Please can anyone help me..I can not get itunes to install,i get a error message writing to file c and says i need to verify access to directory please help me

I need help in trying to install I Tunes,,,after multiple attempts I have now pulled all my hair out,and I am without I Tunes,,,I have tried everything ,and all the ideas that I have found in trying to seach the reason for my problem.it will download quick time,,,it gets about half way through I Tunes and I get a error message that says...........Error writing to File C /program files x86 itunes .tunes exc.verify you have access to that directory......I need the wisdom of any and all that are smarter than I about this issue.........I would appreciate any and all help ..thank you....

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I then got a message that advised that the trial version would expire, which it subsequently has (I have been trawling your site for weeks and weeks trying to find an email or phone contact to get some assistance). Relucltantly, I am now typing this - and I suspect it will not help in the slightest! I bought the FULL not TRIAL edition of Photoshop Elements and I have contacted Amazon who confirmed this, but say I need to contact you. Can you please let me know how I can resolve this? In the iPhone backup. Right click on the phone in iTunes and choose "Restore from Backup".

PhotoStream is purely a conduit for transferring pictures added to or taken on one device onto all the others seamlessly. Photos are held there only for 30 days. There is no way of accessing, viewing or deleting individual photos; you can reset the entire Photostream, erasing everything.

You just resync your iPhone with iTunes on your laptop.
If you are logged with the same Apple ID on both devices it should be available to download from your phone:
Open App Store app > Updates > Purchased

Play them into a recorder. Many computers have built-in microphones and record and save them as a .wav file. On a PC you can use Sound Recorder or QuickTime Player. On a Mac you can use QuickTime Player (see "Recording with QuickTime Player" here: Mac Basics: QuickTime Player creates, plays, edits, and shares video and audio files).
You might also try contacting your carrier as some allow you to download them from your account on their website.
