HI,
if you have everything set up in ECC already, why don`t you just download pricing customizing from ECC to CRM?
It will work the same way... all you need is to do additionally is install/activate IPC if not already done.

  • How can we change Pricing condition price date

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    I have requirement as following.
When we create a sales order if any contract is available it should be populated in a diaglog box, and when user select a one , we keep this as a z-field in the sales order header level, so far fine.
And the requirement includes the pricing date for one of pricing condition should be the first delivery date(schedulelinedate).
We have the condition records with the pricing date as document date, we cannt keep commited delivery date as pricingdate(komv-kdatu).
So i need a solution, thru i can modify the KOMV-KDATU
for the condition type, with the first schedule line date.
could anybody knows how to modify the KOMV structure values?????
The quick answer will be highly apreciated?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Praveen

    Hi Praveen,
You can use user exit "USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK" to change Pricing Condition Table at header level & "USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP" at item level. These exits are present in include "MV45AFZZ" of Sales Order program "SAPMV45A".

  • How pricing condition be auto updated if the user changes price in PO ?

    Hi
Is there any configuration setting on how pricing condition can be automatically updated if the user changes price in the purchase order ?
    Thanks
    Maruthi

    Hi Maruthi,
As far as I know, POs (like many other documents in SAP) are "snapshots" of data as it was at the time of the document creation.  This snapshot has no direct link to master data, so it will not change unless you go to the document and manually change/refresh whatever data you need updated.
Even if there were a way to link your PO to master data to auto-update I don't see how any change on a PO could go backwards and change master data.  Pricing works the other way around - the PO takes the price from the condition records, not the records from the PO.
    Hope this helps,
    J

  • Pricing error: Mandatory condition Price (ZPRO) is missing

    Hi team,
We downloded the pricing procedure and all condition types from ECC to CRM.When we create an opportunity we are facing this kind of issue.P Pricing error: Mandatory condition Price (ZPRO) is missing.
Since its downloaded from ECC i cant change it.
Any point in the above issue.
    Thanks & Regards
    Rajesh

    Hi Rajesh,
You need to check the condition type ZPRO in customizing - is it a manual condition Iin the pricing procedure? If so then it should be added manually to the document to remove the error. If not then it should be determined automatically. In order to determine why this is not done you should switch on a pricing trace - parameter PRC_TRACE in SU01 set to X will do this - see note 1545713 if WEBUI or 521908 to check in SAPGUI. After you switch this on log off and log on again then go into the document in change mode and check the condition tab at item level and click on accesses. Here you will see the path that was taken to determine the condition.
Hope this helps with solving this.
    Kind regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi,
Solution for this is very simple. Don't make any changes to the sales order user exit. Use condition exclusion  for the condition type.
Do customization in the following path of IMG
Sales and distribution---- > Basic Functions--- > Pricing--
    > Condition exclusion -- > Condition exclusion for groups of conditions
First  In Define condition exclusion groups you have to define condition exclusion group (ZXXX)
Then  in Assign condition types to the exclusion groups you have to assign condition type to the exclusion group (ZXXX   ZPRO)
Then in Maintain Condition exclusion for pricing procedures select the pricing procedure where you have the problem and click Exclusion box present in Dialog structure box
You will be faced with Change view exclusion overview screen Click new entries
You will be faced with New entries overview of added entries screen.
Take serial no as 10 Condition exclusion procedure  as B (Best condition with in condition type) In the exclusion group1 add the exclusion group ZXXX.
    Save it and create order.
In the order pricing you will again observe that ZPRO appearing twice but only one will be active.
Changing user exit for this issue is not at all required and it must be only the last resort Try replicating the issue in your sand box system. As I had mentioned it will be picked twice but only one will be active.
    Hope this helps.

While creating the invoice it should update the condition price in sales order.

  • Retrieving Sales Orders from Pricing Conditions

I need to retrieve pricing condition number KSCHL from tables A906, A908, A966, A967 and A997 based on Sales Contracts (VBAP-VGBEL). However all the above tabels do not have a Sales contract reference. Some have while some have MATNR and KUNNR.
Can anyone suggest a FM or a BAPI that can get me the price condition numbers related to a Sales contract.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there,
Give us some more feedback what your purpose is ...
Do you want to get information about existing orders or do you want to create new ones based on contracts, etc...
Without knowing your purpose it is quite hard to answer this one ...

