"Post" recordset information

I have a table inside a "form" with four fields form a
recordset. I would like to pass along three of those fields to the
next page. I have it set to post to the next page, but I haven't
been able to get it to "read" the information. Not sure if this is
enough info for an answer, so please if you need more info just let
me know. The help is greatly appreciated.

Why "form"? Is that form being SUBMITTED to go to the next
page? What
server scripting language are you using to grab that POSTed
data?

    Hi Guys,

    If the other applicable Business Area  ( = 01 suppose) is there in this pay, it gets posted properly, but the information is not displayed.

  • Post install information

    I'm sorry if this is somewhere else, but I'm unsure how to even search for it.
    I'm making a package for AUR, and I would like to display some text after the package installs
    ex:
    upgraded pygtk (2.10.4-2 -> 2.10.6-1)
    --> printing support in gimp depends on gutenprint. Install it if you need
    --> printing.
    Correct me if I am wrong:
    create $pkgname.install file with your text (I copied one)
    put it in sources md5, etc.
    How do I "build" it into the package and make it display?

    You don't put it in sources or md5.  You specify it as an install= option.  For example, from the fglrx PKGBUILD:
    pkgname=fglrx
    pkgver=8.40.4
    install=${pkgname}.install # this line is the important one
    source=(http://www2.ati.com/drivers/linux/ati-driver-installer-$pkgver-x86.x86_64.run)
    md5sums=('d02add61ee36a4183510317c3c42b147')
    sha1sums=('6260c8596529eac34fabe3437678afe6e2761490')
    And, for reference, fglrx.install:
    # This is a default template for a post-install scriptlet. You can
    # remove any functions you don't need (and this header).
    # arg 1: the new package version
    pre_install() {
    /bin/true
    # arg 1: the new package version
    post_install() {
    echo "PLEASE NOTE:"
    echo "--------------------------------------------------------------"
    echo "You can use the tool 'aticonfig' to generate an xorg.conf file."
    echo "Remember to add fglrx to the MODULES list in /etc/rc.conf."
    echo "--------------------------------------------------------------"

  • Is there any post 2008R2 information available on Table Valued Parameters being usable for writes?

    The last I heard on the efforts to make TVPs writable was that they were on the roadmap for the 2008 R2 release but that it didn't make the cut.
    Srini Acharya commented in the connect item associated with this feature that...
    Allowing table valued parameters to be read/write involves quite a bit of work on the SQL Engine
    side as well as client protocols. Due to time/resource constraints as well as other priorirites, we will not be able to take up this work as part of SQL Server 2008 release. However, we have investigated this issue and have this firmly in our radar to address
    as part of the next release of SQL Server.
    I have never heard any information regarding why this was pulled from the 2008R2 release and why it wasn't implemented in either SQL Server 2012 or SQL Server 2014.  Can anyone shed any light on what's going on here and why it hasn't been enabled
    yet?  I've been champing at the bit for the better part of 6 years now to be able to move my Data Access Methodology to a more properly structured message oriented architecture using Request and Response Table Types for routing messages to and from SQL
    Server Functions and Stored Procs.
    Please tell me that I won't have to manually build all of this out with XML for much longer.
    Note that in SQL Server 2008 table valued parameters are read only. But as you notice we actually
    require you to write READONLY. So that actually then means that at some point in the future maybe if you say please, please please often enough we might be able to actually make them writable as well at some point.
    Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please,

