can anyone tells me that which sap fields & table i should take for the following po tax related fields?
1> basic price
2>excise duty
3>cess
4> salary tax(lst)
5> surcharge

Check tables KONH and KONP
The values will differ based on COndition Types...
You can check the same in ME23N .... Conditions tab....also
Based on the condition type you can take the value and percentages as basic price or tax..etc

    Maintain Tax classification field for customer in Customer Master Data = (Sales Area Data - Billing document Tab page)
    Tax Classification field for Material in Material Master Data = Sales Org. 1 View.
    While creating sales order and enter customer and material system automatically fetch the tax classification related data into sales order.
    Tax is calculated based on the ship to party.

    You want to know "Is there any settings to fill automatically the tax classification fields In material master..." . NO, there is no settings to maintain those filled automatically. because you are maintaining master data. and from master data those information are proposed to sales order.
    your second query regarding combination of country, tax category, tax classification. If you want to maintain the combination of country, tax classification(1.tax classification of customer and 2. tax classification of material.), you need to maintain proper combination of fields in the pricing procedure.(...basic function>pricing>pricing control>Define condition table). here you have to put the fields in the field catelog and create the table.(that mean a table should be include those fields). And secondly the Tax Classification, you have to maintain in customer master and material master (where you maintain tax details. e.g, 0-tax exempt, 1-taxable etc.). And finally you have to maintain condition record of pricing (vk11) mainting value in those respective fields.

  • UK CIS Scheme: Withholding Tax ID field in Vendor master is greyed out

    Following SAP Note 1003730 and the related document UK CIS - Legal Changes Implementation - the notes say that the Subcontractor Verification Number should go in the W/tax Id field (LFBW-WT_WTSTCD) in the vendor master maintenance Withholding Tax screen.  We have Extended Withholding Tax activated, but in the WT screen in the vendor master the W/tax Id field has no title and is greyed out in the table control - so you can't enter anything in it.
    Has anyone else come across this and found a solution?

  • How to add related fields from one transaction to other transacction?

    Hi all,
    I have a problem. I need to add an OPPORTUNITY field (SALESCYCLE) to the ACTIVITY transaction because of an upgrade and I'm now in a new world... The CRM 2007 is an unexplored place to me.
    I added some custom fields (Z fields from the CUSTOMER_H) by adding the context node BTCUSTOMERH to the BT126H_APPT component, view ApptDetails, with transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB (thanks Stephen Johannes for your blogs) and all works correctly.
    I tried doing the same with the SALESCYCLE and it doesn't worked... :_(
    I added the context node BTOPPORTH, but I'm sure I failed at the wizard step with the "Higher level context node" or with the "BOL Relation", but I can't find the correct answer. I found the field in the "Configuration tab", I put it in my view but the GET method doesn't work... The field remains always void.
    I don't have problems adding activity related fields, but when I try to add some flow related (opportunity one in my case) fields it's different.
    I have been looking for any solution but I have only seen that I can add this attribute directly to one context node and modify some BAdI or do any thing similar, but I don't know how to do that either. I will accept this solution if someone tells me how to do that... But I think the first solutions could be the most appropiate (I can be wrong... of course!)

    Your solution is correct if I want to add to the Activity a field related to the Activity or some field on the DocFlow structure (the case you described), but it's not my case. I did that with customer fields before and all worked correctly.
    My scene is like this. I have an Opportunity and there is a follow-up Activity created. When I want to see the Activity, I need to show on the Activity transaction the preceding Opportunity field SALESCYCLE, which is at the CRMD_OPPORT_H table (BTOPPORTH context node).
    The problem comes when I add this context node to the Activity. I think the application is trying to get the field from the CRMD_OPPORT_H with ACTIVITY data and it returns void to the field. I think it forgets to get the opportunity data first and after that try to get the SALESCYCLE value from the CRMD_OPPORT_H (with the Opportunity GUID).
    By the moment, I have added the attribute SALESCYCLE to the BTDOCFLOW context node and, at the moment he do the GET, I change the field it gets by the GUID of the opportunity:
         dref = current->get_property( 'SALESCYCLE' ). "#EC NOTEXT
          dref = current->get_property( 'OBJKEY_A' ). "#EC NOTEXT
    Then I go to the CRMD_OPPORT_H directly to get the SALESCYCLE value...
    I know it's a bad solution... but it works and I don't know any other solution by now. If anyone can help me to do it correctly I'll be greatly appreciated!

  • Tax code field missing in F-63

    Hi All,
    I am working on a issue where we are not getting tax code field on F-63 screen after providing posting key 31 and Vendor Account.
    I have looked at filed status group assigned to the Vendor Recon account and Field status variant assigned to Posting Key 31 but there is nothing to make tax code field as hidden/optional/required.
    Can any one help me regarding this where some field is missing on one screen and that field is not present in Field status groups as well.

    Goto FBCJ, it will have two segments, one is the header data and other is the line item data.
    In the Line item segment where you enter the line item details, go to the right hand side corner of the Table. You will see a small icon with colours. This icon is present at the Top right hand corner of the line item entry table in FBCJ.
    Click on this ICON, this is the administrator icon. Then click on administrator, then you can see list of field names, there will be a check box called invisible. For the fields TAx code and juristiction it will be marked as invisibel. remove this tick and activate and save the parameter.
    Afterwards you will get the required fields in FBCJ.
    If you have problem when you click on the icon, then it is a authorisation problem so contact your Basis resourse for necessary action then do the changes as required.

