    This is purely a report over an audit table. The "key" column represents the key columns of another table of what data has been inserted, updated or deleted.

    In my example, there are three key columns;
    ORDER_NO
    RELEASE_NO
    SEQUENCE_NO
    and the value this audit relates to is stored too,
    where ORDER_NO=35399
    and RELEASE_NO='*'
    and SEQUENCE_NO='* this is a unqiue row which has been audited.
    All values are exact matches, including the *'s which are the ERPs system if representing "not selected" without actually using null.
    You could have the following info:

    For each audited table the key columns are fixed, of course. Since I am only ever reporting over a single audited table the defined columns in the key column will not change, but their values will (as shown above).
    Therefore it is true to say that the key columns can be obtained from the 1st row (or any for that matter) row returned.
    Perhaps I should make the report less flexible and hard code these, since I know themm (for now).
    This means I only need to retrieve the three values for each.

  • Transfer: how do identify from what stock to which stock is the movement

    Hey Gurus can someone help me with this:
    Trying to make a report which has to identify each and every movement that affects the transfer stock at storage location and at plant level. My question is I know that movements 305 affects transfer stock and even when the movement is in "+" direction in unrestricted use I also have to take it in "-" direction for transfer stock in the same warehouse. How in the system is that represented, is there any indicator within the material document that tells me you're taking this quantity out of transfer stock and putting it into unrestricted use? Or should I hardcode by movement type?
    Something similar  for movement 303 I know I take it out of the stock at a certain plant and it is directed to another plant but isn't in unrestricted use yet. How do I make such distinction from other movemets that actually affect unrestricted use? Only by movement type or is there any indicator that says that it goes into transfer stock and not into unrestricted?

    I'm afraid you need to use movement type to differentiate the movements in your report.
    You probably already know that 303 is the one with all the financial impact.  From stock account point of view, 303 withdraws from sending plant and receipts into receiving plant as transfer stock.  305 is only statistical posting in the receiving plant to move from transfer stock to unrestricted, no accounting impact.

  • MB1B is not picking up a subcontracted component

    Hey Gurus,
    We are using subcontracting and we have a material that has a BOM structure with one component that is purchase complete. the top level material is set up for subcontracting. When we go to move the inventory over to the vendor by using MB1B and movement type 541, it is giving us a error that says: "Purchase order 4600006535 has no items." If you go into the purchase order, you can click on the components and you will see the lower level component in the purchase order.
    The place we are having an issue is when we use the PO through MB1B to move this one component. If you manually try to move the component 60001391 using MB1B with a 541 without the PO, it seems to work just fine.
    I also checked out the PO. What I did was add components to the line item on the PO to see if it was an issue with the set up of the PO. When I added other components other than 60001391( that was failing), the system picked those materials up when I tried to use MB1B. But, it didnt' pick up the component 6001391. I am not sure why it would pick up the other components and not this one component do you have any suggestions?

    Have you checked the BOM setting?
    You mentioned that manually added components were fine, but the one component that comes from the BOM is not.  So maybe something in the BOM that prohibits it from being issued.
    Are you creating a subcontract PO directly or is it from a PP or PM order?

  • Deleting Archive page of iWeb blog

    Can the Archive page from a blog be deleted?
    I have searched and found others are having the same publish error that I am and the only common thread is that the archive page is creating the publish error on there blog and mine:
    "Can't Create the File Shapeimage1_Link0.png. The disk may be damaged, full or you may not have sufficient access privileges"
    This error happens on the archive page, which I cannot conrtol anyhting on.
    It seems to happen once there are 350+ entries on my blog and on others. Is iWeb known to have such a limit to entires? I don't remember reading that when I bought or started using iWeb.
    I have followed this advice posted here before:

Make sure that no illegal characters, such as forward slashes or colons, are used in file names."
    However, since my error happens on the archive page, that I cannot control, this isn't even a hope at a solution.
    Either way, I can easily live without the archive as the blog can be searched and the archive takes forever to load and wastes space.
    Going back and deleting old posts is not an option as I feel it defeats the purpose of having a blog at all.
    I hate to stop blogging and using iWeb, but until it is solved, I cannot create new posts.
    Can the archive be deleted or otherwise removed from my blog?

