Picklist does not work if list has more than 255 records.

I'm tring to use the picklist class in picklist.pll, the library
that come with Developer2000. Picklist class is demostrated in
one of the Developer2000 demos. This picklist class allows you
to select and move record(s) from one list to another. Picklist
only works if list has 255 records or less and the list property
sheet does not allows me to set number of records > 255
I'm wondering if anyone ran into this problem before and found a
work around.

Hi Kevin,
Yeah I know what the problem is. It is all to do with a forms
limitation re scrolling views. The limitations are:
- The fields in the picklist are displayed on one canvas, whose
canvas size is greater than the view size, hence you get the
scroll bar. The canvas contains a block with 255 records
displayed, but no block scroll bar, hence you cannot scroll the
block and 255 is the max.
- With block scroll bars you can display an unlimited number of
records (obviously), but you cannot resize the view, since the
scroll bar is attached to the block, and there are no
set_block_properties that allow you to change the size of the
scroll bar dynamically
What is needed is a combination of the two.
What you will find is that most of the demos are pretty crap,
and can't really be used for production instances.
Anyway, the good news is that I have implemented a really sexy
picklist and will send it to you if you mail me your E-Mail.

I have the same problem, they never told me that, just that the newest version of Java "locks" up streaming quotes.

Equium L40 - internet does not work if I open more than one website

I have an Equium L40-10X and although the system runs fine, it does not like the internet. If I open more than one website, a little box comes up saying that Internet Explorer has incurred a problem and that it must be restarted. This is becoming excruciatingly annoying if I am in the middle of something important and I lose the website that I was on!
Especially with me going off to uni soon too! It especially will refuse to work if I need to download something e.g. I recently bought an Apple iPod Nano, and I needed iTunes in order for me to put music on it, but as soon as it starts the download, the "internet has stopped working" box pops up and I have to start everything again, but instead of it working -it simply does not!
This is becoming an often occurrence, and it makes me incredibly stressed!

Do you always use the up to date windows OS?
Such errors appear if the registry is dirty and the WinOS was not updated!
Update the Windows on the Microsoft page to the latest state!!
Furthermore you should clean the registry using the freeware tool called CCleaner. Its nice!
So finally one hint;
You can access the internet not only with Microsoft Internet Explorer but also with another internet browser like for example Firefox.
I recommend checking such possibility.

This response is a little late as I just read about your problem. I have a 2012 Dodge Charger and a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and both worked flawlessly with the iPhone 5s my wife and I had. However, we just upgraded to the iPhone 6 and Uconnect will receive calls but you cannot answer them. You can callout successfully, however. the annoyance being the inability to answer incoming calls in the HandsFree mode.

Checking if block has more than 1 record?

Hi guys,
I have a form with mutiple data bocks on it and I want to check if one of my datablocks has more than 1 record in it, if so I dont want to do anything, if it does only have 1 I want to do a procedure, what im wanting to know is there anyway i can check if a particular block has more than 1 record in it?

create a calculated item of type summary with summary-function COUNT. This will give you the number of records in the block.

As you may have noted from the list of Apple devices I own, I believed in the Apple and the products it was producing; but it is hard to believe from my experience and the other voices within the Apple Community that we are all experiencing the same hardware issues. Everyone does things a little differently. I love to "jam " along with iTunes ( or old Lp's) . Always have. That's where/how I've learned to play .
I'm sure leonieDF is giving a proper way to jam along on a keyboard with an iTune. He blows my mind all the time with what he knows. Nuff respects to him !
What I do is make a GB project I call "Jam With". I'll make several new tracks that are blank. Just has a few instruments named in the blank tracks. You can change those per song ...
Because I'm not concerned about changing the pitch / key.... of the iTune or the tempo ... I can simply play along with it.

