Print one page or Print current page

Hi
I have a form which grows in page numbers.
I want users to be able to print out one page (or print current page)
I have tried using the Print button that comes default with the software.
xfa.host.print(1, "7", (xfa.host.numPages -7).toString(), 0, 1, 0, 0, 0);
This works unless i add more instances of a field, which adds more pages to the form. This results in the wrong page being printed.
Is there a way that i can target one specific subform to be printed?
Or to print the current page using the Print button? without having to go to File - Print - current page?
This is how i've set the page i want to be printed.
form1.quotation.quotationNew
any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Hi,
if it is not too late, try this:
var nTemplatePage = 0; // this is the page as seen in the designer, before rendering.
var nRenderedPage = xfa.layout.page(xfa.form.participant_document.FlowPage.all.item(nTemplatePage));
nPageSpan = xfa.layout.pageSpan(xfa.form.participant_document.FlowPage.all.item(nTemplatePage));
nRenderedPage will be the new page number after rendering.
nPageSpan will be the number of pages the nTemplatePage spans to.
then, just put the nRenderedPage into your print as the two page parameters.
I have this code in a button on the pdf that I use for printing.
hope that helps,
John

  • What is the issue? When printing a 30x42 drawing PDF with 5 pages. The first drawing prints properly, but none of th eothers do. IF I print each separately, by selecting "current page" they print fine. Oh this is for Acrobat XI Standard.

RE Acrobat XI Standard. When printing a 30x42 Drawing PDF with more than 1 page only the first page prints properly the rest are not the proper size or centered. Did I miss a setting? For now I can work around it by printing each page using the "Current Page" setting, but this delays me when there is more than 20 pages etc..

  • "Reload current page/Stop loading current page" seems to be missing from Navigation Bar customization. How do I get it back?

I am loading Firefox on a new computer, and I can't find the Navigation Bar button for "Reload current page/Stop loading current page". Is there any way to get it back as a choice under Navigation Bar customization or to create a new function? CTRL-R used to work for this function, but I'd like to have the button on the Navigation Bar.

View Page Source has been moved to the "Web Developer" sub-menu. You can use any of the following to View Page Source:
    *CTRL+U
*Right-click a blank area of the page and choose "View Page Source"
*Firefox button > Web Developer > View Page Source
*Using the Menu Bar: Tools > Web Developer > Page Source
*ALT+T+W, release ALT key, letter O key

  • LaserJet 200 color MFP printer - one laptop can print while the other laptop at home can't.

My boyfriend and I set up the LaserJet 200 color MFP printer at home and installed the software on both our laptops.  I have a Dell Inspiron 700m and he's got the Lenovo T400.  I have been able to print any time from my laptop, but my boyfriend has only been able to print one document and after that there is a printer error and is not able to print nor troubleshoot.  I uninstalled and re-installed the software one more time, and again, he was only able to print one document and after that, printer error again (does not specify error).  Meanwhile, I continue to be able to print without a problem.  Anything I may be overlooking? Any help will be appreciated.

    What OS are you using?
Which of the LaserJet 200 series printers do you have? There are several in that series and I want to make sure I'm helping with the right one.
How is the printer connected to the computers?

  • Content viewer: content from other pages appearing on current page

I just upgraded to the V19 tools, but now I seem to have a problem. Sometimes (often in fact) when navigating a folio in ACV, design elements (containers, overlays etc) from the next page appear on the current page. So, for example, if I am on page 10, an overlay from page 11 will appear on page 10, overwriting what was originally on page 10. Archiving the entire folio and then re-downloading it clears it. But - once I update an article, the same thing happens again. I just came up from V18 tools, where this didn't happen. The super-overlay technique is not being used at all. Thanks M

Yeah, I moved some of the pages to horizontal scrolling only, and the problems began. Has this been cured with the V20 tools? It’s very disruptive to the workflow as every time I change something and update an article I have to delete the whole issue and reload, currently around 100MB. Does anyone know of any fixes or workarounds?
    Thanks M

  • Can not print one side hp8600 printer

my printer hp 8600 pro is set for duplex printing.  I want to change it to one sided printer.  How do I do this

    Hi bubbiemarilyn,
Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you would like to print one-side documents using your Officejet Pro 8600.
The print settings are controlled by the software that you are using to send the print job, for example Microsoft Word, TextEditor, Notepad, or LibreOffice Calc, etc.  When you choose to print, you should have the option to print one-sided only.

