PO on hold until it approved
Hi,
I have a requirement like this.
When payment terms of a particular PO are changed, that PO should be on hold(should not allow changes) until it is approved by purchase dir user. When it is approved, it should come to the previous state. How to put the PO on hold until it is approved.
Thanks,
Swamy
Hi,
If we use release strategy, how it will work ?
It should come to the previous state means, the status before changing the payment terms like save, hold etc.
Thanks,
Swamy

I just upgraded to new iOS 7.2 and I don't know how to close out my applications? It doesn't work with the double click of home button and simply holding until the x shows?
Tap Home button twice then use an upward swipe on the preview to close the app

I have a "hold until" print job on a Canon ip4000R queue that won't go away. It comes up as hold until some early morning time. If I delete it, it goes away until I log out and then get back in. I tried leaving the MacBook on over night so it will print and go away. It did not print and it is still there.
Is there a way to force it to go away?Hello John,
It sounds like this print job has been configured to use the Scheduler. I just simulated the 'hold until' to my iP5200R and found that I was able to delete the job from the printer queue and it didn't return on log out > log in. Could the print job be for a different account that is on our Mac? If there is another account then try logging on as that user and see if you can delete the print job.
If there isn't another account then you could try opening the CUPS administration web page (http://127.0.0.1:631/printers) and selecting the iP4000R using its hyperlink. This will show the held job and two 'Control' options - 'Release Job' and 'Cancel Job'. Try either of these to see if you can remove the job.

I calld the 800554533 from italy for a dead pixel on my new iPod nano and at the end of the information given for da pickup they asked about my visa info for a 200euro hold untill I get my new iPod, is it normal?
Welcome to Apple Discussions!
Yes, there are several options when you want to clean the iPod nano. There is what you mentioned along with...
iCleaner
Ice Creme
As for the hold switch, that is a problem that exchanging your ipod nano where you bought it from or sending the iPod to apple for service would fix. You would either get a new, fixed, or refurbished iPod. It is your choice as to if you want service or to just live with the hold switch.

How do I remove "web clips" links to web pages from my Home screen? Holding until jiggle does not produce "X" for deletion contrary to the ipod touch manual
Figured oout that I had restricted deletions of programs.
Settings->General->Restrictions-> (enter your passcode), Turn Deleting Apps ON
Afterward holding an icon until it jiggles will produce the X delete button.
You might want to turn Delete apps OFF after cleaning up. -
what if i want to delete an app; i tap and hold the app until it jiggle, but there's no "x" to delete.
If you're talking about deleting (as opposed to closing) an app, you do it just like on previous versions; hold until jiggle, press red X. If they're jiggling but you're not seeing the X, you may need to check your Restrictions. Some apps (Apple included) can't be deleted.

Project Billing - 1 time holds (how does it work)
Can someone tell me how does the 1-time hold works in Project Billing? We thought it puts the items on hold until the invoice have been released to AR and it automatically releases the hold.
However, our users have been reporting some inconsistency in the functionality. My guess is that Oracle will put them on hold until the invoices is APPROVED rather than released.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance.Hi Dena,
extremely sorry for troubling .......... can u kindly mail me these document .... Accounting entries(Debit/Credit) in Oracle Project Suite , at [email protected]
in advance thanx alot

How to hold the messages in XI
Hello Experts,

I gone through the below SDN forum. but could someone suggest any otherway or procedure plz.
/people/alexander.bundschuh/blog/2006/01/04/scheduling-messages-in-sap-xi
Thx,
AmarI implemented a scenario similar like yours here:
You can reference my solution: my requirements is that all the messages received after saying 9:00pm, will be hold until 12:00am to process, and it should not block any other interface processing:
I used UDF using following code, map it to root target node
public String CalendarDelay(String a,Container container){
// get the supported ids for GMT-05:00 (Pacific Standard Time)
String[] ids = TimeZone.getAvailableIDs(-5 * 60 * 60 * 1000);
// if no ids were returned, something is wrong. get out.
if (ids.length == 0)
System.exit(0);
//create a Pacific Standard Time time zone
SimpleTimeZone pdt = new SimpleTimeZone(-5 * 60 * 60 * 1000, ids[0]);
// set up rules for daylight savings time
pdt.setStartRule(Calendar.APRIL, 1, Calendar.SUNDAY, 2 * 60 * 60 * 1000);
pdt.setEndRule(Calendar.OCTOBER, -1, Calendar.SUNDAY, 2 * 60 * 60 * 1000);
// create a GregorianCalendar with the Pacific Daylight time zone
// and the current date and time
Calendar calendar = new GregorianCalendar(pdt);
Date trialTime = new Date();
calendar.setTime(trialTime);
int currYear = calendar.get(Calendar.YEAR);
int currMonth = calendar.get(Calendar.MONTH);
int currDate = calendar.get(Calendar.DATE);
Calendar StartCalendar = new GregorianCalendar(pdt);
Calendar EndCalendar = new GregorianCalendar(pdt);
StartCalendar.set(currYear, currMonth, currDate, 17, 30, 0);
EndCalendar.set(currYear, currMonth, currDate, 23, 59, 59);
long startTime = StartCalendar.getTimeInMillis();
long endTime = EndCalendar.getTimeInMillis();
long currTime = calendar.getTimeInMillis();
if ((currTime >= startTime) && (currTime <= endTime)){
//return "Current time fall into the range !";
try
Thread.sleep(endTime - currTime); //delay 10 min
}catch (InterruptedException ie)
System.out.println(ie.getMessage());
return a;
else
return a;

