Plan quantity not displayed

Hi Guru,
In the service order, there is a component tab, there is planned quantity. I have setup all the costing sheet, plan cost/actual cost all display correctly.
But I can't find plan quantity in any report. eg. KOB1, or report plan/actual cost , the quantity related column always empty, could anybody help to highlight any more setting to enable plant quantity displayed.

Goto transaction S_ALR_87013611 - Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/Variance , You will get both plan and actual cost.

Long term planning material not displayed in MS04

Hi,
May I request your assistance on my issue? When I run the MS04
one of the component material is not displaying. I have change the planning
period and run again the MS03 for a specific material which is the finished material.
My component is now displaying, however the other material now has a negative
value on available qty.
Can you help me understand why the component material is not
displayed in my first run? How it is included on the next run and why the other
material had a negative value on available qty when I run the MS04 after I change
the planning period?

Confirmed Quantity not displayed in SO

Hi All,
Recently we went live on ECC 6.0 and now we are using APO for availability.
We have an issue: A sales order contains 5 line items. The first line item is confirmed for Feb mid. the other items are not confirmed while creating the SO. User later some time ran the availability and was able to deliver the rest 4 line items. Delivery process was totally completed.
But the issue lies in SO the above said 4 line items are not showing any confirmation, all of them are showing 'ZERO' qty in confirmation column. But at the same time all the line items status shows 'Fully Delivered'. Even i checked the VBEP table it shows ZERO confirmed quantity.
As the delivery was completed, when i ran availability in SO system not even showing us the availability screen.
I checked all the settings related to availability, and in quality system we can able do the process normally.
Now my question is what could be the reason, why the system is not displaying the confirmed quantity in its column.
immediate response will be appreciated and help us in fixing this issue.

If i am not wrong when the sales order was created out of 5 line items only 1 line item might have got confirmed with quantity and other with Zero quantity. But the other 4 line items might be having Zero stock at its plant and when you have done Rescheduling then at the time of delivery the stock got confirmed also and the sales order got closed .That is the reason it is not showing quantity in delivery quantity feild in sales order. but the delivery status might be complete.
Kindly check the VBUP table If it is showing the entire document flow then it is working , but if VBUP is also not getting updated means then you should take help of ABAP'er

KEPM-   in revenue planning , quantity not planned

In revenue planning , we   plan for the amount and quantity of sales.   Then   we valuate the quantity to get the cost of goods based on standard cost.     Now   if   only revenue amount is planned and   no quantity is planned, then   i cannot do valuation.
My question is where   can I   manually    enter the cost   in KEPM and see the same in report in KE30   . Also let me know how to do the same.

Hi Kamala,
Activating valuation with product cost is an optional step. If you don't want to valuate sales quantity (or you are not planning quantity) with product cost, then you can manually enter the cost in planning. Include the relevant cost value field in the plan layout (using t.code KE15) and then the cost value field will be available in KEPM for you to input the data.

Planned Cost & Planned revenue - Not displaying data in Bex.

I have installed 0PS_C04_Q002 query from the business Content and loaded the data for the Cube 0PS_C04.
While executing the query, I am not getting data for Planned Cost and Planned revenue. I am getting data for Actual Cost and Actual revenue. As I am using standard restricted key figures, I am not getting the data. Can you please help on this Issue.

Hi Jelina,
Is the load successful to the cube?
Did u check the data in the cube?
Is the data populated fine?
Otherwise check the properties of Planned Cost and Planned Revenue by changing the Infoobjects. And check the lengths given and the datatypes. Compare them with the length and the datatypes of the fields u are retrieving from your source system.

Planned quantity not updated in the report.....

We have created a production order and entered the qty as 10. After that partial confirmation is done and WIP calculated. Now during month end when we ran the report KKAQ, it is reflecting both Planned qty and GR qty as ZERO.
Can anybody let me know how system updated the Plan qty and GR qty in KKAQ reprot. is there any OSS note which provide the more details on KKAQ report or is it link with confirmation/system status.....
Does the plan Qty in KKAQ will update immediately after the Prodcution order creation......

In MC7F choose the info S025 and click on details
There in System parameters remove the tick for "key figure restricted DB update:off" if selected.
Probably this may be the reason for your Problem

Planning Form Not Display.............

i'm creating a Asymmetric planning form in system 11.1.1.3. But if i'll enable the hide any dimension option in the Column it will not be open and the planning is going to be hang.So if you have any experience regarding this problem please share it with me..