    Ack! Now I'm really confused.... it's funny actually.... jabberwock is kind of a genderless name, right? It's fine with me, I just as soon imagined a male jabberwock. Then Lorna kept referring to a Phyllis in her emails and I asked "Who?" and then she told me, "You know....Phyllis as in Jabberwock!". But I guess it's actually Alice and not Phyllis, unless there are two of you! Haha. I actually did ask myself "Phyllis as in abenningfield? Where's the "A" come from?" It all makes sense now.
    Yesterday I got posts and it was covered by the
    image....well I learned that the image has to stay
    within the text square.
    I think the biggest problem with the Apple comments system is that you do have to "think" about where the comments will show up (if you get any!). I really do like to think of my blog entries as individual web pages. I tend to put photos all over and different text boxes everywhere and generally move things all around. I guess the Apple comments would really mess things for me because it would probably want to put the comments behind a lot of my photos and content just like you experienced.
    icomment/haloscan is a lot better because you can specify exactly where to put the "Add comments" link...and of course the comments open in a popup window.

  • ICal can no longer Backup onto iDisk - goes into endless hang .

    My family is in several locations (school - 2 homes). We have .Mac Family Account, where 5 users have the same 'Shared' folder in iDisk. Whenever we make changes to iCal, we always Backup onto the iDisk 'Shared' Folder... The next person dowlnoads the latest version...etc. Worked fine until Leopard.
    Now, none of the Leopard Macs can Backup onto iDisk. iMac just goes into endless hangup once Backup starts . Backup to the iMac's Hard Drive works fine. Sync to iPhone works fine. Can also download FROM iDisk fine.
    I have one older iMac still on Tiger. It transfers iCal data via Backup to iDisk like always. Right now, we using our iPhones to physically sync iCal to all the Leopards. Ugh.
    Anyone have a possible solution? Any special settings / ports etc that might get iCal to Backup onto iDisk 'Shared' Folder?

    For your problem, I would recomend what some other posting suggested.
    Go to your System Preferences control panel in your Dock, choose your .Mac account. Remove your name and password. Quit/Close the System Preferences control panel. Re Open the System Preferences control panel and re enter your info. That should kickstart your connection. If that doesn't work try the same process but RESTART your computer in betweeen closing and opening the System Preferences control panel. Good luck.

  • Multiple output types issue

    Hello,
    I configured two output types (Bill of lading & Packing list) for the application V7-transaportation. I am able to get both the outputs. Now, I am able to get a print for BOL and also a print preview. For Packing list I am able to see the screen view(print preview), but when I try to print it directly it gives me an error " output could not be issued" . When I go to Output-> screen it is showing me the output.
    I have maintained all the required print parameters and assigned the print profiles to the output types.Is there a problem with my configuration? can't I print two output types simultaneously?

    Is there a printer defaulted to your output types?  You can issue multiple outputs at the same time.
    If the output types have been determined in your document, then nothing wrong with the determination process.
    If the output can be previewed, nothing wrong with the SAPScript or Smartform.
    So maybe something to do with compatibility with the printer chosen.

  • Videos stop and start

    I've got a fast computer w/plenty of ram. I can watch videos from all other sources perfectly smooth, including Quicktime HD movie trailers.
    When I try to watch a video in iTunes it slows my computer down so much that besides the videos stopping and starting, my mouse won't even move smoothly.
    It worked fine until a couple of weeks ago.

    One reason is that your internet connection is not fast enough to keep up with the video.  You may find that when it gets to the end of the video and has fully downloaded, it will replay without stopping.

  • Error message in Dreamweaver Cs6

    Dreamweaver gave my the following error message: This page contains some SWF objects that may not work properly in the most recent versions of Internet Explorer.  Dreamweaver cannot convert them to the new SWF markups.  Please delete each of them and insert again.  It works fine in firefox and chrome.  But most of our viewers use IE so I need it to work in there.

