Pick up the input file if delta betweeb two files is 30%

Hi Experts,
A file is placed at the source folder..will it be possible for XI to check if previous file exists in that folder..
If yes then if th diffrence between both fields is greater than 30 % then pick up the file???
I do not see any which way it can be done in XI..
pls share ur thoughts..

First part of the question I don't understand, so could you elaborate please?
Second part: bus output is used for submixes, for example, let's say you want the same EQ to be applied to all guitars in the song, so instead of using same EQ plug-in on all guitar tracks, you feed the output from these tracks to a bus track and use the effect just once on this bus submix.

B2B not picking up the input file

Hi All,
I am trying to test aB2B scenario. Oracle B2B is not picking up the file from Endpoint URI. Can someone please suggest. What might be going wrong?

Its an inbound scenario. I've placed a file on the host ftp server from where B2B is configured to pick the files, which isn't happening.

Reading user input from a form within a workflow and perform actions in workflow based on the input

Need to get input from a user based on some condition within a workflow and based on the input received continue with the workflow. It can be a form with a text box and button to which i can redirect and when user enters a value and clicks on the button
,I should come back to the workflow and perform other processing. I should also be able to manually start this workflow from VS.
Tried different approaches like initiation forms ,user input action of SP2010 etc all of these approaches either add some tasks to task list or force me to click on the workflow link to get input from a user.
Any suggestions on this?

I was looking for something like this:

...so after submitting the result will go to the myjsp.jsp file and in the myjsp.jsp file

<jsp:setpropertiy name"value" ....>so everytime I click the add button the values will go the mysjp.jsp file and that will set them in the javabean file. this method uses two files but I was looking for doing this in the same jsp file and not sending it to another file.

Dynamic Configuration for two file adapters communication channels

Hello Experts!!!!!!
     In one of the interface in my landscape, I am using two file adapters for creating two files with different names and at two different destination on F.T.P.
However the receiver service for both the communication channel are same.
In message mapping I am using multi mapping to create two files out a single message.
Now i have a requirement of changing file path and file name using dynamic configuration for both the comm channel.
When i doing dynamic coniguration for both the comm. channel. My interface is creating two files but with same name and on same destination which is set for second communication channel through dynamic configuration.
Here, I guess the second dynamic configuration is over writing the first dynamic configuration and hence creating two files with same name and at same destination.
Please suggest, if separate dynamic configuration for separate communication channel of same receiver service can be done?

    Is there any way, By which in dynamic configuration I can find out the communication channel name and then change its parameter.
I mean if iam using say comm. channel A and B.
Then in dynamic configuration for A, I will first take communication channel A by calling it and then change its path/file name.
and then do samething for comm. channel B in its dynamic conf.

Color differences between these two files?

Could someone please tell me the color differences between these two files? What are the differences in general of these two files and how do I make a file identical to the blue cancel button?
I am working with signature pads and the BLUE CANCEL image works, but the other GREEN image does not. Both are 8-bit .bmp files... HELP!

#1, obviously, would be to connect a mic that doesn't require phantom power.
And #2 comes with a 6 ft. USB cable, so you may not need a bunch more cables. Maybe just one standard XLR to connect a mic to it.

Can iTunes play a stereo song that consists of two files (Left & Right)?

I generate stereo mixes in Pro Tools that are saved as two wav files, left and right channels, not as an interleaved stereo file. For example: StereoMix.L.wav and StereoMix.R.wav. This is normal for wav files.
I have converted these files to three different formats in Music Man Converter: AAC, MA4, and MP3.
The resulting stereo files also consist of two files each: Left & Right.
I want to add these to the iTunes Library and then compare audio quality. However, I can't get any of them to play. They appear in the Library as two separate files.
Can iTunes deal with a stereo mix consisting of two files, rather than a single stereo file?
How do you select both files to play simultaneously as a single stereo song?
Do I need to combine them somehow before iTunes can play them?

What program is used to do this?
Most mixing engineers I know use Pro Tools HD to mix music, and the resulting mix is always two files, L & R. I am wondering how iTunes handles normal wav files?
Anyway, I just need help on a workaround.......how do i combine wav, AAC, M4A, MP3 files that consist of two files?
The only file format that I have generated as an interleaved stereo file is MP3, which Pro Tools normally converts to one file when you generate an MP3.

Sorting file content of a huge file and less RAM

Hi,
I want to sort the content of a big file. In a file each line ended by \n is one record. I want to sort the lines alphabetically.
for eg.
The file test.txt contains the following data
pqr xyz \n
abc xyz \n
The sorted file should contain
abc xyz \n
pqr xyz \nand also the file size is very big around 20GB. and RAM is very less so it is not even possible to load such a huge file in memory.
How to solve the above problem? Can anyone suggest me the good solution?