Sounds like one of the known issues for 11.1.1.3
Hiding more than one dimension in a data form can cause Microsoft Internet Explorer to stop functioning. (8579404)
You cannot open a data form if the first dimension in a data form column is hidden. (8369053)
If you hide the first of two dimensions associated with a data form column, opening the data form causes the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser to stop responding. You must clear the hidden setting for the column dimension to resolve the issue. (8233475)

Capacity planning CM01 not displaying PM Order capacity

I have created one order with the work center and defined operations...... but i am not able to see the CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS in the capacity planning (CM01)............

Thanks for the information , in configuration "Capacity Requirement Planning" have been maintained and now i am getting the CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS and CAP. LOAD also .........................but there is one problem i.e. when i am seeing the capacity planning (CM01) , IT IS NOT SHOWING THE VALUES ON THE DAY WHICH IS WORKING actually according to factory calendar FRIDAY and SATURDAY are holiday, but it is showing the value on SATURDAY and not showing the value on THURSDAY that is today........Please see the screen shot also......

Why are the planned orders not displayed anymore. They are still in the system - in MD04 - but since we moved from release 3.1i to 4.0 the plan order qty disappeared from transaction MCP9!!!!.Now we are using Version 4.7
There must be a reason
Perhaps searching in SAP OSS system -if the transaction is not supported in rel 4.0 anymore and we should use something else instead
Or we need to apply an OSS note from SAP to repair the problem...
Or the info system update must be modified because of rel change... I don't know.

Oracle BAM 10.1.3.4 and IBM WebSphere MQ 6.0, Enterprise Link Plan does not

1. I have a BAM 10.1.3.4 installation and a IBM Webspehere MQ client V6.0 installed in the same server
2. Have configured JmsAdmin appropriately to have a Topic Connection Factory and a Topic Pointing to a Queue in the Server
3. Have tested the client connectivity using ivtRun and MQIVP.class, they seem to work fine connecting to the channel and the topic.
4. I have configured an EMS for IBMWebSphereMQ in BAM with the below given parameters

5. I have a subscribe plan configured in to enterprise Link which has a EMSReceiever and a grid to display the messages
6. I have the "run forever" flag checked in the Receiver and go a head and post a message in the Queue configured in the server.
7. The plan does not display any messages in the grid.
All configuration on the MQ Server and Client side are proper but BAM EL Plan is not displaying the data in the grid.
Have also had turned on DEBUG on the servers and restarted BAM, they don't seem to throw any errors.
Kindly advice, what could be wrong in the Plan or EMS configuration which is causing this.

Value and quantity is not displaying in Tcode MC.9 for some materials

Dear Sir,
For the material XYZ Material Type is FERT but when I check the stock in MC.9 with material type FERT, it is not displaying any value and quantity but when I donu2019t put any Material Type it is showing me the value with quantity. Even I tried to change the material type to FERT there also it gave me message as "No data exists for chosen selection". Why this massage is showing like this ?

The amount difference   equals the   total   deviation.

Tcode VL10G quantity field values are not displaying ?

Hi All,
In TCODE - VL10G - Sales and Purchase Order display -
After passing the input values it displays the results with minimum fields in the ALV layout. When I add Quantity fields to the layout - WMENG -Order quantity and any other Quantity related fields it is not displaying values in the results. Even though the values exists in the table.
Can anyone tell me what could be the reason? In the input screen u2013 passing the values in USER ROLE tab has anything related to this issue?
I tried to debug and could not find code related to VBEP table or other table which has quantity fields.
Please let me know if any ideas? Thanks in advance.

User not displaying in Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.3

Hi All,
i have create users in Shared Services and assign provison on Planning application.
after this i log in to planing when i m trying to assign access on perticuler dimention
Assign Access>>add Access under this user and group tab user is not displaying whetever i have created in shared services and given the provision.
can any budy help me out what an issues with this and how can it is visible to all user.

Hello-
I asume that you have asigned user to a group and have provisioned Group in shared service. Can you try provisioning the User directly in shared service and unassign him from the group. Refresh the user list via planning and see if user
exist or not.. Assign the user to one dimension and see if you can see the user in refresh security filters tab. Refresh the security filter for user ..Also dont forget to refresh the security from EAS & see if the group & user you created in
shared service you are able to see in EAS. Once u see user & group over there try ur normal procedure of unassigning the user and assigning him to the group and it should work fine.. I have encountered this problem in 9.3.1 and doing
above was able to resolve it. I am not sure about 11.1.1.3 seems by ur post ur application is classic planning app.
