Placing of XML file ?

Question

Folks
I am creating a framework for our application , I have one XML file which has all the SQL statements(based on the use case) in it , So all my pageflows/controls call this XML file to get the Simple SQL/Stored Procedures, And i am wondering where to put this XML file in the Server/Folder structure so that when the server starts up this XML file gets loaded,
I appreciate any advice/help

not sure that this is the best thing to do - but if u choose to do it this way, you should place the xml file anywhere in the classpath. then u can read it in just as you would read in a properties file -
     private void loadProperties(ClassLoader loader) {
          logger.debug(CLASS_ID + "loadProperties() - Beginning to load SPT Properties");
          InputStream in = null;
          try {
               in = loader.getResourceAsStream(SptConstants.PROPERTY_FILE_NAME);
               if (in != null)
                    super.load(in); // can throw IOException
               else
                    logger.error(CLASS_ID + "loadProperties() - InputStream was null. Probably file does not exist.");
          } catch (Exception e) {
               logger.error(CLASS_ID + "loadProperties() - Some error loading property file - " + e.getMessage());

          } finally {
               if (in != null) {
                    try {
                         in.close();
                    } catch (Exception ignore) {
                         logger.error(CLASS_ID + "loadProperties() - Could not close input stream - " + ignore.getMessage());
