Powershell insert into sql table is failling

The above code is failing with an error saying:

I tried using the below script. I was able to print just the time on the console but it is not storing into the variable.. .
$creation_time=$creation_time-match@{LastWriteTime=(?<content>.*)}
$matches ['content']
