer and narrow down the issue.

Officejet Pro 8600 - Can't remove canceled job from print queue

Hi there
I canceled a print job from the print queue, but it refuses to budge! Everytime I try to remove it, I get this message:
I can print other documents, but it's very irritating having this here all the time (and a big red blob on my dock icon announcing a phantom print job).
Can anyone help me rid myself of this spectre of print purgatory?

Try downloading and running the HP Print and Scan doctor. This software is able to remove phantom print jobs for you automatically. The program can be downloaded from here.
As well, for Windows based computers, restarting the computer can also help with this issue oftentimes. Hope this helps.

Contains HTML tags & print

Reports6i patch10
Scenario is: I have a column (database colummn text with embedded HTML ) where I set property 'Contains HTML tags'
I get the column incl html rendered find where desformat=html&destype=file&desname=myfile.html '
but when setting
destype=printer&desformat=html&desname=myqueue and sending output straight to printerqueue the html is not being rendered in fact the column is not rendered at all
HAs anyone similar experience ? solutions ?

Hello Per Elmgreen,
When DESTYPE is specified as PRINTER, Reports formats output in PS or PCL format (depending on the printer language understood by the destination printer). Since these formats do not understand HTML tags, any such markup in the output will remain unformatted.
In order to get properly formatted output using HTML tags, you could generate the report to a HTML file (with the 'Contains HTML tags' property set) and then print the file using a browser.

A Cancelled PO is printed prior to an Amended PO printing

Hi Guys,
I have an existing PO function group where it prints canceled and amended POs.
There will be a PO cancellation if:
1. The line items are blocked/deleted
The PO is amended if:
1. There are changes in the items
2. The release strategy was changed due to changes and there is a re-approval process
3. The PO contains some blocked items, but not all
The problem I encountered was that when the currency of the line item was changed, the system printed a Canceled PO (but the print preview shows an amended PO form). When I reprint the PO, the Amended (correct) PO was printed.
This is cost ineffective since there will be a printed PO form (wrong) just before the printing of the correct PO form.
Do you have any suggestions on what should I do?

There is no workaround that will help you perform the return on the canceled po.
You can do a misc. issue or a/c alias issue.
And then create a manual debit memo for the amount.

How can I cancel a document printed using the HP ePrint android app

I sent a print job to a UPS store by accident. I went to the place to collect my document but I was told that they didn't receive anything. In fact, they were not connected to the cloud. The document has some sensitive information. Where can I go to cancel or delete the print queue?

Please log into your ePrintCenter account to see if the print job is still in a 'Pending' state. If the job has already processed and is no longer pending, then there will not be a way to retrieve this information back and stop the job. If the job is still in a pending state, then please click Cancel to stop the job.

Cancel long running print job

I'm using the .NET report view component. We have customers with a lot of data and some print jobs may take several minutes to process.
Is there a way to cancel the processing of the report once I have set the viewer Reportsource?

Hello Tosch,
unfortunately there is not .NET viewer event to indicate whether data load process has finished or not.
This was a possible event to trigger in the ActiveX viewer.
Maybe you can find somehting on .NET OS level. The CR .NET viewer has no event to trigger on.

Photobook Cancelled by Apple Printer

I just discovered that my photobooks I give every year for Christmas has been cancelled. I sent the books in on December 13, before the Christmas cut off date. They were cancelled because they had too many orders to to send out by the delivery date so they cancelled them They are offering a 15% discount.
I only discovered it because I logged into my account to see if they had shipped. You might want to check your orders.

Photosmart Premium cancels all my printing

I have a photosmart premium. I have been having problems printing, I have tried to update and reinstall. Everything I print, about the top 1/4 page prints then stops. The printer displays the message "print canceled". Now I did not cancel, it does this itself. The only way I can print is on FAST DRAFT settings.
Any input?

If you want to add custom tags in the soap header, one possible solution is use XSLT mapping or Java mapping to create header first then do message mapping for mapping the payload structure between your source and target as usual.
So in operation mapping you sequence mapping like this... first XSLT mapping for custom tags for the SOAP Header followed by payload mapping.

Dear All,
In ME9F transaction code we assigned one 'z' print program for standard PO printing and as well as one 'z' form(sap script ) name for standard PO printing. what is problem means we included one 'z' condition type for PO printing. where we have to include that 'z' conditon type in standard PO printing. we searched in print program and form (main window) also for existing 'z' condtion types , from there itself we can include that newly 'z' condtion type. But we couldnt able to find out that existing conditon types.
If there is a any solution let me know how to taggle this issue.

Go to transaction: NACE
Select the approrpirate Application
i.e in your case if it is purchase order then it is EF.
Click the output types.
Click the edit icon and then go for new entries.
Enter the zcondition type.

Now they want to change the milestone value n re-generate another invoice whose values should be posted in the 2006 period.

The posting periods of year 2006 will be closed in accounting. The system may allow you to post it in current year 2008, but may not allow to post in year 2006. Contact your Finance consultant, he may be able to guide you properly.
