Pricing value not to editable in billing creation

Hi experts,
I have checked the posts to find how to make the Pricing not editable when creating invoice {in VF01}, but cannot find the correct post that suits my req.
Our business req is to allow user to change it in sales order creation, though we create condition records via Vk11, still we keep it open in the Sales order creation.
The requirement is only to grey out all values for all condition types that are copied from Sales order.
What should be the correct Pricing Type to be used in VTFL for delivery to billing copy control.
In V/06, for Manual entries we use C - Manual entry has priority &
Amount/percent is selected & Value is not selected.
Please advice.
Rgds,
Pri

Hi Priya,
I might be totally wage, in my approach, but:
why don't you use Two different Pricing Procedure - One, in Sales Order; and Another, in Invoicing.
Assign, both Pricing Procedure to, Sales Order and Invoicing, in T. Code: OVKK, respectively.
Also, make a Z-Copy of Condition Type (say, ZPR0 - a copy of PR00) and maintain Condition Type (in T. Code:  V/06), i.e.
_Untick the Box: Amount/percent, for ZPR0 in V/06, it will be greyed out in billing, whereas, mark tick at Box: Amount/percent, for PR00.
Maintain, similar Condition records for PR00 and ZPR0, in T. Code: VK11.
Best Regards,
Amit

  • Pricing should not be changed in billing document?

    HI,
We have given manual entry provision for pricing in Sales order level . But as per the company requirement, the price should not be changed in the billing document. Also the point to be considered is, it is a delivery based billing. What is the configuration required to ensure that , System should not allow pricing to be changed in billing document when it is getting created.
I have checked the forum and found no threads linked to it. Kindly help me in this regard.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi ,
In SPRO -> S&D-> Billing Documents ->Maintain copying Control for Billing documents. Here select for copying control for ( based on your case) delivery type to Invoice type  (Eg: Invoice type F2: Delivery type : LF) and then go to Item and select Item Category.
And then go to Item Category details (Eg: TAN) .  Here you find Pricing type and based on your requirement you can select. If not satisfying your need then you can modify the copying requirement.
    Thanks,

  • Copying STO PO pricing condition to Billing During Billing creation

    Hi,
MM and SD pricing conditions are not similar.
And I cant use Copy PO Basic price in billing Document
I was advised to try USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP or USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK.
How do I copy the Pricing condition from the STO PO to Billing during billing creation?
Is there an FM i can use to extract the pricing condition given the STO PO?
    thanks,
    NC

    Hi
If the option of Raghavendra doesn't work for you (parameters in copy rule for invoice), try with VOFM subroutines (Condition formula for alternative calculation type) in the pricing procedure. Surely it will be slower, but it must work. How? You have in KOMP the values for VGBEL and VGPOS with the delivery number and item. So, seach the PO number in the same way. When you have the PO number, with the value of field KNUMV search the value of condition in table KONV.
    I hope this helps you
    Regards
    Eduardo
PD: I forgot. The userexits that you mention is to populate KOMP/KOMK for customer fields. See SAP Note 531835 - Using field PSTYV in the condition access for futher information.

  • Pricing not Picked up in Billing for one of the BOM items

    Hello SAPians,
    I have an issue.
A Standard Charge Estimate was created from Service Order.
Invoicing was done on the same day of the Standard charge Estimate.  The issue is
There 3 Materials (BOM)-LUMF.   The price at
    10.  Service item    Rs  0.00    TAP-  (No price)
    20.  Service Item    Rs 184.00 TAD   (Priced)
    30.  Service item    Rs 266.00 TAD   (Priced)
total order value Rs 450/.   Total Billing amount Rs 266.00 and NOT Rs 450/.
The error is item at 20 not picked pricing in Invoicing. Pricing analysis in Invoicing shows "Condition record exists, but has not been set"  Message 108.
The possibility of User Manually deleting the Condition Type in Billing is reuled out.
Your guidance and suggestions are appreciated
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,
Please read the below details of the message 108 and carry out new pricing in the invoice, this will solve your problem:
Condition record exists, but has not been set
This message tells you that the condition record exists, but has not been set in the document. If pricing was carried out again for the document item, then the condition would be set.
There are different reasons for this:
    1. The condition was deleted manually in the item condition screen.
    2. The condition record was created later. Please note that order processing and pricing have buffer mechanisms. This means that a newly added condition record might only be found after order processing has been left completely and then started again.
If the condition type is used for subsequent settlement (rebate), there may be subsequent updating of business volume (the agreement is is created retrospectively). The document conditions do not contain the condition record, as the condition record was not created when pricing was carried out. Updating of business volume is carried out using special functions for subsequent settlement.
    3. When an item was added, the condition record was accessed with key fields other than change time. This could lead to different results in the requirements check at the time of adding and the change time. This can occur when modifications are made.
    4. In billing (or when copying orders): Certain condition types were not determined in the source document (this is usually controlled by the pricing requirements). When creating the document, the document flow (TVCPF,TVCPA) is processed using a pricing type that does not redetermine these condition types, although they are supposed to be called via the requirements.