    Can someone please explain what the complication is?
    It makes no sense to me that you can
    1)declare a table typed variable inside a stored procedure
    2)insert items into it
    3)return the contents of it with a select from that table variable
    but you can't say "hey. The OUTPUT parameter that was specified by the calling client points to this same variable."
    I would like to understand what is so different between
    create database [TechnetSSMSMessagingExample]
    create schema [Resources]
    create schema [Messages]
    create schema [Services]
    create type [Messages].[GetResourcesRequest] AS TABLE([Value] [varchar](max) NOT NULL)
    create type [Messages].[GetResourcesResponse] AS TABLE([Resource] [varchar](max) NOT NULL, [Creator] [varchar](max) NOT NULL,[AccessedOn] [datetime2](7) NOT NULL)
    create table [Resources].[Contrivance] ([Value] [varchar](max) NOT NULL, [CreatedBy] [varchar](max) NOT NULL) ON [PRIMARY]
    create Procedure [Services].[GetResources]
    (@request [Messages].[GetResourcesRequest] READONLY)
    AS
    DECLARE @response [Messages].[GetResourcesResponse]
    insert @response
    select [Resource].[Value] [Resource]
    ,[Resource].[CreatedBy] [Creator]
    ,GETDATE() [AccessedOn]
    from [Resources].[Contrivance]
    inner join @request as [request]
    on [Resource].[Value] = [request].[Value]
    select [Resource],[Creator],[AccessedOn]
    from @responseGO
    and
    create Procedure [Services].[GetResources]
    ( @request [Messages].[GetResourcesRequest] READONLY
    ,@response [Messages].[GetResourcesResponse] OUTPUT)
    AS
    insert @response
    select [Resource].[Value] [Resource]
    ,[Resource].[CreatedBy] [Creator]
    ,GETDATE() [AccessedOn]
    from [Resources].[Contrivance]
    inner join @request as [request]
    on [Resource].[Value] = [request].[Value]
    GO
    that this cannot be accomplished in 7 years with 3 major releases of SQL Server.
    If you build the database that I provided (I didn't provide flow control commands, of course so they'll need to be chunked into individual executable scripts) and then
    insert into [Resources].[Contrivance] values('Arbitrary','kalanbates')
    insert into [Resources].[Contrivance] values('FooBar','kalanbates')
    insert into [Resources].[Contrivance] values('NotInvolvedInSample','someone-else')
    GO
    DECLARE @request [Message].[GetResourcesRequest]
    insert into @request
    VALUES ('Arbitrary')
    ,('FooBar')
    EXEC [Services].[GetResources] @request
    your execution will return a result set containing 2 rows.
    Why can these not 'just' be pushed into a "statically typed" OUTPUT parameter rather than being returned as a loose result set that then has to be sliced and diced as a dynamic object by the calling client?

    hI Rajiv
    I am not sure, for which document you would like to check the posting document....
    However the posting document can be checked through the  document flow and check for  transaction that you would like to check the accounting documents.
    You can display document and check the accounting document to see the details.
    If you know the accounting document number, you can directly enter the details in FB03 and check

  • How do I get Pages to import references and post the information as a footnote from Logos Bible Software?

    I want to move to the iPad as my only computer, but am a bit frustrated by the loss of some features in the IOS version of Pages. I need the ability to create structured outlines with footnote and endnote capability. Logos Bible Software imports many cross references and properly annotates passages that I copy and paste in Microsoft Word on my PC, but I cannot get pages to do the samething on my iPad. In fact I really miss the outline generation capability in Pages.  Is this something that will be addressed? Are there workarounds?

  • IDOC to inform about posted GR (goods received)

    Hello,
    I have to create an IDOC when GR is posted to inform another system about this goods movement.
    The IDOC that I found is ACC_GOODS_MOVEMENT, but this lools like an IDOC which is used to initiate the GR posting and here I am the other way round.
    So, is there any IDOC I can trigger from the output determination to get the expected result?
    Or is there a possibility to use an exit where I can build a structure (like Z-idoc) to call here a RFC?
    Your help is appreciated!
    Best regards
    Dirk

    Hello Vijay,
    I tried to add this Idoc in TA WE20.
    (In my Rel. 4.6 only MBGMCR02 is available!)
    Here I got the combination of
    - application ME
    - message type ZXXX (mine from GR output notif. cust.)
    - ME01 (offered by system for the combination above).
    But in BD64 - ALE which I want to use, the system does not
    offer message type MBGMCR.
    So this looks like a dead end?
    How can I continue?
    Thanks for any hint!
    Best regards
    Dirk

  • HP LaserJet 500 color MFP M570dn ePrint information sheet won't print

    When I attempt to Enable Web Services Connect I receive a message that an information sheet will print that contains important information.  That information sheet doesn't print.  After selecting OK, there is another button on the right that says "Print Information Sheet."  Pushing that button also doesn't print an information sheet.  However, I can see that it changes the printer's ePrint email address.
    When I go to: https://www.hpconnected.com/us/en/#devices/ to add a new device to my profile, I'm asked for a printer claim code.  When I paste in the part of the printer's newly issue email address before the "@" sign, I receive a message that there is an unexpected error. (HP technical support told me that this part of the email address was the claim code)
    This is a new printer (it came yesterday).  How do I fix this?  I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes on the telephone with HP technical support and they were unable to fix it and couldn't really say what to do next.  They said maybe there was some sort of problem with HP's cloud service and that I should keep trying back.  I've tried back a number of times over 24+ hours with the same result.

