Pipeline Materials (Info Record) Cost not getting picked in Standard Cost

Dear Team,
We are using the Pipeling Materials Concept in our client. Pipeline materials are procoured without referene to PO/Quotation.
Pipeline materials cost is not getting updated in the the standard cost estimate in cost roll-up.
All Sub-strategies options in the Valuation variant for price from Purchase Info Record are all wrt PO/Quotation.
How can i get my pipeline materials cost in the standard cost estimate.

    We are upgrading our client sap system  from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 .We are now in the testing phase .An  issue came up  regarding customer material info records .
    When we are creating a sales order using VA01, after entering Material number and order quantity for an item  if we press the ordering party tab(before saving the sales order) the customer material info records (value in cutomer material number) are gettting displayed.But if we save the sales order we are not able to  see the customer material info records.
    kindly guide me in this issue .

    hi nikhil,
                check the tick box in vov8 "read info record",and when you create sales order(va01),dont enter the material number enter the "customer material number" and see whether you are getting the material number.
    and also go to (va02) and check whether you are getting the CMIR details.

    Hi All,
    This is with reference to Inter-company PO.
    A condition record has been maintained for MWST condition type(for key combination of Departure country -ID & Destination Country BE).But the system is not picking this condition record but it is picking the condition record maintained for MY to BE.
    Could you please tell me where I need to check if a condition record is not getting picked.

  • Scale maintained in info records but not picking up in scheduling agreement

    Hi,
    We have maintained scales for PB00 in info record (subcontracting), this scale is picked up in Subcontracting Purchase Order.
    But when we are trying to create Subcontracting scheduling agreement, this scale is not picked up by the system.
    Why the system is picking up scales for PO but not for scheduling agrmment?

    Please check your InfoUpdate Indicator on the scheduling agreement.
    The indicator determines which prices and conditions are suggested in future PO items.
    Prices and conditions can apply to an entire purchasing organization or to a single plant within a purchasing organization.
    For example, if you create a purchase order for a plant for which an info record has been defined at plant level, the purchase order is based on the conditions in the plant info record and not on the conditions that apply to the purchasing organization.
    probably your info record is at the Porg level and not at the plant level and hence it's not picking it up.

  • Purchase info record does not exists in purchase organization 1000

    Hi experts,
              I have created a new enterprise structure in SAP. when i am creating a PO its picking the correct info record, but when i am doing GR, its giving the error as 'purchase info record does not exists in purchase organization 1000". I have maintained everything perfect. the only thing i have changed is I have moved the open and close period from 11-2002 to 12-2008 in MMPV.
             Please give me some suggestions, where it can go wrong.

              Thanks for all yours responses, Actually what deepak said was right, but in my IDES system i am not able to create new entries in assign plant to std purchase org. I found the database view for that, V_001W_E its for table T001W. So i looked into that table i found that std purchase org was given as 1000. i made direct entries in that table, i thought the reason for this may be due to , that i copied plant from 1000. After making entries , i did not got the error message that was i am previously getting.

  • PO creation wrt PR - value not getting picked

    Purchase orders are created with respect to fully approved Purchase requistions (Release proc is set for PR) but net price is not getting copied to PO from PR.
    Please let me know how to resolve it

    If the info record (or contract) is not wanted, it is possible to "adopt" the price from the purchase requisition>
    Are you getting the error - 'Net price must be greater than 0' - For PO creation from a requisiton for materials the system tries to determine the price from a source (info records, quota arrangement, contract etc). It is possible to use configuration to have the purchase requisition price adopted (and hence not use any info record) for this you must make the following configuration.
    Material Management -> Purchasing -> Authorization management ->
    Define Function Authorization for Buyers.
    In here choose: "Function Authorizations: Purchase order"
    In here you may specify a number of Function Authorization keys.
    For each key, you may set rights for the key.
    The field in question is "Order price adoption" (T160D-EBPUEB) which
    must be ticked.
    Then back out and now choose "Maintain Users".
    In here choose tab "Parameters" and enter parameter ID "EFB" along
    with the value equal to the key you just maintained.
    (Remember to use Capitals when entering the key value)
    In ME51N in the item detail screen, tab "Valuation", the field
    "PO price" will now be visible and can be maintained via a dropdown.
    The field will have following possible values:
    - "Do not adopt"
    - "As gross price" and
    - "As net price"
    If "do not adopt" is selected (and this is deafult ) then the system will look for an info record, contract etc when creating PO
    If Other two options are selected the price from the PR will be adopted into the PO (info record will not be considered)

    The pk_sku is the index created on client_id and sku_id columns

  • Force index not getting picked up while running the SQL Query

    Hi All,
    We are facing an issue with one SQL Query. We have created a custom Index and we are using that index in our query by using the following syntax:

  • EXW price is not getting picked up during preference determination

    HI .. all,
    We have transferred Sales order from ECC to GTS. But during prreferrence determination, EXW price of the Sales order is not getting picked up.
    Please suggest if any configuration is missing .

