PO:Error in Process while transferring to backend (ECC 6.0) from SRM 5.0

Hi folks,
We are on an Extended Classic Scenario. We have a major problem occurring in Production system only for the the limit orders. Limit Orders are not getting transferred to ECC 6.0 from SRM (Error in Process clearly shows the non existence for PO created first time)
I also know that Error in Process/ Transfer Failed status comes up for several causes.
This was working fine for months together, suddenly this problem is coming up. 1 Week back we had a Patch Upgrade too. I have checked the Vendor data, Account Assignment and other Basic data too and everything looks fine. We have tried debugging the FM's on SRM side which transfers the PO(ex:BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2)
After debugging too we are not able to rectify from where the error is coming up..
I need your valuable inputs on this.

I just forgot to mention one more thing, i.e., in RZ20 (SRM) we could see the following errors for limit orders:
(01) PurchOrder 003....012: Transfer failed
(02) PurchOrder 003....012: Please maintain services or limits
(03) PurchOrder 003....012: Purchase order still contains faulty items
(04) PO 003....012: No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference
To trace the issue backwards we tried creating a limit order PO directly from ECC backend (ME21N Transaction)
One thing we could observe is in Limit tab if we not specify Expected Value and Overall Limit we are encountering the same error as shown up in RZ20.
This gave us a vague idea that the price is not getting transferred for Limit Orders from SRM 5.0 to ECC 6.0 backend. Any key inputs on specific FM etc.,to debug and see what value is getting transferred from SRM to ECC would come handy.
I hope Peter and others will help me on this.

    We are on SRM 5.0 configuring Extended classic scenario. SC is approved and it has created the incomplete PO in SRM. Eventhough the vendor has been assigned while ordering the SC, it still display as blank in the PO. When I select the Vendor again in Process PO and selecting again the vendor and ordering the PO. The PO is created sucessfully in SRM, but while transfering to backend "Error in Process" is diaplayed. A dump is created in R/3 raise exception with title "PARAMETER_ERROR".
    Please let me know why the vendor is not getting asigned properly while ordering the SC and also how to correct the issue.

    Thanks for the reply.
    I checked in the program : CBRC_EXIT_47_PUR , the piecf of code is :
    IF ( I_UCOMM IS INITIAL ) OR
         ( I_METHOD IS INITIAL ).
        RAISE PARAMETER_ERROR.
    at this place it fails and raises the parameter error.
    When we are creating the PO directly in R/3 we could break at this point and both the above aprameter contains some values and it goes well.
    But we are unable to break from SRM by putting the break point. I think any one of this parameter is empty and so it goes into this block and raises this exception. Please let us know how we can break from SRM at this point, so that we can find what values are coming from SRM.

    Hi, I recently purchased a MuVo v00, and am in the process of putting some music on it. I put a number of songs on it yesterday, and after noticing it still had almost 300 megs free, I decided to add some more. However it will now not allow the addition of ANY songs. Any I try to add, it fails to do so, giving me a "an error has occurred while transferring this file" message. Even when I attempt to rip directly from my cds to the device, it gives me this error.
    I've checked that all my software is up-to-date (using the automated update feature with the software I was provided)
    I would appreciate any help with this.

    I know that i had once about .GB of mp3s stored on it, however, I deleted all of them to upload a different mp3 collection. Now when I upload files to the MuVo, it stops when I have transfered about 450 MB. However, Windows-Explorer and Creative Media Source both say that there are still 900 and a few MB left, but when i try to copy a file - again "no space left on device".
    I tried to:
    delete all files, try transfer again - same effect
    run scandisk - no change
    format the player from the rescue menu - no change (whatever this does, this is not a real format, more a quickformat)
    updated to the latest firmware - still no change!
    I'm kinda really pissed now, I spent quite some time googling, but didn't find anyone else with that problem.
    So .. where went that "space"? Would it be usefull to re-format the player using the Windows format tool, like suggested in that thread (with the settings from that thread):

    I started to do that, but since it was *very* slow and the disk was seeking a lot (battery eaten up after about 20 mins!) I stopped the process.

Would it be possible to re-partition the MuVo? I guess thats not a good idea, since I believe that the firmware is somewhere on the disk, too.

    Is there any mechanism/tcode where we can list out the Backend errors in SRM?

    ask your FI /CO consultant
    since there are different types of GL accounts like expense , inventory .
    so he can guide you well what GL account is correct
    as well check product category vs gl account configuration.

