Print cheque using F-58 (CALL TRANSACTION)
Hi.
I'm creating a payment using call transaction (F-58). Because of call transaction de system is not creating de cheque. Anyone know how can i do it????
Tks!
Ricardo
Try creating a validation in AP for that transaction code and the amount. I am not sure, but you can test. I don't think there is any place in SAP where you can restrict the amount for a transaction.
Hope this helps.

Setting maximum amount to print cheque using transaction F-58
Dear SAP Colleagues
We have a requiement to set the maximum amount of $25M cheque to post and print when using transaction F-58. We have set all our payment terms to have this maximum amount. However the user can still use the transaction F-58 with mount exceng $25M.
Please advise if there is a setting in SAP where we can define the maximum amount for cheque to post and print using transacton F-58.

Printing Cheque using EPSON LX-300
Hi Everyone,
Could you please help me with this issue?!
I had implemented the Cheque process but when I am using EPSON LX-300 printer an error occurs. Some numbers and letters are showing up on the begining of the line. I think that this is because of printer configuration.
On the Spool transaction the cheque is nice.
Do you know how I can solve that?
Thanks

Using BAPI for calling transaction from NON-SAP system
hi all,
im new to BAPI , i m working in producton firm we r short of license of SAP, we have given few authourisations to our venders and we also have implemented HR portal and we r having shortage of license in that too. so my question is that can we use BAPI to reduce the use of SAP on vendors side and also for HR portal? like by using non-sap system on vendors side and for portal we can resolve the issue of licenses..???
if yes then i want to do it that will be good for my carrer point of view. plzz help me out and give me the simple solution on it. we can not afford to buy the licenses bcoz of financial issues..

Changes to sales order item not reflected if Call Transaction is used
I m updating another Sales Order item quantity and reason for rejection programmatically from another sales order.
The code is working fine and the quantity does get changed as well as the reason for rejection flag get set (if required). But if I go to the change log from the menu in VA02 for the order item which has been changed. It does not record the changes.
I have tried using both BDC call transaction method as well as BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE in neither case the change log for the order which has been changed reflects the programmatically made changes?

This is a typical problem with BDC for updating QUANTITY and CURRENCY fields.
You need to create a character variable of the same length as your quantity field. Move your quantity value to the newly created Character variable.
Now use this new char variable in the BDC.
This correction should solve your problem.
NOTE: BDC RECOGNIZES CHARACTER FIELDS ONLY.

How to create bdc for fbs1 using both call transaction and session
Hi Friends,
i have one problem with tcode FBS1, i need to create a bdc program for both call transaction and session method using subroutine.
first call transaction needs to execute if there is an error sesion has to execute. if u have code please forward.
thanks in advance.
chandramouli pothuguntawhere as in call transaction we can do error handling explictly.those errors are stored in one file .this file will send to the error log(session method),i.e session log.
in the above case we use both call transaction n session method at time in one program.sample code is below ,go through it .
data : begin of itxk01 occurs 0,
end of itxk01.
data : bdcdata like itbdcdata occurs 0 with header line.
data : itbdcmsgcoll like itbdcmsgcoll occurs 0 with header line,
itxk01 like itxk01-dup occurs 0 with header line.
call gui-upload.
loop at itxk01.
refresh itxk01.
perform bdc-dynpr0 using 'prg' 'scr'
perform bdc-dynfld using fnam fval
call transaction 'xk01' using bdcdata mode 'a' update 's' messages into itbdcmsgcoll.
if sy-subrc ne 0.
append itxk01 into itxk01-dup.
endif.
endloop.
if not itxk01-dup[] is initial.
refresh itck01.
call bdc_open_group
itxk01 = itxk01-dup.
loop at itxk01.
refresh itxk01.
perform bdc-dynpr0 using 'prg' 'scr'
perform bdc-dynfld using fnam fval
call bdc-insert.
endloop.
call bdc-close-group.

Message type in BDCMSGCOLL Structure in Call transaction using BDCDATA
Hi,
We are facing issue while capturing message in BDCMSGCOLL structure in Call transaction using bdcdata. The message which are like
Message 'Message Text' Type 'S' Display LIke 'E' .
This message is captured as Success on the Message structure instead of error & user are asking to update it as Error as it is looking like Error message to the end user.
Please provide resolution to the issue.
Regards,
KapilHi Venkat,
I am not doing any upload, i am just doing a replay of the transaction ME21 & in that there are many error message which encounter while creating a PO but when i have check the logic , they are basically a success message which are display like Error so when i have called ME21 transaction using below statement
call transaction ME21 using BDCDATA
into messages bdcmsgcoll.
I am getting the message as success only since the message are of type success but as they are display like E , so user want that in msgcoll structure these messages must be shown as Error.

