PO Cancellation Number

Hello SAP Gurus!
May I ask if it is possible for the system to generate a PO cancellation number? Our users want to track how many POs have been cancelled already.
Please help us with this.

There is not cancellation number which can be generated after the PO is cancelled. You can generate a report and give it to the user. All such POs will have a deletion flag. The field for deletion flag is EKPO-LOEKZ.

  • CANCELLING CREATIVE CLOUD WITHIN 30 DAYS!

    I tried to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription within 30 days via web as stated on e-mail I received during sign-up, but I can’t find the option to cancel. Then I tried to call the customer service to cancel and as of now, I have spent almost 2 hours already and still cannot cancel the subscription. The call always goes to the customer service in India and they don’t have right to cancel my subscription. They tried to transfer me 2 times to the next level support and got disconnected during the transfer. I called again and was told I was being transferred to someone who could help and sat on hold for 30 minutes! I hung up called again which was promptly answered, I asked to speak to supervisor but was not given to one. He was very apologetic for my trouble. He said he was going to transfer me to cancelation person and I have now been on hold for another 30 minutes waiting for this person??
    It was so easy to sign-up but sounds impossible to cancel. I was told during sign-up that you can cancel within 30 days. I tried to cancel this few days back from the web but cannot find the option. Today is the last day and I try to get it done via phone but as of I am writing this message, I am still on-hold.
    I have been very sick this past week and was in hospital and I have no energy for this!
    I hope someone can help me! My order number was AD006182719 and my case # 209690467
    If I cannot cancel by today, I will dispute the payment with the credit card company. Seriously, I felt cheated over this try for 30 days and cancel if you dont like it deal! I love photoshop and light room but I don't need creative cloud it is too advanced for me I don't need it.

    I am having the same problem. I have called three times and received a call back once. Emailed twice. Chatted three times. And no one will cancel my membership. I started to cancel within the 30 days but could not get help to do so. Now it's past the 30 days and I do NOT want to pay a penalty of $140+. I am very discouraged by the horrible customer service.     I have read so many similar problems for others .... that we tried to cancel within the 30 days (I signed up Aug 12, 2013) and basically help was ignored until after the 30 days. No one in India seems to be able to help, that is extremely clear. I was "escalated" finally in October, but never received a reply. Escalated again today ! This is ridiculous for a company like Adobe.  i'm trying to cancel with my credit card company too, but they can't do anything until I have a cancellation number. I'll try with my case number.

  • Quarterly Payments for Phone Number Charged in the...

    I used to live in Australia, where I had a Premium Account with SKYPE MANAGER and a US Skype Number billed in AUD.  I converted the Premium Account to USD and a USD Credit Card, and all "high-level" billings are working correctly.  However, when the quarterly telephone charge comes through, it's still in AUD.  I can't find any way to change this quarterly telephone billing to USD, so it matches the rest of my account.
    I don't want to lose the number (i.e., cancel number and buy a new one).  Too many family members have me at this number...

    So- you have a recurring payment agreement which was done in AUD. And that is the reason why you are being charged in this currency.
    If you wish to be billed in USD then you need to cancel recurring paymenr agreement for this number and sign up for a new one making sure the currency is correct.

  • Wrong cancellation date seen in the order

    Hi,
    Today i.e 10th July 2011, Sunday evening at around 5.45 pm I called up the line cancellation number 0800 800 030 and requested that my landline be cancelled on 18th July. I was informed that generally two weeks notice is required and hence the line will be cancelled on 25th July. I was even informed about the cancellation charge. I was fine with it. But I was utterly shocked, when I logged into my bt.com online account, under track my order, I saw the cancellation date mentioned as 11th July.
    Can someone please confirm that the line would be cancelled on 18th July as per my request and not on 11th July? It would be highly disrupting to me if the line gets disconnected on 11th July.
    Please advise !

    I have a problem, wherein in a PO i m entering 1 line with a material code, but vendor sends total quantity in multiple lots specified in invoice.My query is how can i do GR for multiple lots in single transaction?