Getting rid of the file in favor of a database sounds pretty good to me.Have you any clue how much time it will take to insert 20 GB into a relation database?

but I think before merging (step 5) the data in
separate files (compare set of two files) should be

Executing an file.exe from a jar file?

Does anyone know how to execute an *.exe file from jar file?
I have two files that I want to execute in one java.class, Monview.exe and Moninit.exe. Both are stored in the same jar file as the class called link.class.

It works when i place both .exe on the local host harddrive but when I place it in the jar file nothing happens. Could anyone help me please on why does this happen and how I can fix it? Or on how to get the link.class code to extract it from the jar file and place it on the system directory and delete it from the system directory, without it knowing where the jar file comes from?

If I am not mistaken, by including the JAR file in the CLASSPATH (specifying the absolute path), or after the -classpath option after the java command (java -classpath jar_archive main_class), the system will find both files in the JAR archive.

How do I synchronize two files?

I have a little experience editing video files, but this is the first time I am editing two files into one video. They are files of an interview. Each of the two participants had one camera and one mic. I can get the two files to almost sync up, but one is just a tad behind the other and I would like to get them exactly in sync. I try to remove tiny chunks of one to get them to line up, but I can['t get the chunks tiny enough. I would pot down one or the other's audio, to get rid of the echo, but if they were in perfect sync, that would not be so much of a concern. Will someone help me here? Do they need to be perfectly aligned?

Unfortunately, you have posted to the Tips & Tricks sub-forum, which is a repository for how to do things in PrE, and does not see much traffic. Maybe our MOD, Steve Grisetti, will move this out to the main forum, so that more will see it, and can comment.
PrE does not directly support Multi-cam editing, like its big-brother, PrPro, does. With PrPro, you can lock the sync and have dual Program Monitors to facilitate the Multi-cam editing.
For Audio OOS (Out Of Sync), this ARTICLE will give you tips. For syncing both the Audio & Video from two sources, things get more complicated. However, by turning Snap OFF, you might be able to nudge your Multi-cam footage just enough to work. Be sure to turn it back ON, when done, or surprises will occur.
Steve Grisetti has Multi-cam editing covered in his PrE book, and might also have an article on how best to do it in PrE on the Muvipix site, in his Learning Series.

Xi server not picking up the file

My Scenario is flat file to xml.I have declared all the file content conversion parameters and placed the input file in server.But the thing is XI server is not picking up the file.What could be the error.Does any error in content conversion has to do with XI-Server not picking up the file.

go to SXMB_IFR -> Runtime Workbench -> component monitoring -> adapter engine -> adapter engine monitoring or to communication channel monitoring to see the error in your sender file adapter..........rectify this error in comm channel in ID.......set filemode to delete..........then activate yur comm channel.........then your source file will be picked by XI........

Unable to pick up the file from Receive Location

BizTalk is unable to pick up the files from receive location.
My admin console is working so slow.
It is showing the problem of snap-in as follows:
I have checked all my receive location and its masking,it is working fine.
Actually it is working fine in dev server(snap-in problem is not occuring in dev server ) but when I import MSI and binding in UAT server.
It is not picking up the file from receive location.
I want to know one more thing :if my message box database is not working fine,will it receive the files from receive location.

For files not received by receive location. If the Receive Location is still enabled but files are not processed by Receive Location, then check whether the host instance configured with your receive location is running. If the host instance is in
running state, restart the host instance and try.
Regarding the error in the admin console as shown in the image, people started to see this issue with admin console from BizTalk 2009 onwards. This happens in cases like you have done some activity with console and before its been refreshed it you do more
activities like expanding the node you will see this error. Sometimes WMI is bit slowly to refresh your admin console screen. Just wait for few seconds untill the WMI screen is rendered completely. Ensure you have all the cumulative updates installed for your
version of BizTalk and also ensure the service pack for your OS is updated.
Obviously if message box is not working, files will not be received/processed. But if message box is not in healthy state this would affect all other application not just one and in-fact it would affect entire BizTalk not just Receive Locations.
To start analysing this file not been processed by Receive Location, start with checking the host instance as mentioned.

My proxy service (messaging) with sftp protocol is not picking up the file

I have proxy service , which polls for a file in a regular interval , this has stopped working suddenly . The bad part is i am not able to find any log related to the service in either the domain logs or the server logs.
I tried to disable the service and re-enable it , but it was of no use .
Please help me in this , what can i look for next ?

I just extracted the entire B2B setup as a ZIP file and imported the setup in a DEV UT01 enironment. The B2B was able to successfully pick up the B2B messages using the same ftp channel.If from one env B2B is able to pick the message using same settings then it must be a network issue. You may like to change the B2B log level to debug and then try to disable and enable the channel. See if you get anything in the log.
You may also try to create an outbound agreement and see if you are able to send message to that FTP location from the same environment.