    Thank you for posting this information on our forum boards. At this moment in time, I do not have an answer to your question as to why you can't register your printer with the HP Connected cloud however, I have taken steps to investigate.
    Please be patient and hang in there with me. If you can, could you please try and register your printer again in a few days and let me know the results. You may have to disable and enable web services to get a new printer code as the codes are only good for 24 hours.
    Please know that I am activately pursuing this issue however it will take time to get to the root cause.

  • HOW TO: Post a SQL statement tuning request - template posting

    This post is not a question, but similar to Rob van Wijk's "When your query takes too long ..." post should help to improve the quality of the requests for SQL statement tuning here on OTN.
    On the OTN forum very often tuning requests about single SQL statements are posted, but the information provided is rather limited, and therefore it's not that simple to provide a meaningful advice. Instead of writing the same requests for additional information over and over again I thought I put together a post that describes how a "useful" post for such a request should look like and what information it should cover.
    I've also prepared very detailed step-by-step instructions how to obtain that information on my blog, which can be used to easily gather the required information. It also covers again the details how to post the information properly here, in particular how to use the \ tag to preserve formatting and get a fixed font output:
    http://oracle-randolf.blogspot.com/2009/02/basic-sql-statement-performance.html
    So again: This post here describes how a "useful" post should look like and what information it ideally covers. The blog post explains in detail how to obtain that information.
    In the future, rather than requesting the same additional information and explaining how to obtain it, I'll simply refer to this HOW TO post and the corresponding blog post which describes in detail how to get that information.
    *Very important:*
    Use the \ tag to enclose any output that should have its formatting preserved as shown below.
    So if you want to use fixed font formatting that preserves the spaces etc., do the following:
    \   This preserves formatting
    \And it will look like this:
       This preserves formatting
       . . .Your post should cover the following information:
    1. The SQL and a short description of its purpose
    2. The version of your database with 4-digits (e.g. 10.2.0.4)
    3. Optimizer related parameters
    4. The TIMING and AUTOTRACE output
    5. The EXPLAIN PLAN output
    6. The TKPROF output snippet that corresponds to your statement
    7. If you're on 10g or later, the DBMS_XPLAN.DISPLAY_CURSOR output
    The above mentioned blog post describes in detail how to obtain that information.
    Your post should have a meaningful subject, e.g. "SQL statement tuning request", and the message body should look similar to the following:
    *-- Start of template body --*

  • Missing information on HelpViewer in Mac OS X

    I had a problem with a Canon help file being assigned to the wrong application to open it. I found the answer from Canon but only posted the fact that I had the answer. I forgot to include useful information for others on the solution. The original question is archived so I am posting the information here.
    If you need to restore the default program to open a help file (such as those used for Canon printers), the program needed is found at /System/Library/CoreServices/HelpViewer.app
    I spent useless hours trying to find it so I'm hoping I may help others with this post.

    The majority of Apple's basic applications reside in /CoreServices/. You'll find others like AddPrinter.app, Archive Utility.app, Certificate Assistant.app, Directory Utility.app, Dock.app, and Installer.app,

  • A JavaBean that gives information about a job - saving parameter problem

    Hi,
    I'm working on a Java-Applet that gives the user some information about the running job.
    I modified a solution from Casey Bowden (thx to him) that lanches a seperate applet, from the current forms session, to update the user on the status of the report. It works great but I have one more problem.
    If the Report getting an error, the programmer and organisator would like to replicate the error so it would be comfortable to see how the report get started. There is the RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE table that saves all the information the Report Server posts its information about the current report to the database each time a job request is submitted. I'm saving some information from the rw_server_job_queue in a seperate table with other specific information for our own administration.
    The only information that I don't get are the parameters the report getting started. I would like to save all parameters in one column like the command_line in RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE table each time a job request is submitted. Is there any solution to get the parameters from the starting report?
    I'm working with Oracle Forms 6i and Reports 6i.
    Thx for any help.