    Hi KDS,
    If your query is to assign automatic batch numbers in GR, then you need to configure this in IMF> Logistic General > Batch Management for relevant movement types.
    As I told, if the vendor is sending different split quantities (say 100 PC as 20, 35, 15, 20,10) you can assign different batch numbers for each of the receipts (Automatic system generated) OR if you wish you can also enter Manually.
    Remember that once the batch number is consumed (like cancellation of the GR), system takes next batch numbering still the canceled number can be manually used.

  • Glitch in on error statement?

    I think the following code has a glitch somewhere in the on error statement. When the user chooses cancel in the parts of the script as indicated I get two dialogs displayed--I only want the first one to display. I want the "There are no JPEG files to ID" dialog to display only for the last on error statement. Is my on error syntax wrong or is it something else?

    The button named "Cancel" is a special button, i.e. 'cancel button', in 'display dialog' command (unless you define a different cancel button by 'cancel button' parameter in 'display dialog' of AppleScript 1.10 or later).
    When cancel button is pressed, display dialog throws error "User canceled" number -128 and the subsequent 'if' statement checking button returned of result is never evaluated. (Try CODE 1 and CODE 1A)
    One method you may use for your purpose is something like CODE 2.

  • Which is better? Code comparsion of performance and style

    Recently I run into a discussion over a small piece of code. Could help me which is better, either in performance or coding style? The code is not complete, the question is the use of local cancellationNumber variable.

    Yes, I know profiling can be misleading, also compiler optimization adds to the picture. However seeing the numbers differentially, I think there is still some information, which is faster, even if taking it completely out scope. I didn't paste the code, because it's so trivial. I run the two methods in a loop with same arguments.
    With increased loop count, the difference is 6-7%, cancelActionWithLocal being faster. But this can be pointless, I know.

  • Report on conference room usage?

    Exchange 2007 SP3
    I've been asked to create a report on conference room usage at our company.  They want to know which rooms are booked and for how long, as well as overall availability of conference rooms.  The idea is that they want to shut down an area of the
    building but they're concerned that it will leave the company with an inadequate number of conference rooms.
    Maybe someone knows of a powershell script or third party app that can do that?
    Unfortunately we don't own MOM, so that option is out.  :(

    if you share your caledar through mail, you can see the free/busy of rooms and can see how long they are going to use the particular room. we can export that room utilization report into excel also.

    This is what the report should show the items below.  However, we should be able to use the same process to report for any room.
    Room usage for a week for each specific room (usage is relative to how many hours the room is available for the day)
    Room usage for a month for each specific room (usage is relative to how many hours the room is available for the week)
    Number of bookings per user
    Number of bookings canceled
    Number of bookings rescheduled

  • Mail Title for Output Type

    Hi,
    I have created an output type which needs to send the invoice through mail. I have written a custom program to do this. Every thing is working fine. But the problem is with the Mail Title. I mean subject of the mail. I have given -- Invoice &VBRK-VBELN& as the mail title in the outtype definition. It is working fine for all invoice. But when we cancel an invoice and if we try to send the cancelation document, it is not taking the cancelation number as invoice. Inseted it is taking the first invoice number as the invoice number. This problem is only with the subject line of the mail. But the pdf document which actually contains the invoice is showing correct Invoice number and details. Which means there is no problem with the program. And when we try to create an invoice for the cancelled invoice again, at that time the subject doesn't have any invoice number.
    Please help me out in solving this problem.

    if your mail title is set up to be 'Invoice &VBRK-VBELN&' and is coming out with the wrong number it must be because your program has this other number in VBRK-VBELN! What you could do is change your mail title to use a work variable or field symbol, eg instead of &VBRK-VBELN& use &W_invoice&...then change your program to determine which field has the correct number and move or assign that to your work variable/field symbol, you'll have to search for available variables in your program so that the work variable gets populated properly in each case.