    If u want to maintain tax code as mandatory field in PO?
    Then SPRO- SAP IMG- MM- Purchasing - Purchase order- Define document types
    In this check the filed selection key for the document types.
    Then select the SPRO- SAP IMG- MM- Purchasing - Purchase order- Define svreen lay out at document level.
    In this for the field selection key select GR/IR control and click on tax as required. and then save
    It will not allow to create PO with out maintaoning tax code.
    If u want to do tax code as mandatory in MIRO
    Then Go to OLMRLIST and make changes accordingly.

  • Problem with "Tax Code" and "Calculate tax automatically" fields

    Hi again.
    I have made a program which posts account documents through the BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST function module, and, since there were some fields which weren't available for me to fill having the FM by itslef, I have implemented the AC_DOCUMENT BAdI.
    All document data is provided by means of an SAP XI interface, through a Z IDoc.
    When I create the Account Receivable (and/or Payable) structure, I fill, through the BAdI, the BKPF-XMWST (Calculate tax automatically) and BSEG-MWSKZ (Tax code) fields. However, even the resulting posted document does have the Tax Information fields completed (the ones in the BSET table), the BAPI doesn't create the tax position automatically (just like the FB01 or FB60 transactions do). Note that the amounts are sent in their gross value by the interface (that's why the debit and credit sides remain consistent and the document is posted correctly).
    How can I have that position created? Is there a function module which I can call or something?

    I only use the fm CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT or CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_GROSSAMOUNT in order to get all information I need to transfer to the BAPI. Both fms return the data by table parameter T_MWDAT.

    While making Downpayment Request (F-47) Tax Code and Tax Amount Fields are not appearing in the screen.
    for more clarity...
    suppose PO is 1150 include all taxes ( Amount 1000+ Tax Amount 150)
    as per agreement with vendor we need to raise DR for 1150 and based on DR we will make downpayment to vendor (F-48)
    But in F-47 screen Tax Code and Tax Amount fields are not appearing.
    Could any body help me on this??

    why you are looking for tax code field, pay gross amount as per PO, same amount will update in PO history as well as Vendor account.
    Even if you find the tax code field and check the tax code check box, system will not calculate tax  at the time of down payment or down payment request.
    Please remember that by default standard SAP provides the tax code field in f-47 or F-48.

  • How do I add a tax form field to a tax form magnetic tape structure?

    I'm in version ECC 6.0:
    I copied SAP's tax form HR_F_1099R_TAPE and created ZHR_F_1099R_TAPE, bringing in all the entries. 
    The only change to ZHR_F_1099R_TAPE is to add tax form fields T102 (STATE withholding) to position 139 and T103 (STATE tax) to position 151.  However, when I run PU19 the values are blank. All other fields are populated as expected.
    If I stick in T002 (FED tax) and T004 (FED withholding) into positions 151 and 139  I have no issues, but I need state not federal.
    What step am I missing to get the T102 and T103 to show in my magnetic tape structure output? 
    The PDF form works brings in P103 and P102 instead of T103 and T102, but the P's don't work either for the mag media.
    Please help.

    Tax Form Field T102 pulls from Tax Form Group 0001, and the same for Tax Form Field T103.
    On the magnetic tape structure, my entry is as follows:
    03     Payee "B" Record     139     Payment Amount 8     T102
    03     Payee "B" Record     151     Payment Amount 9     T103
    I'm using the take from field option.

    To use the Tax form field say T003 in PDF,  there check box 'Form Processing Indicator' should be checked then only the field is available in PDF to be linked.   • Tax classification fields are not appeared in master data

    Dear Experts,
    I searched the forum about my issue but i did not get any solution.
    I am not able to see the tax classification fields in customer master and material master.Even i assigned Country IN to JLST and JCST condition types by T-code OVK1.
    FYI
    I have copied the org elements from standard (which are already given by default).Initially i was able to see 2 different countries with tax MWST in both customer master and material master.
    EX:
    AT   MWST
    DE   MWST
    But i do not wanted these. so i deleted these assignment from OVK1 and assigned country IN to JLST and JCST,and i went to customer master and material master but those fields are not appeared.
    Note:Country of plant,company code and sales organizations is IN
    Help me to view tax classification fields in Master data.

    Then how system knows this customer is liable for JLST.
    In customer master, under the Taxes tab, it would be like
    Country::::Name:::::Tax Cat.::::Description::::Tax Classification
    While creating customer master, if your configuration is in line with standard, then under the tab Tax category, you can see MWST flowing automatically.  You just have to input tax classification as 1, 2 etc.,
    Also since as you said above, you are maintaining the combination of country/plant region/customer region/customer tax classification/material tax classification, you can very well differentiate VAT & CST.
    Wherever customer region comes as your plant region, assign VAT tax code and wherever, customer region differs from plant region, assign CST tax code in VK11.

  • The Relate Field is not working, why ?

    I'm editing the Customer Statement Report (Collection Report) from the System.  I need the Customer Reference Number and it never works with the original system report.  I don't understand why I don't have anything there because I did save data in those fields.
    So tried to pick the A/R Invoice : Customer/Vendor Ref No field and paste it in the report.  Then I extract the Invoice no from the reference field and I use it in the relate field.  But it's not working, it only points on the first record.  Why ?  Do you know why ?  If I could do a formatted search it would be done already.  It's simple I want do do a simple SQL query....

    Ok, I did like you said.  And I got the reference number, but I'm missing many rows of transactions.
    If I run the report from the "By Journal Posting" I got my 5 customers and all their transactions.  But this way, I can't get the reference number.  But with the "By Document Sales" I got only 2 customers with few transactions. I must see all the transactions and all the customers.  All those customers had at leat 1 invoice and the incoming payment related to that.  But I don't see those with "By Document Sales".
    Instead I began to work on XL Reporter to do the same thing.  But I can't find a way to insert a Page Break after each customer.
    The best would be to do it from SAP, but without the reference number and all the transaction, the report of SAP can't be used...
