PO based on used on userid &status have to filter

Question

Hi Guys,
Current logic to display u201Cheldu201D status purchase order is as follow.
Data:
Organization structure
User1---Purchasing group2
User2---Purchasing group4
User3---Purchasing group6
User4--- No purchasing group
Current Result
When the user1 login, work list displays held purchase order for Purchasing group2
When the user2 login, work list displays held purchase order for Purchasing group4
When the user3 login, work list displays held purchase order for Purchasing group6
When the user4 login, work list displays held purchase order for all (Purchasing group2, Purchasing group4 and Purchasing group6).
Change Result should be ,
When the user1 login, work list displays held purchase order for Purchasing group2
When the user2 login, work list displays held purchase order for Purchasing group4
When the user3 login, work list displays held purchase order for Purchasing group6
When the user4 login, work list displays no purchase order

Hi Sam,
I think u can simply code it like...
suppose u have 3variables for purchase order, item no and condition type.
v_purch_order,
v_item_no,
v_condition_type
then u can write if statement and in that change the value of condition type.
if v_purch_order = '123' AND
   v_item_no = '100' AND
   v_condition_type = 'ZARO'.
v_condition_type = 'ZAOO'.
endif.
this will change ur condition type to ZAOO, if it is ZARO and based on the PO number and item..
further u can use the changed condition type in ur code.
