we need to get setup email client like outlook with this setting .

I am also getting another issue during setup email account in to manage users section .
I am getting bellow error msg .
ERROR: License limit reached. Please contact your system administrator.
But as per our client they have already purchased email on BC.

    You're getting mails from which address? What does it contain?
    To get mails in BlackBerry you need to integrate IDs in your device. And to integrate email IDs just follow the below instruction -
    Go to Email Settings icon on your device
    Login using using the user name and password (if already set by you)
    Under Services click on Email Account
    Click on Add An Email Account to integrate any POP or IMAP enable email (i.e.. gamil, hotmial, ISP mail etc)
    To create BlackBerry.net ID click on Create A BlackBerry Email Address
    Type your preferred User Name and enter your Password for that ID
    After every successful email integration you'll receive an confirmation email from Activation Server. That's it!! You're done with BIS email ID integration.

    I use contact manager ACT! by Sage. I have upgraded to a version that allows emailing from within the ACT! application. I would like to use my gmail account and Firefox to send emails from ACT! The people at ACT! say I can use any email service that offiers POP3 and SMTP. I checked and gmail has both. However, gmail says that they do not have instructions for configuring Mozilla Firefox for use with (if I understand correctly) gmail's POP3 and SMTP.     Thanks. I've made progress. I have set up ACT! to to use my gmail account. But a problem arose. Do you know if ACT! is set up for SSL related to POP3? I completed the first two items on the test email and failed the last two.
    Also, I went back to Tools Preferences E-mail tab and clicked E-mail system set up the window is blank (my gmail account is gone) and I cannot get to Page 3.
    Any thoughts?

    I agree that you can check the parts in the reply above firstly to find the reason for this kind of issue. In addition, the client must be a SecureNAT or TMG client.
    If you haven't found anything, you can also use network monitor to capture packets for troubleshooting.

    First -- you must have the proper account with your carrier. A generic data plan is usually not adequate. Rather, what is often called The Blackberry Data Plan is required. Contact your carrier to be sure that you have an account with them that provides you usage of their Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).

  • Cannot open simultaneous connections to POP3 and SMTP. Why?

    This is what happens when I open POP3 and SMTP together. It seems that the host name for smtp is replaced with "localhost".
    For two weeks, ever since I added a new servlet to my web application to open a connection to POP3 and check it, I was getting the exception:

    Until this morning, I finally stopped opening the connection to POP3 and the connection to SMTP worked.
    Why does this happen? What can I do to have both POP3 checked for incoming mail and be able to send mail out?

    I posted this question a few days ago and didn't get any response. It turns out the problem was that I was using the same session for opening connections to SMTP and POP3 and that will not work. I replaced Session.getDefaultInstance(mailProps, null ) with Session.getInstance(mailProps, null ) and so far it's working.

    The sizing give there is for the initial system setup. It does not contain customer specific requirements.
    The usual process is:
    - you contact your hardware vendor
    - you use http://service.sap.com/quicksizer together with him and fill in the data
    - the hardware vendor will offer you the storage and the machines for the setup
    - the vendor configures with you the storage and the necessary filesystem layout based on that sizing
    Each customers setup is different and requires the experience and knowledge from the respective hardware vendor how to set up the system so it performs well.
    You can follow the suggestions given here, this will be enough for the initial setup but the system will grow. This is not taken into account in the installation guide because it's customer specific.

    What's the URL of your site so we can examine it first hand?   Also try publishing the site to a folder on your hard drive and use the free FTP client  Cyberduck to upload your site.  It's been known to work when iWeb's ftp client has failed.

  • Mail: 2 problems - Reply and SMTP setting

    Hi all,
    never had any special issues with Lion, but after upgrading to Mountain Lion I have these 2 issues that I can't solve.
    I use Mac Mail , connecting and receiving/sending emails for 3 different accounts, one for my company (hosted on an external server via IMAP/SMTP), one for iCloud and the other is a free account (IMAP/SMTP)
    1) When I reply to an email starting from the inbox , the from is properly placed. Let's say I get an email in my company's inbox, I reply and the from is selected as my company email.
    But when I move that message to a folder, and then I reply to that email starting from the new folder, the from is not the right one, but it takes another random email from one of my 3 accounts (most usually the first one but I'm not sure). So I must manually change the email sender to the proper one everytime. This happens with all of my 3 accounts
    2) I have 3 SMTP Server settings to send mail. The company's SMTP server, iCloud and my ISP SMTP server for the free account.
    My company's SMTP server setting uses standard ports, password authentication, but doesn't use SSL.
    Sometimes when replying I find the email not leaving the outbox, with an error. Then I go and check the SMTP server settings, and I find the SSL setting ON. I turn it OFF and it works again. But sometimes it goes ON again , randomly, and I can't figure out how to stop this weird behaviour.