  • Errors in CIF while transfering Info Records

    While transferring info records from R3  4.5b to SCM SNC 5.1, the R3 system hangs and times out.
    Plants, Vendors and Materilas were cifed successfully.

    Hi Kedar,
    Make sure you insert something in the general filter, for example, the material associated with the info-record. This will speed up the generation.
    If you leave the "general selection criteria" blank, and select inforecords and only enter the inforecord number, the generation will be slow.
    Reason for this is that the logic reads through MARC table first and buffers everything. It then uses all the Mat-Plant combination data to look for inforecords and then finally chooses the inforecord you have specified.
    So the general selection criteria is "primary" and any criteria you specify for inforecords would be secondary filter.

    Everytime I try to update to iOS5 on my iPhone 4 I get an error containing 0xE while it is backing up data from the iPhone before installing the new operating system.  I have done everything suggested in Apple support with no success.  I still get the error everytime (about 5 minutes into backing up iPhone data).  How can I upgrade to iOS5 without losing all the data on my iPhone (the error message says that if I continue I will lose all data on the phone)?  If I have already synced the phone before upgrading the OS, would I be able to restore my data after installing the new OS by syncing after the OS upgrade is complete?  Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

    I had the same problem today and was able to resolve it without having to do a restore or reset. The problem had something to do with my mail accounts. The upgrade reset my mail settings, switching both my gmail and my .mac mail to "archive all mail". I went into the General Settings, disabled that setting, and resynced the phone. The "other" storage allottment dropped back down to less than a gig.
    Before you restore or reset, I would try that first.

    Here, please double click "K" and remove flag for fields
    "Goods receipt" and "GR non-valuated", after that, please create a new
    PO and test system behavior again.

    Ok, So I did what you suggested by creating new folders and not putting em all together in the root. It worked after that so now I wanna manage my folders so I created folders according to the artist name as in A to Z for example. It works fine until the last 2 songs in letter M then the error occurred. So what am I doing wrong again? Did I create too many folders? I have like 6 folders. How should I solve this? Urghhhhh!

    There might be a limit on the total number of files the n200 can hold, or on the number of folders, or number of files per folder. Unfortunately I have not seen any comments from Creative about any specific limits on these. It would be nice if these limits would be publicised, and the information placed in the instruction manual. The limit on the total number of files might be much less than 500. Try transferring different songs to the player and see if you still get an error. I assume that there is still enough remaining space on the player?

    I keep getting this message every time I try to transfer a file. My computer is recognising my muvo2 and it says I have 569mb of space remaining. The message comes up before the file even begins to transfer - it says 0% when it appears. Anyone else having this problem or have any ideas what to do?

  • Error code: 0x8007007B while trying to activate build 9926, upgraded from 9879

    Anyone else? I know that this Windows doesn't require activation but will this limit me in anyway? I checked and Windows on my machine reported that my current key(? , i never entered one during installation from ISO) ends with MKKG7 while the default key
    on Windows Insider Website is the one end with 233PK. Previous build 9879 showed as activated before i upgraded to 9926 today through Updates
    Any ideas?

  • Call Smartform in backend (ECC 5.0) from portal (EP 6.0)

    Hello out there,
    we are using an solution with interactive forms (PCR) where users can run hiring processes in the portal.
    When ending an hiring form we would like to show a temporary version of the data provided during the hiring (with interactive forms). This temporary version shall be a simple Smartform, showing the hiring data.
    This smartform shall be opened in a new browser window and be viewed as a PDF.
    From the portal we trigger (with a link) a remote-enabled FM in the backend (ERP) which calls the smartfrorm.
    Problem here is:   The smartfrorm is triggered in the backend, but from the portal
                               no popup is shown.
    Can anyone give us a hint here ?

    We uually get this because enduser has given some wrong input, due to that the PO stucked in SRM and not transferred to Backend System(R/3).
    So run Funtion Module bbp_pd_po_transfer_exec and then check in Tcode RZ20 you will find the error of that particular PO
    As per error you can do further investigating the issue why it has not went to backend system

    Hi Jay,
    Try doing this once again and go to Tcode SMW01 and try to locate your Bdoc. First it will be in yellow state and it will turn red (error).
    Once you get the error Bdoc, check the error messages in it (there is proper button on the top to get this). You might get the cuase of the error in Bdoc messages itself.
    If not, post me the Bdoc status and the Flow Context.
