Please help me if i should get an airport for my situation or not?

      i have a modem thats connected to a pc (i cant move it anywhere) on the first floor and a wireless adapter thats connected to another pc on the lower floor. we all depend on that one modem thats on the first floor so to let the pc on the lower floor to connect to the wifi, we got a router. (everything is all good) but if i get an imac and place it on the first floor which is closer to the modem will it connect to the wifi normally like any laptop or iphone? or should i get an airport or maybe a wireless adapter so it connects to the wifi?
       PLEASE HELP IM GETTING AN IMAC SOON AND I HAVE TO KNOW!

Yes.
You don't have to get an AirPort Base Station, but I learned the hard way that they work better than cheaper alternatives, especially in a mixed Mac / Windows / iOS device environment. They're also very secure from malicous outside intrusion, which has recently become a serious problem for people using Linksys routers.
You will need to configure it with an iMac or an iPhone, not with the Windows PC, so get the iMac first.

AppleWorks is a very old application and requires Rosetta to run under recent systems.
Lion does not include Rosetta.

Thanks to everyone for the tips on my CS2 question. It turns out in the end it was some plug-in filter software that was causing the glitch, not a lack of an Adobe registration key. As for why he still uses CS2, it does the job for him, so that's all he needs.

You probably need to either uninstall and reinstall itunes or to download the apple application support by itself
you can download the itunes http://www.apple.com/itunes/ here
then to do a complete uninstall / reinstall follow these instructions http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923
you could also use 7zip to extract the individual installer for apple application support from the itunes setup file http://www.7-zip.org

I have a creative inspire 5. 5700 hooked up to my X-FI extreme music via Digital I/O port.
However im a bit pissed off because i cant get a microphone to work, it seems that the port i use my speakers for is the same port as the microphone..
Any ideas how to get my mic to work without unplugging the digital I/O?

Unfortunately those are the only ways I know of. The X-Fi Xtreme Music does not hook into normal front panel solutions.

You were already provided the answer. If you do not have a backup of the phone while the photos were on the phone, they are gone. When you restore your phone from an old backup, anything that has been saved to the phone since that backup is deleted. Sorry.

Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help. Thanks Apple for such a crappy update! From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Then delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that didn't help, troubleshoot Safari extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

Keep checking the reservation page for the Apple Store you want to go to, and as soon as an appointment slot is available, take it. Or go to the store as soon as it opens, and tell them you want the first available slot if someone cancels, and wait.
Suing someone for being so busy that you can't make an appointment at their business is ridiculous. You have no right to be seen before someone that A) Made an appointment or B) Has been waiting longer than you to be seen.
