Pls help...very complicated task
Dear all,
I'm doing an application on J2ME to upload an png image and some arguments related to the image properties.
the whole connection is done by using Java Http socket connection, including the server and client side.
the server side is a java standalone app which will serve the cilent http request thru socket programming.
May i know how can i complete this task ?
if i convert the image and arguments into byte and sent thru output Stream from j2me client, how am i going to receive this stream data from server side thru socket, so that i can separately retrieve the image data and argument from the Server socket input Stream.

This might be of some help...
First of all I suggest that you use datagrampackages and no streams since they are a bit easier to handle, don't have to worry that only half the stream got through and stuff.
And if it's a one-way-traffic you want its rather easy.
One way is to make the client and server as DatagramSockets (java.net.)
You use the client to connect to the server ip and port and then send your package.
The DatagramSocket has a receive function which will sort of freeze you program so you might want to put that in a separate thread.
And as for the data... you can just put arg;image... and then split the byte[] the server got from the package at the first ";"
...that's how I would have done it at least

You are trying to cast a javax.xml.registry.infomodel.Service to javax.xml.rpc.Service. This is not right
This is causing the problem.
There is an article on how to use the different Java Web services developer pack technologies using the example of the employee portal at

i have an doubt that iam using JBoss AS, my scienraio is
inital when start my Application Server it will connects to mysql DB datasource, i will retrieve some values those are DB Names like oracle,sql server,db2 etc in my JSP page iam placed at combo box upto this i am very much successful but now my problem is after gettinh those values in html select box.
if user selects Oracle and in the same screen user can enter connection config details and after submitting the request. At runtime App Server want to connect for that particular Database.
for ex Oracle and its connection parameters then it want to connect that particular Database without restarting the server.
so mysql is internal DB and Oracle is external db. how to manage this scienraio
please anyone knows solution, pls help me out......

I have a 2010 Macbook Pro and am a very new user to Mac community only started to use this PC a few weeks ago.
My Mac is just hanging and I am unable to shut it down or do anything at all. I left it for 2.5 days hoping the battery will run flat but it is not working. Pls help! I am desperate. TxIn order to resolve the issue if it occurs again, more info would be helpful as to what occurred prior to the "hang." One potential fix would be to try a Safe Boot:
After the Mac is completely shut down, push the power button and immediately after the startup tone, hold down the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone but not before.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
There should be a message that says "SafeBoot." After the Mac is completely booted, try restarting and see if the issue is gone. -

Problem with Sales Order BAPI Update...Very Very Urgent....Pls Help me out
I am trying to update the sales order text using "BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE" But i am getting an error as " Sold-to party E455 not maintained for sales area E901 C1"
I passed the sales order no, and the text to be upated and the Update flag is set to "U".
When i try giving the same values in se37 it updates the sales order text successfully but when i use the same BAPI in the report i am getting the above error. Can anyone pls help me out.hi

this is done.
BUT NOW My manager wants to change the payload type.
he created a type
create or replace type systype as object (msg varchar2(4000));
Now payload type of queue table is changed to
PayloadType==>aq.systype.
Pls help me how can i insert xml messages into this queue table.

Do you want to change the message type? If you do you MUST drop the queue and start over again from the beginning.
Do you want to enqueue messages?

I have a new iphone6+ and have paired it to my 3 cars. When playing music from my iphone, the volume is very low and I have to turn the car volume to max to listen. I had no issues with previous iphone parings. Pls help.
Sorry if this is too basic or confusing
Apparently in iOS 8 there are different volume settings for different applications
The setting on the home screen does not carry over to Pandora for example and it is different ( or at least appears to be) for the in-car experience.
So I would try to stream the music when not in the car - see if you can turn the volume up and then try again in the car

the class which it says it cannot find is in a jar file and there are lot of files in the jar file but it picks up only this file and this is not an ejb as you can see.
pls help i was hoping the application will successfully deploy today and it did not.
i even tried it as hot deploy: placing the ear file into the application folder: and the same exception came up
as expected.