    I tried wiping out all SMTP servers and re-entering them one-by-one. No luck. The problem's still there.
    The same for the wrong sender in reply-to messages started from folders problem.
    Could anyone help me out? Should I provide feedback to Apple?

    POP3 and SMTP are related to your e-mail settings. Depending on who you utilize for an e-mail provider, these will differ from provider to provider. G-Mail by Google, for example, is pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com. Below is an example pulled from Google's website. If you are unsure of where to acquire this info, I would recommend contacting your e-mail provider. Hope this helps.

  • Best system and file set up for SSD + HDD in optical drive

    I have finally pulled the trigger and purchased a Samsung 512GB 840 pro SSD for the main bay in my late 2011 Macbook Pro and a iTB SATA 2 HDD with Data Doubler from OWC to replace my optical drive. My question is what is the best way to set these up after I have installed them?I am an audio engineer and I do a lot of multi channel audio editing with large files and want the SSD for the speed for my editing. Do I set these up as separate drives or do I RAID ( if that is possible)? Do I have my System software and programs on the SSD and use the HDD as my scratch drive? I don't have access to a Mac Mini, so can't create a fusion drive. Appreciate the advise.

    Put the SSD in the main drive bay and the rotating HDD in the Optical bay. Use either Disk Utility or one of the Cloning software programs to Restore or Clone your current install from the HDD to the SSD.
    Or Make a Time Machine Backup of the current install and then use the Recovery HD system to Restore that TM backup to the SSD.
    Or you can do a Clean install of OS X on the SSD then reinstall all your programs and then copy over all your files from the HDD to the SSD.
    Many ways to do what you want. You just have to pick the one you want to use.
    Yes all files on every drive connected to your Mac in any way, internally or by an external port, will be seens by Finder.

    Since changing over to a new BT home hub, my iPad mini does not recognise an Epson XP 305 air printer although system worked well on previous Sky hub. Both printer and iPad set up and recognise hub independently. Has anyone come across this problem?

  • Problems with verifying email address and SMTP set...

    I have recently moved over to BT Infinity Broadband and regularly work from home.  Recently I have been unable to send work emails (provided by 123 Reg) and having searched the forums I found a solution by using ny btinternet login details and verifying my email address.
    However I have been able to verify two of my work email addresses but not the main and most important one.  Each time I try I get an "invalid email address" error message.  This is not causing too many problems with Outlook 2010 as I can still send and receive emails at present, hopefully this will remain.
    However I do also use a case management software which sends emails.  It requires a SMTP server details and port number.  I have replicated these with the ones from Outlook, mail.btinternet.com and port number 465 but I am unable to send any emails.
    I would be grateful if anybody could help me to verify my email address and also suggest what settings I would need for my case management software.

    I am a BT Premium Mail customer for my BT Talk21 e-mail account.
    All was working fine on my PC and on my Mobile when I left the UK on 18t Sept.
    In Greece, I was accessing e-mails, and responding to them, via the COSMOTE mobile network.
    The problem started around 1st October, when I found that I could not reply to e-mails via my phone ("Sending Failed") - it would sometimes work if I switched my phone off an back on again, but I just couldn't send e-mails from my Android phone.
    On my return to the UK, on 3rd Oct,  I found that I couldn't send e-mails via my Outlook 2010 client on my Windows 7 Computer, directly connected to my router-  getting error message 522 (account set up as POP3)
    Test message returns:
    "Send test e-mail message: Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).  The server responded: 522 Your message has not been sent as you are accessin"
    So, 2 separate devices, connected differently, where experiencing the same problem - the commonality BT E-mail severs.
    I spent 2 days of absolute hell with BT's Indian call centres who were worse than useless - refusing to accept that this was a BT sever-related issue.

    On my Mobile, as a test, I deleted my (POP3) mobile account on my phone, the idea to re-instate it.
    On trying to set it up again, the BT mails servers wouldn't allow me to set it up as POP3 (even though up until the point of the problem it was POP3).
    However, it eventually allowed me to set it up as SMTP/IMAP - and I can now send and recieve e-mails on my Talk21 account on my mobile. Although, being IMAP/SMTP it now deletes mails off the server if I delete them on my phone - which I found out the hard way.
    My Outlook client on my computer still cannot send e-mails - returning the error code 522.
    I have also accessed my account via webmail (which seems to work both ways) and have changed and verified my passwords, but the problem still exists.
    In addition, my daughter also has a Talk21 Premium Mail account, and accessing via a different computer Microsoft Mail on a Vista machine, and she is experiencing the same problem.
    I find out today that BT is withdrawing from Yahoo and is changing/has changed it's e-mail systems.
    The problems I and my daughter are experiencing appear to be general BT Mail Server problems that need to addressed centrally, and not a single-user level as the likelihood is that many are affected.
    I would like BT to look into this as a matter of urgency.
