Please help - We can't get JDEV 9.0.3.1035 to work for us

Hi, we installed and configured JDEV 9.0.3.1035 and are experiencing this persistent problem, whenever we try to run our app the second or any subsequent time:

This is happening since we switched from JDEV 9.0.2 which always started up cleanly. It appears that the port is not being released on OC4J server termination. We are not running any other web servers and verified that there are no open ports with netstat -a.

Then I killed the browser session and terminated the Embedded OC4J Server .
There was a javaw.exe task, I killed it but still get the same error. I also noticed that the Terminate Embedded OC4J Server can take quite a long time.

PLEASE HELP
I have been trying to get an applet to work which when viewed in an applet viewer works fine.
HOWEVER, when I try to view it through the browser it will not be viewed. The html code I've used is very simple and you can see that below . I've downloaded the JAVA plugin but that doesn't work either!
The errors that come up say --- java.lang.ClassFormatError.Class already loaded
Then if the window is expanded says --- java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:javax/swing/JApplet
I haven't a clue what's wrong!!

I have the M-Audio 1 n 1 interface and yes the Instrument panel shows up when I open garageband but i can't get audio to play outboard i see the indicators light up and the volume pids moving but no sound i can hear

Quicktime, Quicktime Pro and iTunes don't convert "muxed" ( muxed means multiplexed where the audio and video are stored on the same track) video files properly. It only plays the video and not the audio.
See:iPod plays video but not audio.
You need a 3rd party converter to convert the file with both audio and video.

Please Help, How can I get 24Frame .mov's to work with broadcast footage?

I am desperate for some help. I have 24 Frame image sequences and 29.97 B-Roll footage that I need to work with. I am forced to work in the B-Roll frame rate because it is a mixture of scenes and all the interlace is different shot to shot.
So my question is how can I take this 24 Frame CG and get it to 29.97? I can’t conform it in Cinema Tools because it speeds up the timing. I can’t add pull down in After Effects because it looks really bad. Is there any other way that I can add pull down to this footage and have it still look good?
I am in desperate need for some help so even some conversation might get the ball rolling.

I'm really surprised that you say it is looking bad out of After Effects since that is a good way to add the pulldown. What is it that is looking bad? Is the comp set up correctly? Is the CG stuff a true 24? You might want to conform it to 23.98 in Cinema Tools, then try adding the pulldown in AE. I don't think it should matter except that you aren't truly pulling down to 30fps so you'll have to change the rate at some point.
The only other way I know to add the pulldown, is to use FinalCut at a 23.98 sequence, play it out to tape to add the pulldown, then capture it back in.

I bought ATV last week and have been working on this for a total of about 30 hours. Still nothing. I just cant get my late 2011 Macbook Pro to Mirror. Bought Mountain Lion update - no AirPlay icon at the top of the screen. In System Preferences > Displays it says No Devices Detected. I restarted everything, checked ATV software, turned ATV on/off 100 times, nothing. So I bought AirParrot and it can't find ATV either. Yes we are using the same network. I feel like throwing every piece of junk Apple device I have in the bin.
Any ideas?

I may have just solved it. It involved confusing username and E-Mail address assuming they were the same

Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device).

downpayment percentage , so if i want 50 percent of order value to be paid and when i go to faz type the invoice is created for 0 value that 50 percent of the amount is not getting calculated , where as when i enter in order same as 50 percent in amount it gets calculated in invoice, any help ?

You cannot remove or change the old ID. This is Find My iPhone Activation Lock. You need to recover the credentials for the Apple ID originally used to activate the iPad.
Check your spam and junk folders.
