Postgresql service 8.2 on Solaris 10 Update 4

Hi
I have solaris 10 update 4 installed. PostgreSQL with SMF is shipped with Solaris 10 update 4.
I could see two services installed on the OS.
svcs postgresql
disabled 14:58:36 svc:/application/database/postgresql:version_81
maintenance 15:40:42 svc:/application/database/postgresql:version_82
I followed the steps to start postgres service given on Sun website...
PostgreSQL 8.2:
1. As root, su to postgres:
# su - postgres
2. Create PostgreSQL DB cluster:
$ /usr/postgres/8.2/bin/initdb -D /var/postgres/8.2/data
3. As root, use the SMF's svcadm command to start PostgreSQL:
# /usr/sbin/svcadm enable postgresql:version_82
now I could see one serive enabled.
svcs postgresql
disabled 14:58:36 svc:/application/database/postgresql:version_81
online 15:40:42 svc:/application/database/postgresql:version_82
But, when I disabled the service & restarted it using...
svcadm disable svc:/application/database/postgresql:version_82
svcadm enable svc:/application/database/postgresql:version_82
I see the serivce in the maintenance mode.
disabled 14:58:36 svc:/application/database/postgresql:version_81
maintenance 15:40:42 svc:/application/database/postgresql:version_82
Server.log shows following error:-
FATAL: syntax error in file "/var/postgres/8.2/data/postgresql.conf" line 104, near token "MB"
Can anyone help me know the reason?

Ive installed Solaris 10 10/08 x86 in a VMware environment. The install went successfully, but when I tried to configure postgresql 8.2 to run the OS freezes when I run initdb.
I followed the instructions from the man pages, created all the environment variables and configured all the necessary permissions. Below is the output when I run initdb in debug mode.

The files belonging to this database system will be owned by user "postgres".
This user must also own the server process.
The database cluster will be initialized with locale C.
creating directory /var/postgres/8.1/data ... ok
creating subdirectories ... ok
selecting default max_connections ...
It always run to the selecting default max_connections ... line and locks up the OS. I cant do anything after that. I have to restart the VM. Has anyone experience this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Based on feedback from another site, and some more research it seems that this is a bug. You can view more information at http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6579274. It looks like this bug has been resolve and will be in the next Solaris update. I'm not sure if it was fixed in the current patch set, as I don't have a support account. From the patch report (http://sunsolve.sun.com/patchRedirnew.do?type=report&item=10_x86_patch_report), it seems that the related bug, 6529185, was fixed.
So, if you have a support account then you can download the latest patches and see if it was patched. I wanted to try Solaris 10 out before purchasing a support account, so I've resolved to use a release earlier than 10/08. I hope this helps

I noticed that google was the app that was using it a lot, but after I turned the feature off for google my phone started using the “traffic”, “frequent locations” and “cell network search”. When I turn the feature off for all of those things it’s no longer a problem. So just wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if anyone has a solution?

The "solution" is probably to increase your knowledge. You've done good things. Perhaps this article will educate you a bit more about location services.
Basically, they can be very useful, but can cause a lot of iPhone use. A major example is "Remind me to ... when I leave home."

Service Bus 1.0 cumulative update

in order to install the 26/02/2013 version of the Microsoft Office Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2012, you need to install first the Service Bus 1.0 Cumulative Update 1.
The thing is that I can not install this update, I always get an error:

I am pretty sure that Gilles tries to install it on a Windows 7 machine. I am running into the same problem and I am not able to use the visual studio workflow manager tools even if I try to use the workflow manager client only.

It sounds a lot like your phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it prior to your trying to update it.
If that is the case, it is nowpermanently bricked.

It also appears that your phone may have been Hacked and / or Jailbroken...

We had this happen with a ipad mini, took it back to person who worked on it, after a week with trying to get it working again, he replaced it. I will agree with the other replies take it back to repair place there must be something inside the phone that if you don't do repair excalty right it messes up all phone functions. Also I would give the repair person a time frame to either get it working or replace it.

When i create a Service PR using bapi BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE FM , service details ( Service number, Qty, Gross price, ) are not getting updated in Service tab of Purchase requisition transaction. I am passing all the services related parameters in the FM.
Please clarify this.

No service on iphone 3gs after updating to 6.1.6

After updating my iPhone 3gs to 6.1.6, am having a "No Service" problem. I can't even activate my iPhone.

You can try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

No service after iOS 5.1 update

Okay so it looks like i'm hit too.
I bought a referb(haha) 3GS(16gb newer model) from AT&T and it came with IOS 5.0 pre-installed, everything worked fine updated to 5.0.1 as soon as I got it activated.
I then upgraded my phone to a 4 and decided to give my 3GS to my brother (who also has a 3GS, just an 8gb version), before I was going to do that, I decided to restore and update, after resetting all settings and updating to 5.1, I put in his SIM into the phone but itunes says that there is no SIM inserted into the phone and I'm not able to activate it. Same for wifi activation, (says server is busy). I've tried another AT&T SIM from another iphone 3GS and the same thing, No service, no SIM, busy server. So I thought It'd try and restore the iphone, I put it into DFU mode, hooked it up to itunes, hit restore and it gives me an error 3194.
Oddly enough I don't get this error on my laptop if I restore from there. Either way, my 3GS is no longer working after the 5.1 update. I was told by my friend who works at the apple store that 5.1 does break a few iphones for one of two reasons, but he didn't think the problem with my phone were either of them.
Uhh.. Any thoughts on this?
Also, sorry if this was posted on the wrong board.

UPDATE: I attempted to bypass activation using the emergency call 112 to get into the homescreen, but the call failed, in fact, even 911 will not go through and give me a call failed. (before you yell at me for dialing 911, I'm a firemedic )
