Photoshop CS3 save script

Question

I am working on a project where I am saving the psd working file and then saving another version as a targa. I was wondering if there is a way to set up a script and/or action so that when you open the save dialog it will either ask you if you want to save two different versions of the file?

Ok I am not sure where to put it.  This is what I got so far now:

It does the first actions and saves but prompts for where and what size.  What exactly does this need to look like so that it saves level 8, jpg without prompting and saves to the up one level folder as discussed earlier.
I have searched and can't find anything.