  • Report to check materials list with missing pricing conditions

    Hi,
I have two levels in the BOM. Sales material in the top and purchase material in the bottom. I create VK11 pricing (condition type: XP00) for SALES ORG/ MATERIAL and SALES ORG/ MATERIAL/ CUSTOMER level for both materials. Is there any standard SAP report to display materials I missed to enter pricing conditions.
    Thanks,
    Sam

    Dear Sam
I dont know there is such report which fulfills your requirement. but i suggest you to run V/LD and select Material Prices at 15. Give sales organization, distribution channel, condition type and material range from and to. For example i just executed report with
    Sales organization        1000
    Distribution Channel       60
    Material                          1900000         1999999
    Condition                        PR00
The system will show you the materials for which you have maintained condition record. Export this report to excel and use VLOOKUP for your requirement.
    Update your response.

    Hi Preet,
I am sorry that we are back to square one. I checked OSS and two OSS notes specifically mention that you cannot do anything with condition records if you are in a version lower than 4.7.
That leaves us with the option that I mentioned in your earlier posting which is to make config changes, and then write a small program to do repricing. That way all the sales orders will be repriced and based on the new configuration, the condition should disappear.
You can give points by clicking the yellow star sign at the header of a post. You can give one 10 points for the post solving your issue, two 6 points for very helpful answers and unlimited 2 points for helpful answers.
    Regards,
    Srinivas
Sorry forgot to mention the OSS notes. They are 593246 and 597970.

  • How to control the pricing condition in billing document?

    Hello Experts,
    Greetings!
We are using two pricing condition. One is PR00 another one is VA00.PR00 is a mandetory condition & prices comes from condition record only.Users are not allowed to enter pr00 manually.
Now we have created one more condition VA00 by which user can  increase the price for some particular customers.
Now if the user do enter the condition VA00 in sales order & if it beyound credit limit than system gives informative message & blocks for the delivery.
Now the issue is if they do enter the condition in billing documents instead of sales order system does not check the credit limit at billing level. It allows invoice to be generated even beyond the credit limit.
How can we control this? Is it possible that the condition VA00 can only be used for sales order only.It will not allow to enter at billing time?
Plz suggest how can we resolve this issue in order to control the credit limit.
Any help would be highly appriciated.
    Best Rgds
    Nitin

    Hi,
you can use a surcharge condition type which calculates a percentage over the basic price price that is PR00 in your case.
insert it in the pricing procedure just below the PR00
and remember to maintain FROM & TO step no. of PR00, this condition should be manual entry alllowed
and insert one more condtion type in pricing procedure that will add the values of above 2 condtions .
make above condition type w/o account keys and assign account ker erl to this new condtion type,
STEP NO.     COUNTER     C TYPE     DESCRIPTION     FROM      TO     R     ACCOUNT KEY
    8     0     PR00     BASIC PRICE                                           YES
    11     0     ZSUR     SURCHARGE     8     8     YES
    13     0     ZPR0     Price (Gross)     8     11     YES     ERL
in condition type of ZSUR(surcharge)maintain "c"
    REVERT IF HELPFUL

  • 2 pricing conditions in PP

    Hi everyone,
    This is a RETURNS scenario.
We create a Credit Memo Request (Sales Order type: CR) when the customer calls in for a Return and we make another Sales Order (Sales Order Type: RE) when the goods actually come in. A credit memo is created against the CR initially and later a billing doc. is created against deliv. made from the RE order.
Now the requirement is to have 2 pricing conditions in PP of the CR order. Say ZR00 and ZR01, where ZR01 = -(ZR00). This is coz' ZR00 is posted to the sales account and ZR01 to Accrual account. When RE is created the -ve price in Accruals account from the CR is cleared.
Now standard SAP allows only one pricing condition in a PP, any ideas on getting around this?
Temporarily I have made ZR01 a 100% discount....but I knw thats not the way to go about it.
    Any help is appreciated
    regards

    Hi,
Maintain a single Price Condition Type, say ZR00, in your PP.
In T. Code: V/06, maintain Field: Plus/ minus as "Blank" for Condition amount as both: Negative (a Discount) or Positive (a Surcharge), or whether both positive and negative amounts are possible.
    {Condition Class: B - Prices}
In T. Code: V/08, insert your condition type: ZR00 and maintain other column entries as, for example, Column: Account Key as "ERL - Revenue"; Column: R as "Checked for Mandatory, if reqd." etc..
You may insert other condition types, based upon Condition Type: ZR00, in subsequent rows, such as "Material", "Customer Discount", "Customer/ Material" or Tax Conditions etc..
In Acct Determination, T. Code: VKOA, Maintain G/L accts. for "Cust Grp./ Mat. Grp/ Acct Key" and maintain Provision Acct, next to G/L Acct for account determination takes place in the billing document with the field, relevant for accrual.
Rest will be assured from FI-Consultant as maintain G/L accts and postings is FI-job.
There is no need of maintaining 2- Condition Types in PP, at all.
    Best Regards,
    Amit.
NOTE: Hope, I have understood the problem and answered to your query, up to some extent.
