Pl/sql utl_http soap client

Question

hi
i'm trying to retrieve data from a webservice throw pl/sql. The connection to the web service is achieved but when i pass the soap envelope the returned enveloped states that my input xml needs the root element, but the thing is that the root element is there.
my xml input is:

Please can you give an idea of how you are doing it. I am trying to write a web services to retrive xml from a remote server but I am getting connection error.