  • Net value not being updated from Pricing Element/Pricing condition

    Hi All,
User confirm activity of 40 hours in CJ20n of Project System. When we are creating RRB(Resource Related Billing) request for billing of 40 hours using DP91, Net Value is coming Zero where as pricing condition for the item is upodating Basic Price from quantity of 40 hours.
Please adise, why Net Value field is not being updating.

    hi monty,
first of all please check the validity and other criteria by which sytem populates the pricing records in to the sales order.
this can be easily done by refering to past "pricing" posts.
    also
kindly check on the reference status whether this order is getting referenced and pricing values from a preceeding document like  sales quotation, because if the conditions mentioned by you are not in the preceeding saes document then it will not get populated ,hence you have to update pricing by going on to the conditions tab,
update me so that other solutions can put to you

  • How to extract values from pricing procedure for conditions in CRM Billing?

I have a number of conditions in the pricing procedure in CRM Billing that I would like to extract to SAP BW. How can this be done?
Is there a standard extractor for CRM Billing similar to the SD Billing extractor "Extraction of SD Billing Conditions" (2LIS_13_VDKON)?
If there is no standard extractor, is there another way to extract the conditions and the related values?
I am using the standard CRM Billing Extractor 0BEA_CRMB already, so maybe an append could solve my problem. How can this be done? In what CRM-tables can I find the values from pricing procedure for conditions in CRM Billing?

you may want to post that last question in a CRM forum... in ECC it would be table KONV

    Hi,
How ur LOV(ie.SelectOneChoice) is attached to the field from a viewObject.. Is it attached through a viewAccessor?
I think ur update page is a separate page having a form layout and if so please drag and drop the selectone choice field(ie.attribute has LOV entry) from respective
viewObject shown in the datacontrol. this will create a LOV entry in ur pagedef file and try the same.... :)

  • TAX condition value not getting calculated

    Hi Gurus,
At my client we are having this strange issue in pricing when invoice creation. We've set up copy control rules as copy all unchanged. When I tried creating invoice, all the elements are getting copied, but the tax value is not getting created. We've delivery to invoice copy control rules, so that we can copy freight and price source is E (delivery/sales order). e.g.
In sales order we have following elements with values:
    Price $1000
discount 10% value will be 100
tax5% value will be $45. Total value becomes $ 945
In invoice, it should copy all the elements unchanged, but we are getting following values:
    Price $1000
discount 10% value will be 100
tax5% instead of showing value $45, system doesn't show anything. Total value becomes $900.
I checked all the config, including pricing and all the copy control rules. I'm not sure what I'm missing.
    Please provide some inputs!!
    Thanks,
    Ketan

First check the root cause of miss ing TAX condition type in biling through Pricing Analysis.
To do that Billing Doc - Item - Conditions tab - click Analysis Button
Then select the missing TAX condition type for knowing the error.
Also, check the service render date in billing doc.
You can find this Biling doc - Item - Item Detail Tab - Price data
Take note of the date for Serv.rendered
And in the condition record (VK12 / VK13) for Tax condition type.
Check the validity date of condition type.
The date for service render sholud lie in the validity date maintain in condition record.

  • Route is not getting updated in billing

    Hi all,
I have a freight condition type which is having the key combination of plant & Route (werks/route). we give route manually in the delivery document header but it is not getting updated in billing item and because of that billing item is not picking the condition records.
My copy controls from LF > F8 Header 009 and item 010 maintained.
Please give your valuable inputs to resolve this
    Regards

As I know there is no field for Route or for transportation in Invoice.
I suggest you to consider trying routine based pricing for the same.
    Also,for understanding refer following link:

  • Open Sales Order values not getting updated after run RVKRED77 & RVKRED88

    Hiiii,
In Production Server. We run the reports RVKRED77 & RVKRED88. Credit info structure and and Open Sales Order values not getting updated. In FD32, Status - Sales value it showing '0". At the time of creating Sales Order Dynamic Credit check not happening coz of Tables S066 not updating. Please provide me Solution.
    Best Regards,
    Sridhar . P

