POP Blocker is not blocking ADD's - Says add blocked... but the add opens in a new window! This started yesterday! Have checked all settings and they are OK even cleared all history cache and cookies.
It now seems that every page that comes up has works highlighted in blue.. if you scroll over them the add pops up. Click on a picture in an article and up pops an add in a separate window also.
Need help!

I am using apple configerator. I am unable to prepare or supervise 1 ipad. After preparing, I get an error that says "refresh completed but with an error, unable to verify supervision state" . Related errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1000, 1611, 9006. Sometimes security software can prevent your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.

Is she facetiming your phone number or email address, b/c email address should not do that.. Was there an old iPhone associated with your number or email? I've seen texts show up on long "deactivated" devices..

I have an HDMI connection to the receiver and on to the TV - but there is non audio from my Apple TV. Not for movies, music, YouTube etc. I have checked all of the connections and the video is xlnt. Have also toggled thru all possible Dolby/Audio combinations in settings. Help! Any suggestions?

The basic setup is Digital Cable Box, DVD Player, Denon Receiver/Amp and TV Monitor. To that I added the Apple TV. The Receiver only has two HDMI IN slots (one for cable and one for the DVD) and one out to the Monitor.
[I bought a switcher to toggle the DVD and the AppleTV back and forth but just disconnected the DVD to simplify when I ran in to trouble.]
So now I have:
HDMI from the Cable Box to the Receiver
HDMI from the Apple TV to the Receiver (in the old DVD slot which always worked well)
HDMI from the Receiver to the Monitor
RCA's from the Receiver to the Subwoofer and the other speakers
In addition I have some backup connections:
S-Video, Optical Audio and L/R RCA's from the Cable Box to the Receiver
S-Video from the Receiver to the Monitor
Wait - JUST FOUND IT!
By going thru the excercise to track all of the connections per your suggestion, I found an anomaly when I switched Receiver sockets for the HDMI links. The video moved but the audio didn't. Turns out the monitor was using the optical audio feed from the receiver. So I disconnected the optical audio and the monitor automatically switched to the HDMI audio feed! Looked promising...
So I first connected an optical audio feed from the ATV to the receiver - Audio! Then I pulled it, but the audio didn't switch to the HDMI feed. It stopped. Would be OK if all I was going to use is the ATV, but I need the DVD player too and I can't use a switcher to toggle between them if I have to unplug the optical audio each time.
This is becoming a career! Any suggestions?

I have purcase several audio books via Itunes and they are on my computer however I have been unable to figure out how to transfer (sync??) them to my Ipod. Also I have receipts for several Itune audio books but they are not showing up on my purchased list. Help!!!

I am developing a website with nested iframes. The problem that I am having is that the html page inside the nested iframe is not displaying in the iframe window in Firefox only. The first level iframe is behaving properly, but the second level is not. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

In addition, i tried to re-install Firefox many times, without a result. In the time these lines are written, I am using Google Chrome to surf the web.
Neither proxy settings, nor the true/false ipV6 values helped.

These Error messages appear in the Error Console of the just now downloaded Firefox 4.0. In the previous version, 3.6.12, before removing it, I noticed two more error messages in the error console, like the two last as listed above: With the nema ERROR.
I am forced now to use Chrome, and I dislike that!
Some could suspect that Google has sabbotaged firefox to get its popularity by forcing users to change browsing programms by giving them a hidden worm..?? :P

If their Iphone 3Gs work great then all of them have to work great and those of us who have a really bad iPhone 3G experience are just too dense to use them, are one the wrong network, clueless about 3G or generally just technologically challenged dimwits who don't understand neither the wonderful world of 3G nor how beautifully the iPhone 3G works, even when it doesn't.
Again, I had more dropped and failed calls with the iPhone 3G in four hours than I had with My Nokia 6280 on the same 3G network in almost two years. The network is also very clearly not overloaded, since I never had another another dropped or failed call after yanking SIM card out of the IDoorStop 3G and putting it back into the Nokia. -
I don't have a rintone when recieving calls to me on FaceTime, I have checked my setting but cannot find the problem? I have 3x iPads in the house and the other two operate normally....
Are you checking "Mute" function? It's hide in bottom of screen.
You can use four fingers slide up from bottom then slide to right side to see mute on/off. -
Upgraded my i mac to Yosemite. Won't let me open the departments on JC Penny's web site. Never had a problem before the upgrade. Checked my cookies and security settings as per JC Penny's I-T Dept. Am I missing something?
Which browser are you using?
Have you tried a different one? Sometimes, not all websites are configured to be compatible with all browsers.
I have no problem opening the jcp.com site and choosing different departments (women's, home, etc) with the latest Firefox browser. -
MY ipad will not power down anymore. Each time I try to power down it shuts down then powers up again.
See if this fixes it. Reboot and let the iPad start up, then try to power down.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