    U need to mention the table parameter EMSEG-BWART with a value as it is mandatory. Check with your functional guy or with the client in order what value need to be passed.

  • Invoice cannot be posted to the accounting

    I have not cancelled the fina invoice 920208349, however, it has cancellation number in the document flow.
    Neither the invoice nor the cancellation were passed to accounting. And even if we tried to post them to accounting we get an error message saying that document is complete.
    Kindly help us what all needs to be checked.
    also provide us the the transaction codes also.

    Can you please elaborate the scenario which you are working on ?
    I guess, its a STO scenario (intra - company) & you might have created a proforma invoice. Hence there wont be any accounting doc.
    Also in case of Proforma invoices we cant cancel it hence we will complete the same so that the status of the invoice will be changed to cancelled.

  • Treated very badly

    Ive been with Bt for years now .. Never had a problem untill the last 8 months or so ..
    First I report my TV box to not work .. They talk me throiuigh a option to do on the box to fix it .. It didnt work .. They tell me back in JUly that an engineer will come out .. A month or so they didn't .
    I then ring to cancel it .. Assumed it had been cancelled 
    Today i check mt Bt direct debit - WOW its gone up from 56 a month to 84 - How I don't know as nothing has even changed .. how to do they justify a whole 18 pound extra a month .. They don't even write or email to let you know this ..
    Whilst ont he phone all ready tired from being pushed from one department to another ... I find out I am still paying for the tv package that hasn't worked since July ish ..   I know I phoned and cancelled it - but because of BT imcompatence in them not giving me a cancellation number apparently i can't ask for my money back .. Surely this cannot be fair .. Is this the way they treat their customers its disgusting .. 
    The perosn on the phone was so patronisingly rude I ended up hanging up 
    Not a very happy customer at all

  • Error while cancelling a document number in MBST

    Dear,
    In MB03 the material is with 101 movement.
    When i am performing MBST then i am receiving an error message
    "Document Flow for delivery cannot be updated".
    Message No. M7352.
    Purchase Order is assigned to delivery. The current Transaction cannot update the document flow , because the system does not recognize the delivery number.
    Plz provide me the details on how to proceed with this error as to cancel this document.

    Its cancelled.
    Used MB0A Enter Delivery Note, Movement Type (reversal of that you see in MB03) - 102, Plant, storage Location ,
    & Under -- Find Po's for preceding document-- enter the Delivery Number that you will find from the PO history.

  • HT1725 Any one out there experienced like I did aninability to loate a number to all iTUnes at to cancel a service such as a subscription to the NY Times?  I have been seeking tha numbe now for 3 days and no one I hve written to at iTunes has bothered to

    I am getting desperate trying to cancel by telephone a subscription to the NY Times since it expired on 01-15-13, and I tried to call to cancel and I even called the NY Times and spoke to an agent there that indeed located my subscription but could not help me cancel since I had bought it from iTunes.
    He did give me a tel. number for iTunes but he did not vouch that it would help me since it ended up being a technicl support number and the lady I spoke with told me that she could not even tell me where to go to cancel and she of course could not cancel it so back to square 1.
    I 'm concerned because my credit card did not have the funds to cover tha $34.99 charge, and escond, I have bought many apps. so far from your partners but now I am told that I will not be able to updare any of them as they offer updatings due to the payment problem on the NY Times although I  did not even wish to buy it again from iTunes at all.
    I have had an Apple I-phone as you can tell, for many years now and have the 3rd one right now and getting ready for May to come to upgrade to
    the latest model, but with this service, I'm inclined to "fuhgetetabout-it" and go to Galaxy, etc., that are begining to sound very atractive as of today.
    You tell me what is next and I will lsten, but I do not want to pay $34.99 just to throw my money away.  I will be willing to wait till May to finish my contract and move on to the competition if need be, I will not be bullied by a giant company that refuses to give me a tel. number to simply cnacel a subscriptin without wasting so much of my preciious times..