Skip the selection screen using BDCTAB call transaction
Hi experts,
I am using BDCTAB for call transaction SWI1 I need to skip the selection screen. Can you please tell me how to skip the selection screen using BDC call transaction?
Thank you in advance.....hi,
the first step is to pass some values to the selection screen, at least Date From and Date To; otherwise, it´ll take a long time. The second step is to emulate the Execute button, which is done with '/08'.
PERFORM fields USING 'BDC_OKCODE' '/08'.
Third step is to catch the programme and screen number. -

The transaction you are dealing with is an SAP Enjoy transaction and for such transactions it is not recommended to do a BDC. YOu should search for a BAPI for the same as you have already identified. Basically the enjoy transactions uses GUI controls which cannot be handled by BDC.
BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_POST may serve your purpose.

CALL TRANSACTION VK13 AND SKIP FIRST SCREEN
Hi,
I'm using ALV report and i want to call the the Tcode VK13 from alv and skip the screens.
I have declared form user_command and calling from the "REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY".
The actual issue is how to select the radio button in the pop up window and also skip the next screen to go the condition records screen when calling tcode VK13 by passing parameters.
CALL TRANSACTION VK13 .
Help is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
KashHello,
As per the requirement I understood that you have to skip more than one screen in VK13 transaction.
For this purpose, write a BDC (Upto the screen you want ) and use it in a call transaction .
You have to do a partial BDC to the transaction VK13, providing all the data that is required to get to the screen you want and use the statement
Call transaction 'VA03' using it_bdcdata mode 'E'...
(IT_BDCDATA should have the information that is necessary to fill in the screens of VA03.)
Eg:
DATA: bdcdata_wa TYPE bdcdata,
bdcdata_tab TYPE TABLE OF bdcdata.
CLEAR bdcdata_wa.
bdcdata_wa-program = 'SAPLSEOD'. "Pass pgm name
bdcdata_wa-dynpro = '1000'. "Pass your screen you want to call
bdcdata_wa-dynbegin = 'X'.
APPEND bdcdata_wa TO bdcdata_tab.
CLEAR bdcdata_wa. "Optional
bdcdata_wa-fnam = 'BDC_CURSOR'. "Optional
bdcdata_wa-fval = 'SEOCLASS-CLSNAME'. "Optional
APPEND bdcdata_wa TO bdcdata_tab. "Optional
CALL TRANSACTION 'VK13' USING bdcdata_tab
MODE 'E'
UPDATE 'A'
MESSAGES INTO g_t_bdcmsgcoll.

Skip first screen when calling transaction via BDC
I need to use BDC to call transaction FD32 and suppress the first screen. Do I need to set BDC_OKCODE? However, when I set BDC_OKCODE to '/00', this error occured, "System error: Error in routine DYNPRO_ERSTES_BILD".
Here is my code:
CLEAR ls_bdcdata.
ls_bdcdata-program = 'SAPMF02C'.
ls_bdcdata-dynpro = '0100'.
ls_bdcdata-dynbegin = 'X'.
APPEND ls_bdcdata TO lt_bdcdata.
CLEAR ls_bdcdata.
ls_bdcdata-fnam = 'RF02L-KUNNR'.
ls_bdcdata-fval = gs_data-kunnr.
APPEND ls_bdcdata TO lt_bdcdata.
CLEAR ls_bdcdata.
ls_bdcdata-fnam = 'RF02L-KKBER'.
ls_bdcdata-fval = p_kkber.
APPEND ls_bdcdata TO lt_bdcdata.
CLEAR ls_bdcdata.
ls_bdcdata-fnam = 'RF02L-D0105'.
ls_bdcdata-fval = 'X'.
APPEND ls_bdcdata TO lt_bdcdata.
CLEAR ls_bdcdata.
ls_bdcdata-fnam = 'BDC_OKCODE'.
ls_bdcdata-fval = '/00'.
APPEND ls_bdcdata TO lt_bdcdata.
opt-dismode = 'E'.
opt-defsize = 'X'.
CALL TRANSACTION 'FD32' USING lt_bdcdata OPTIONS FROM opt.

ls_bdcdata-fnam = 'BDC_OKCODE'.
ls_bdcdata-fval = '/00'.
APPEND ls_bdcdata TO lt_bdcdata.

ls_bdcdata-fval = p_kkber.
APPEND ls_bdcdata TO lt_bdcdata.
CLEAR ls_bdcdata.

ls_bdcdata-fval = 'X'.
APPEND ls_bdcdata TO lt_bdcdata.
CALL TRANSACTION 'FD32' USING lt_bdcdata MODE 'E'.
