Plugin Microsoft.Windows.Azure.Extensions.RDP 1.0.0.1 injection failed. Installation exit code: -1

Hi everybody,
I've tried to deploy my application into the Azure Worker role but could not get it done successfully. I hope somebody can help me.
After the error, I can see the error "Plugin Microsoft.Windows.Azure.Extensions.RDP 1.0.0.1 injection failed. Installation exit code: -1" in my Windows Azure Portal.
If I do RDP, I can see the error message in details Install command for plugin Microsoft.Windows.Azure.Extensions.RDP 1.0.0.1 program D:\Packages\Plugins\Microsoft.Windows.Azure.Extensions.RDP\1.0.0.1\RemoteAccessPluginLauncher.exe exited with non-zero exit
code -1. . You can try it later. I had this issue long ago and waited one day.
You also try those two solution:
1.redeploy your project to worker role and enable the RDP setting (see this blog
2.recklessly, you could delete your worker role and redeploy it. The error will be disappeared.

It seems like the SQL script used to upgrade from Update 4 to Update 6 used a SQL Server Enterprise edition only feature and it's causing the update to fail on the controller. Is there an ETA from MSFT to resolve this issue?

I just started exploring the application on Windows Azure platform. Locally my sample application is working perfectly.
Now I am thinking to host it on Microsoft Windows Azure platform. I started googling and found that it required the valid account which also requires some cost as well. But my application is not a real world apps. It is just a "HelloWorld" application and
I want to know how the things works in Azure platform.
After tons of experiment I could not find any free account to host a application.
If Microsoft won't provide such a development account how would I start my application in Azure platform.
If I am wrong can anyone suggest me to create a development account on Azure platform.

I didn’t find any issue in the code that you provided, I also try it and in my PC it created a new table in my storage, my system is windows 8, Visual Studio 2012, Windows Azure SDK2.2, Microsfot.WindowsAzure.Storage V2.0.0.0. From my experience, there is

Jeff I've been running into a similar issue like this but with 6.0.5. I had to re-install Premiere for a different reason, then right after the install attempted the update. Failed at that point. Then i downloaded it manually and tried installing but it still failed. It seems, according to the log, that It can't find a certain file, but i'm not sure. Any chance you could help? My latest log is below with errors in red. I posted in the Premiere forum, but no responses yet.

Colinwilcox81 do you consistently see the same error every time you try to apply the update? If so then please remove all installed Adobe applications and run the CC Cleaner tool. Failed installation of Lightroom 5 from Creative Cloud App Manager on Windows Vista 64Bit

Hi,
I recently subscribed to the Creative Cloud. All applications from the App Manager downloaded and installed successfully, except for Lightroom 5, with the error message below. The LR5 download seems to be successful, but after about 2/3 of the way through the installation, it fails and gives this error:

JVM, exit codes and Windows 98

Has anyone got System.exit(integer) to return a value other than 0 under Windows 98?
Regardless of what integer I enter as an exit code, java.exe always seems to return 0. This does not seem to be the case under Windows NT, where the correct exit code is passed back.
Is anyone aware of this problem/found a workaround?

Windows Azure Platform Support: "Prompted for "Windows Activation" when logging onto a Windows Azure Role Instance using RDP"

Symptom
When a user interactively logs (using RDP client) on to a Windows Azure Role Instance running Windows Azure Guest OS 1.11, they see a “Windows Activation” dialog box.
Action
The user can ignore this dialog box by simply clicking either “Cancel” or “Activate Later” button on the “Windows Activation” dialog box. This pop-up window is just an UI issue in Guest OS 1.11 and no OS functionality
issue. All Role instances running any version of Windows Azure Guest OS has valid volume licensing key and are already activated. There is no need to provide any activation key to validate the OS.
Please don’t try to activate Windows Azure Guest OS using your Windows Server OS Key, this will cause unexpected downtime and will require a reboot. Activating Windows Azure Guest OS is not a supported scenario.
Workaround
Use the next available OS or any previous version of OS (e.g., 1.10) to work around this issue.

Microsoft SQL Server Express LocalDB / Windows Azure Powershell install fail - SQL writer failed to start

I'm trying to install Windows Azure PowerShell on my Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise laptop. As a prerequisite, it needs to install Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express LocalDB, I but keep receiving an error:
Service 'SQL Server VSS Writer' (SQLWriter) failed to start. Verify that you have
sufficient privileges to start system services.
The service that it tries to use by default is the Local Service. I verified that it has log on as a service privileges and even did a restart. Same error.

According to your description, when you install SQL Server 2012 Local DB , it encounter the error about SQLWriter. We need to verify if you invoke SQLLOcalDB.msi directly, and check
MSSQL service is running and other service’s status.In addition, you can go to event viewer and check the error logs for analysis.