    Dear Heagal,
I followed your suggestions and implemented in the Development and moved the changes in to Quality Server. I tested it thoroughly by creating New Customer and maintained Credit Limit. I come to know that Problem is in all Servers. I made 3 changes.
    1. In Pricing Procedure Sub Total A it was not maintained against Net value. I placed it.
    2. Removed Credit groups for Delivery Type.
    3. In OVA8 i maintained Max. Doc Value :99,999,999.00 before it was with 1.00
I checked the OMO1 Settings it was Asynchronous. As SAP Notes Suggesting to use Synchronous but here it's a client setting. So, It's Can't possible to change. Changes will affect other Company Codes.
Tested both in DVP and QTY Dynamic Credit Check is working Perfectly and Status in FD33 Sales Value field getting update.
If i move these changes in to Production, Will i need to run the reports again or not? How it will affect on Old Cusomer Billing and  Credit Limit data. For few of the Customers the Credit Limit data it was exceeded. Please provide me advice. The issue need to be Solved immediately.

  • Conditions in Purchase Order - No scroll bar/Sales Tax value not in mmr

    Hello,
I am stuck in a weird problem where I have created a Condition Calculation Schema, assigned it to Schema group and assigned that schema to vendor, but when i open my condition in the PO, it does not give me scroll bar i.e. I have calculation Schema with around 10+ conditions, but when I try to put all the conditions in PO at one time, the scroll bar doesnot come up and without it, I cannot view all my conditions in the PO. Its saving the conditions though as seen in report, but cannot display it in PO without the scroll bar. Any ideas?
Another assignment is that sales tax value and % should not increase the mmr value at time of GR, but when I do GR its adding the sales tax value to mmr value, my requirement is just Gross price be added to mmr, not sales tax value/%. I tried the Statistical checks in Calculation Schema, but to no vail, at GR the sales tax value is being added to the mmr record. Any ideas?
Lots of points awarded for answer/answers.
    Any clue will help
    Thank you/Afshad

Q Another assignment is that sales tax value and % should not increase the mmr value at time of GR.
    Ans:
    Dear Afshad,
Reference to your question, you need to do few settings in your Condition Type and Pricing Schema, if you need Sales Tax value & % not to include in your Material value.
1 - In SPRO, Check that in your condition type, Control data 2 tab, Accruals check box should not be selected.
2 - In your Calculation Schema, against your condition types for Sales Tax % and Sales Tax Value, select the check box for Manual & Statistics.
3 - Also in your Calculation Schema, you should not select any account key in AccKey (Account Key) and in Accruals colomns.
If any one of these setting is not defined, the valuation price for your material will be increased due to the fact that your settings for Condition type and Calculation Schema is allowing the same to hit the value of your material directly.
    Hope it works for you.

  • Invoice corrections Sales order- New Pricing is not carried out

    Hi All,
waiting for some one to guide me in a right way...
I have Scenario where creating a invoice correction request with reference to Invoice document.New pricing is not carried in debit line item even though i changed the pricing date as current date for the line item
When i copied with the invoice document, 2 new line items are created with a same price conditions.
1st line item is a credit and 2nd line item is a debit item.
I need to do a price adjustment in debit line. So i maintained a new pricing record for the material to carry out the price.
To achieve this in customizing VTAF (billing to sales) I have  tried multiple options  as below in  2nd pricing type field as B,C,D,E and F
2nd Pricing type  - B Carry out new pricing
C     Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others
    D     Copy pricing elements unchanged
E     Adopt price components and fix values
F     Copy pricing elements, turn value and fix
But still the new pricing is not carried out.I tried to manually change the Pricing date in the line item level, still the new price is not updated in the order.
I have seen SAP Help in below link the Debit line can update with correct price point 3 in proces flow , check this below link for reference.
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/dd/55feeb545a11d1a7020000e829fd11/content.htm.
    Please help...
    Regards,
    Parthiban

    Hello Parthiban,
I feel you are aware of the effect/functionality of 2nd pricing type.
In the invoice correction request, two items are automatically created for each item in the invoice to be copied (which you did mention):
    - first item:   credit memo item
    - second item:  debit memo item
And for invoice correction request, a particular pricing type is needed for the second item.
So as per standard, you have to use pricing type 'E' for the credit memo item to guarantee that the item will not be changed.
And you should give a new pricing type to the debit memo item.
The system creates a credit or debit memo depending on whether a postive or negative difference is generated.
    So that means
Pricing type will effect ItemCat Proposal-G2N
and 2nd pricing type will effect 2ndItemCatProposal-L2N
Now, make changes in pricing type based on your business requirement.
I hope this will assist you in understanding.
    Thanks & Regards
    JP
