Long time Palm user here. I really want to love WebOS.
This post was meant to be about losing my ability to download and save most podcasts. Due to a bug/glitch/flaw in the pre and in combination with how some sites work this has become impossible. (we are due for a fix any day now?)
But JUST attempting to post on this very forum turned out to be nearly impossible, from the Palm Pre.
Have you tried it? See what happens.
As soon as you begin to type in the text field the browser app automatically shifts focus to the top left corner. Meanwhile, as I type this in the Memo app to copy and paste later, the browser has inevitably gotten lost in the horrible memory shuffle and will have to refresh when I try to return to it.
Think we can get a fix for this minor browser annoyance?
All the little things are adding up to a really frustrating experience. I just have to ask. I can't be the only one having this much a frustrating experience with this phone?
Will "too many cards" be a permanent feature of the Pre hardware?
Slow! Will there be any speed enahncements in future updates? Is this even possible?
Email is practically unusable at times for how slow it can be.
Between lockup/slowdowns and the phone being stuck in headset mode a simple phonecall can be quite a task.
I could keep going, I'm sure you've heard all this by now,to be honest I just felt like venting my frustrations.

The issue with the browser moving when typing in a text entry field has been forwarded to our engineers, and may be resolved in a future update. We appreciate all the assistance of everyone who has brought this to our attention in the past.

I sometimes can't see the images posted on the forum

Sometimes the images aren't displayed even though I have the right option set in my forum profile. Most of the images posted on the forum work, but some seem to be blocked.

It's not text, I can't highlight it with my mouse, but I can see the full url if I click 'Quote'.

I can see it by right clicking on the "image with the filename" and clicking "View image" in Firefox. As rebootl mentioned, it's probably due to a wrong embed code.

I can view it fine. Try it again. Or maybe your IP is blacklisted for some reason.
So basically, there are different causes leading to the unavailablity of images.
When in doubt, load Firefox's Web developer tools -> Network tab. Do a full reload on the page, and see the status codes for each image.

Start a reply to this message. Click the camera icon in the toolbar of the editing window and select the image file to upload it. You can also include text in the reply.

Firefox doesn't have a built-in feature to open all the links on a page, or to print pages automatically. However, there might be some add-ons that would help you do that. You could search on the web, or try on the Add-ons site:

Alternately, you may find a separate program to do it, which either has its own embedded browser or uses the connectivity features built into Windows.

iTunes match won't automatically remove content from your computer, if you want to do that you will need to do it manually yourself.

I stored all songs on ipod...updated my OS. I completely wiped out the old microsoft windows and installed windows XP. (I know, bout time.) Besides that I have read that I cannot restore music from my ipod as it is only one way.
Is there a work around? I have the shuffle (1G). Thanks.

If the songs are in your iPods library there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. This is just a selection, you'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos and games as well. Go to the Purchases Tab in the App Store and Accept the apps.
Then you'll be able to update them.

We are all itunes users just like you.
If you are transferring from Mac to Mac, then copy the entire itunes folder.
You can also type :" move itunes library" into the google search bar for directions.
Since you do not mention exactly what you have tried and what happened, it is difficult to offer much more.

My Exchange 2013 Hybrid environment is at CU5 level. Multiple administrators have started experiencing the error message

It only started two weeks ago and did not coincide with any infrastructure changes. The message occurs when clicking anything on the EAC GUI and it eventually allows you to perform the operation but only after the message
pops up a few times.
I have tried clearing the browser cookies, history, etc. Note that using the Office 365 EAC does not yield the same messages and it only happens in IE (IE 11).

From your description, please make sure that the "Require SSL" is checked in IIS Manager -> Sites -> Exchange Back End -> ECP -> SSL Settings.
What's more, ensure that EAC site is added to the “Compatibility Mode”.

Keep getting the message "An error occurred with the publication of album - Do you want to remove the album from your library?" don't know why

I don't know why I keep getting the following messge for a recent album I created in iphoto:
"An error occurred with the publication of album (name of album). Do you want to remove the album from your library?" In smaller letters under that message, is "The feed could not be found or is invalid." There are 2 buttons to click - either "Remove Album" or "Keep Album". Never had this issue before, did not do anything different this time.

Is this an album you're publishing as a MMe Gallery? If so delete the album and gallery, create a new album and gallery and try publishing again.