Process Controlled Workflow - PO approval badi implementaion missing
Hi ,
We are working in Purchase Order approval Workflow (WS40000014). This is the given scenario
After each approval, total dollar amount of purchase order will be compared with Approval limit of approver maintained in the Position in the SRM Org Structure. If the spend limit of approver was less than total dollar amount of purchase order, workflow will route the purchase orders to next approver in the chain with higher Approval limit authority. Workflow will continue to route purchase order for approval, until an approver with Approval limit higher than total dollar amount of purchase order approves.
In the help.sap.com\SRM , we found a badi implemenation "/SAPSRM/BD_WF_PO_RR_SL " will be used for this purpose .In our SRM system we cant find any implementation like this . please help in solving this issue ...Hi,
Go to SE19 transaction and find Enhancement Implementation /SAPSRM/BD_WF_AGENTS_PO. You see the BADI Implementation /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PO_RR_SL.

I have moved my itunes library from old computer to portable hard drive and then on, into new laptop, in music file. However I am then unable to open I-Tunes when holding down the shift button as directed in step 4 - this means I am not seeing the library choice box and cannot synch the tunes into ITunes library - any tips please?........Alan
Close iTunes. Click the icon to launch iTunes and immediately press and hold down the left shift key. Keep holding until prompted to choose or create a library. If iTunes opens normally, close it, and try again.

Flash is the problem. It often maxes both cores of my dual core processor and brings processing virtually to a halt.
Originally, I killed flash in Task Manager whenever i heard my fan come on and also noticed slow system response. This was very distracting and took a lot of time.
Then I installed FlashBlock, but it doesn't stop Flash unless you tell it for each and every website.
When reading news, and opening a link, I will hear the fan start, so i click the block button/icon in Firefox to block the site from using flash. Some sites don't launch with the FlashBlock icon. I have to use the manual kill option for them. This extremely frustrating. I understand why Steve Jobs hated Flash.
I don't like Apple's money-sucking wallet-leach behavior, so I use WinTel and live with the frustrations of which this is the biggest. HTML5 supposedly is the solution, but site builders use flash.
FireFox needs a flash control switch built in the browser to give control of Flash - block/ask, etc. functionality.By the way, Firefox does have a Click-to-Play feature you can use for Flash. That will delay Flash from starting on a page until you approve it. However, the approval is per site, I believe, so you may need an add-on to control it per page.
To set "Ask to Activate", open the Add-ons page using either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. Look for "Shockwave Flash" and change "Always Activate" to "Ask to Activate".
When you visit a site that wants to use the Flash, you should see a notification icon in the address bar and one of the following: a link in a black rectangle in the page or an infobar sliding down between the toolbar area and the page.
Not a solution, but hopefully will help a bit. -
Frozen itouch with the itunes sign with the charger going into it. I have held down both buttons for 10 seconds I have re ran the tests but itunes doesn't read it still
Put your phone in DFU mode. Connect it to itunes and hold down the power and home buttons at the same time for ten seconds. Then while keeping the home button pressed let go of the power button. Keep holding until a message pops up saying your phone is in recovery mode. Then sync it back up. This will erase everything from ipod and restore it back from itunes.

my screen is completely white, i've tried holding lock and home buttons as seen on you tube something called 'white screen of death' its goes black (think it switches off) then back to the white screen need help fast please!
If you have not done a factory reset on the device, I recommend doing a complete factory reset.
Factory Reset - Warning this will reset device back to original factory settings.
This method will not erase any MDN/MIN information
Turn off the phone
Press Power + Volume Up/Down at the same time and hold until display will show a triage android screen
Display will show:
Reboot system Now
Apply sdcard:update.zip
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Use VOL Down key to scroll down to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset", press home icon to select option and wipe device.
Display shows "All user data will be wiped out", press VOLUME Up to continue or VOLUME Down to exit.
Press Volume Up
Press Home to select "Reset System Now" - device will reboot
If the problem persist I recommend having a store technician take a look at the device.
Copy and paste the link below into your browser's address bar for the store locator.

I am specifically asking what happens to the items in an Inactive Mailbox that was placed on Litigation Hold prior to Deletion when the Litigation Hold has say a '6 mo.' Retention Period assigned.
Do any of those items 'expire' out of the mailbox? Do only the items in the 'Admin' folders of the Deleted Items get removed, or none?
I am not asking about recoverability of that mailbox, more of what the behavior is specifically when the Litigation Hold is set to expire after a certain amount of time.There is no expiration, check the blog post here:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2013/03/21/preserve-mailbox-data-for-ediscovery-using-inactive-mailboxes-in-exchange-online.aspx
All content in an inactive mailbox is on hold until you remove the hold from the mailbox. -
How to differentiate purhcase order on hold from that of saved one
Hi all,
Due to customer req i designed an IDOC that send PO from R/3 to SCM. My report will be scheduled background everyday b4 midnight so that all the PO's created for that day are trasnferred to SCM. Now if they create a PO and put it on HOLD to get approval i should not send that PO. How can i knw the diff in these PO as i read PO from EKKO
Regards,
jayaramHai..
Pending PO 's means Hold documents.
Check the EKKO-PROCSTAT field value.
If the status = '01' or '03' or '04', then that is a hold document.
Before reading the PO' s into IDOC check the status first.
If status is not in the mentioned values then only pick that PO' s. OK
Regards