Row highlight does not work when class has a background-clolor

This is more a CSS / javascript question but since the problem occurs in Apex I'll try my luck here.
I try to implement a row highlight feature that worked in 3.2 but not in 4.0. The difference is that the style that is used for the table cells contains a background-color in the 4.0 template and it did not in 3.2.
This is how it works.
I created a report template with "before each row" : <tr onMouseOver="cOn(this);" onMouseOut="cOut(this);">
The javascript does this:

}My thought was that td.style.backgroundColor="#FFFF99" would overrule the background color given by the class but when this happens from within javascript this does not work. Is this proper behaviour? Are there other methods that will work?

IPhone 4s screen is completely black and does not work at all; has not been dropped. Any help?

I opened up youTube using a shortcut from the Cocoppa app last night, and the screen froze, my home button would not work, so I locked it. The phone was charging at the time and nowhere near dead. After I did so, I pressed the lock and the home button [ not at the same time ] and the screen would not light up at all, it remained completely black. So, I unplugged it and plugged it back into the charger and it made the little sound it does when you do so, that told me it was not dead, and had not turned off. I held the lock button down to turn it off and swiped where the "slide to shut down" bar would normally be if my screen actually worked. It did nothing. My phone screen does not work at all now, even though it makes sounds such as Siri's little pinging noise when you hold down the home button. I am thoroughly confused and urgently need help to solve this problem.

Slow script warning when prompt choice list has more than 100 elements

Hi,
Has anyone experienced this issue in Internet Explorer version 7 and above? If the prompt has more than 100 elements (my current use-case), the prompt does not get rendered and I get the slow/busy script warning in Internet Explorer. I have not experienced this in Firefox or Chrome.
Any help is appreciated

2) used SPQuery.ListItemCollectionPosition
property,
3) and corrected little mistake in my CAML Query.

It sounds like you updated iTunes and now it will not open. Try the steps outlined in the following article. You may need to re install iTunes but your library will remain intact if you do.

The info supplied does not show how to delete more than one bookmark, only folders

I read the info provided online for deleting more than one bookmark/folder but it doesn't show how for multiple bookmarks. My OS is XP. with updated Firefox version.
When I go to Bookmarks>Show All Bookmarks, there is no listing of the ind bookmarks, only the folders.
Whoever used this pc before had lots and lots and I do not want to have to delete them all one-by-one.

Usually one deletes a lot of history items so the techniques were described in the history areas by including some pictures. The techniques work the same for bookmarks.

Subreports w/ CR10 only don't show when main report has more than 1 record

I use use Delphi7 and VCL CR10 to display report of 1 master table having 2 detail tables. The database is Interbase so I just use the TTX technology. I design a report to print master record at Detail A, and insert 2 subreports to print details records at Detail B & Detail C, and arrange the subreport links succesfullly. I make Detail C "New Page After" and put a Page Footer section to display some info of master record. I hope I can see a report w/ 1 master record followed by details records in one page.
I managed to pass data from Delphi to CR10 by assigning TCrpeDS.DataPointer of each table to TCrpe.Tables[x].DataPointer (after arranging TCrpe.Subreports[x], where x: 0..2). The report works well if I only print 1 record of master table. When I supply 2 or more record of master table w/ corresponding records of the 2 detal tables, then only the first page will print well, the following pages won't print Detail B & Detail C (can't show data of detail tables).
I try to detect the problem by changing the Record Selection Formula of each subreport to "true or <link condition>". Then again only the first page will print "all" details records (the "true or .." works), other pages will only print Detail A.
Please help me w/ this issue. I thank you in advance.

I developed an outbound IDOC in which we are facing an issue.
There is some limitation on the maximum idoc size it can handle.
If number of records is more than 500, split the idoc into multiple iDoc's, e.g. if it would have 1300 records , the result would be 2 iDoc's with 500 records, and the last one would have 300 records
How can i acheive this.

1) first you need to know which message type/Idoc type you are triggering.
2) Get the Corresponding processcode from Partner profiles(WE20/ WE41).
3) Then the look for prper user-exit in the related processing FM.
4) write logic to split the IDoc accordingly.
if no proper user exit available then copy the standard processing FM and need to all ALE related configurations.
Catch hold any ABAP expert in your team to do all these.