    Of course you should not modify standard SAP code, and I will not help you to do that.
    I don't agree with your idea of proposed and actual EXW values.  The Sales Order is your way of recording the customer's Purchase Order, and the price should be fixed at that point.  The billing process should not change the agreed price of the goods - only perhaps re-calculate taxes and any other charges that could not be confirmed at the time of order.
    If your standard prices are offered as FOB, then I can understand your needing to subtract some components to reach the EXW price, but in that case you will have problems transferring the correct amount to GTS.  As I mentioned earlier, you can manipulate the data in the BAdI /SAPSLL/IFEX_SD0A_R3, but I had not looked closely enough at this specific requirement.  Unfortunately the pricing table KONV is not provided in the BAdI and that data will not yet be available in the database.  Provided the elements to be subtracted are to be read from Master Data, then you could make that same subtraction again in the BAdI.  But if there are complex dependencies, it might not be easy.
    Having looked in more detail at the code, I think you would be reasonably entitled to complain to SAP about missing functionality here.  In the ERP system, the SD pricing provides a specific sub-total (KOMP-PREVA: subtotal 8) for Preference Value, and you can easily configure that to be filled after your subtractions.  But that subtotal is not used in the GTS mapping, and I think that's a mistake.  You might want to create an OSS message about it, requesting that the GTS Preference value be taken from the sub-total that was clearly designed exactly for that purpose.

  • CST is not getting picked up in sales order

    Dear Experts,
    We are following TAXINN procedure and we have maintained condition record for excise condition type - JEXP, JECS & JA1X and tax condition types - JIVC and JIVP. But in sales order, Excise condition types and Vat is getting picked automatically for local customer. But if I chose a CST customer CST is not getting picked automatically even though I have maintained condition record for the same. I have told my client to use alternative tax classification but my client doesnt want to follow this procedure.
    Kindly let me know, how can I make the CST to  be picked automatically in sales order.

    These may be the possible areas for the issue.
    1.Check the ship to party Tax classification in the customer master>Sales area data>billing tab.
    2.Check the Tax classification of the material master-->Sales org data view.
    3.Check the region of the ship to party.

  • Billing pricing not getting picked up

    I created a sales invoice with reference a sales order. In the sales order the price was getting picked up and was displayed.
    Delivery was also created. But when the invoice was created and saved the net value is shown as 0. Price is not getting picked up.
    The option which many other consultants has given was to cancel the invoice and re create a new invoice. But we want the price to be picked in the same invoice.
    This happened only for 5 invoices which was created on a particular day. These 5 inovices show a net value of 0.
    Could you please help me out to resolve this issue.

    If its not same please check what is the pricing procedure system taking for Billing document procedure.
    In that pricing procedure check what is the Base price condition type.
    Check whether condition records maintained for that condition type.
    Iff no records maintain then use VK11 to create new condition records.
    Then go to Item data - Conditions in billing document press Update button and use B-Carry out new pricing.
    Revert if you need more elaborate explanation.

  • CUSTOM library not getting picked up

    We have our custom business code written in HR_ADMIN.pll and it will be called through CUSTOM.pll for few forms ( like people, Assignment, Element Entry forms)
    In Our CLONE instance after every weekend outage for backup, we get error opening people form because of HR_ADMIN.pll not getting picked up. we used to bounce forms port, everything would then work. but since last week bouncing forms port also not working.
    I took frd trace, error is exactly at calling hr_admin package. Did anybody got the same error before and have any solution to this ?
    Error we get is:
    FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508.
    ORA-01403: no data found

    check whether task name is same as session/workflow name. also check any spaces in name. if dac didn't fin corresponding session/workflow it may not create paramater file. if other custom tasks are working from dac this should also work.

  • WT not getting picked up under 3PR

    Hi All
    We are facing an issue wherein the wage type is not getting picked up in 3PR even though it is coming under remuneration statement.
    Can you please advise what could be the reason ?

    As far i understand system will always considers the retro values when ever any changes are there pertaining to wage type accordingly system will do the posting.
    Either it is a positive arrear or negative arrear system will bring it to the current period you do not want retro calculation delimit the record maintain 78 with effective date on wards.

  • Release Strategy for Contract is not getting picked whereas it is ok for PO

    Dear Experts,
    I have created release strategy for PO with doc type, p.org, net value as chars and frg_ekko as class and release group as 02.
    I kept NB,FO,MK and WK as char values. it is working fine for PO's whereas it is not getting picked for Contracts. we need same release strategy for PO as well as for Contract.
    Kindly resolve the issue.

    use create other characteristic for value CEKKO-GNETW in this use the mk , wk values in value field and assign this characteristic to your class and save.

    There are so many ways to be analysed for the cause. Because PIR -Purchase info record:
    Please check in order of priority while diagnosing and finding for the solution:
    1. Check wether the PIR is created for the Vendor of that perticular material or not.
    2. Check for the validity (valid upto which date) mentioned in the PIR
    3. Check for the type of Info record (based on Item category) it is such as Standard, Sub contracting, etc