    I used to have many TV shows as a part of my iTunes library. One day, someone deleted the folder under my iTunes Music folder where the shows are stored. This was before I had begun regularly using Time Machine to back up all the files on my computer.
    So, now all the titles of these TV shows appear in my Library, but when I click them, the file can obviously not be located since it has been deleted. Is there any way I could redownload these shows from iTunes? Is there any type of record that Apple keeps to see that I have downloaded these? I know they have DRM, so hopefully Apple could tell that I never passed these shows on to anyone else...
    I just want to be able to watch some of these TV shows that have disappeared from my library. Any ideas?

  • Customer Statement Modification

    Using 2007A, I want to add BP Ref no to the repetitive area of the Customer Statement (AGE30001) but when I went into PLD it was already there as a free text field.  In fact all of the fields on that line are defined as free text.  They are not headings but real data fields.  So I have 2 questions, how does it work if they are defined as text fields?  and how do I add a data field from OINV when that table does not show as an option when I try to add a database field?

    There is a known bug with the BP ref field. Try double clicking on a customer/supplier in the ageing report to get details. Then go back and print and suddenly the BP ref field does print. I know this has been logged but haven't seen a fix in any of the recent patches. Maybe search
    SAP notes and see if it has been addressed yet, if not log with SAP support.

  • Stock in transit to the Original Stock( STO process with Billing)

    HI All ,
    Here is an Issue on Stock Transport Order with Billing
    A STO (Purchase Order) Is raised Which consist of 6 line Items.
    VL10B is Done and Outbond Delivery no generated.
    With this Outbond Delivery no PGI is done for All Line items.
    Goods Receipt is Done(RECIEVED quantity will be in Quality Inspection Stock).
    So through T.code QA32  the End User had done
    a) Accepeted 5 line  Item and 1 line Item he had sent as" Return to Vendor".
    Note: ALL Items in this STO process are Exiceable Items.
    Because of this Return to Vendor of 1 item in QA32 a material document is generated with
    Movement type 122 and 1 Item is found in  material is Transit in recieving plant .
    But now The User wants:
    a)To cancel the Material Doc generated with movement type 122 and
    b)To bring back the Line Item1(Return to Vendor ) STOCK  back to the "Receiving Plant"

    Hi,
    Since your 122 was created from QA, I don't think you can cancel this document in MIGO.
    You may have to perform 101 to receipt from stock in transit again.

    Hi,
    To copy PO item text to the FI doc item text, it means they need to have a 1 to 1 relationship.  So when running MRRL, you must use Document Selection '3' (Document selection per order item).
    You can implement user exit MRMH0001 to copy the PO item text to the logistics invoice item text which should then propagate to the FI doc item text.  Make sure currently in FI there is no substitution rule that overwrites the item text field.
    Another thing to consider is that PO item text can be multiple lines with hundreds of characters where as BSEG-SGTXT is only 50 char long.

  • InDesign for wireframing websites?

    Do any of you use InDesign for wireframing websites?  I need to create a wireframe for a site.  I was all prepared to do it in Fireworks.  Fireworks has some fantastic features, but I need better PDFs than what it can export.  (I tried every setting I could think of but PDFs created from my wireframes always looked fuzzy -- I guess Fireworks can't export vector into a PDF.)  So next up:  I was considering Illustrator.  Then, I saw something on InDesign Secrets about how some folks use InDesign for wireframing.  And I do know InDesign better than Illustrator.  So wondering if I should try it that way.  Do any of you use InDesign for that purpose?  If not, got any recommendations for software for wireframing (something that will give me better PDFs than Fireworks)?

    Hey Phyllis!
    So recently I've created a REALLY basic wireframe using InDesign. I basically created the visual direction so my client could easily understand how the Web site would flow. In other words, boxes with page names and lines connecting them. It can be really simple if all you're trying to do is show the site's direction.
    From there, we will create the in-depth visual layout for the splash page, home page and a global page (This is where I utilize Photoshop/Fireworks/Illustrator or Flash). This is where we will dive into color schemes, and layout schematics. In our case, this a site where we have no logo established, but have the overall concept in place, so that's why we haven't decided on an overall theme just yet. Still working out the kinks!!

    I suggest that you read the documentation against the following IMG path:
    Logistics-General -> Material Master -> Tools -> Maintain Authorizations and Authorization PRofiles.