  • Convert older Pages docs to current Pages?

I have older Pages documents on my Mac and when I try to open them, it says "Too old. Save with Pages '09 and try again."
Well, I don't have Pages '09, just the one that came with this MacBook Air (version 5.2)...
Is there any way to upgrade the old Pages docs so they will work with the current version?
    Thanks,
    Glyn

Since I didn't have Pages 08 on this computer, that did not work. But I did go and download a Trial Version of iWork/Pages here: http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Business/Apple-iWork-06.shtml    which was good for 30 days. Opened the Docs, saved them in 09 format and now my up to date Pages can open them.

  • HttpServletRequest - previous page from which current page is requested

When a servlet is invoked, I want to know from which page of the browser this servlet is invoked.
    in other words...
Is it possible to find out (from the HttpServletRequest object) which is the previous page of the browser from which the servlet request has come in?
    Thanks

One solution is to add the referer as a parameter to the requested URL. This will only work if you have control over the referring page, or in other words: if you link to your servlet from one of your own pages. In that case, you could for example use a hidden field, or just append the referer to the URL: http://jump.here/my/servlet/?myReferer=<this-is-my-referer-url>. This way, you could get the referring URL by requesting
request.getParameter("myReferer")However, you may as well use the HTTP header called "referer":
request.getHeader("referer")See http://www.w3.org/Protocols/HTTP/HTRQ_Headers.html#z14. In this case, you rely on the client (browser) to send the referer header along with the request, as this is an optional header field. The latter solution will be a good one in many cases.

  • Cannot Print "current page" or "page range" in Compatibilty Mode in Word 2010

We are upgrading to Word 2010 from Word XP
All old documents open in Compatibility Mode
None can print a page range or current page, the whole document prints instead
I have tried to "Convert" to the 2010 format to no avail.
This does not happen on Documents created in 2010.
The only workaround I have found is to Copy the entire document into a New Word 2010 Document.
Is there a fix for this? Is anyone else having the same problem?  It is not the same as the section problem I have seen all over these forums.
    Thanks

  • How to get Report Builder to print a section on the same page

I have a section of my report that is three bands. A header
band, the detail band, and a total line band. Sometimes this
section will get split up and print part on the next page. So
basically I need for this section to print on the same page. I know
that I could insert a page break right above the header, but this
will make my report way longer than it needs to be. I have also
unchecked "split allowed" for that band also but that didn't make a
difference. Is there some way to group three bands together so that
if it is two big to print the section on the current page then
print the whole section on the next page. It is driving our
accounting lady nuts because when she likes to verify that the
totals are coming out right and sometimes she has to flip over to
the next page to continue calculating.

you need to create a multi-instrument in the environment next to your audio-instrument,then push a cable from there to your audio-instrument.in the arrange window your multi-instrument will appear in the window where you select the track-type next to the audio tracks, audio-busses etc. these midi tracks now trigger your vsti on the selected midi channel.you have to record your midi now on these tracks and not on the audio-instrument track, because there you only trigger its own channel. i hope i explained it well but i think you have understood what i ment.

  • Print one button in LR2 (what are the assumptions)

What exactly does this button do and with what assumptions?
I'm assuming what it does is:
No matter how many photos you uhave selected, or how many copies you may have printed last.
It prints one copy of the currently displayed photo with the last print settings.
Can someone confirm/clarify the exact funciton of this button? I can't find it listed anywhere.

Also would it be possible to copy my current apps, data etc to the new drive? I.e. have a mirror image of my current laptop onto the new drive?
Whatever drive you choose to replace with, you need a magnetic 00 micro philips screwdriver to open the case and a container for each of the screws to place in their own sections in order so you return the right screws to each hole. (also a green or dark mat to catch and see any fallen tiny screws)

Before you do surgery, you use the free Carbon Copy Cloner to clone your entire boot drive (doesn't do Bootcamp) to a blank, HFS+ journaled formatted drive (equal or larger than the boot drive)
    http://www.bombich.com/
Hold option and boot from the clone, check it out and Disk Utility > repair permissions on both drives. Disconnect.
    Do your drive surgery.
Hold option and boot from the clone, use Disk Utility to Erase with Zero the new drive, format HFS+ and then use CCC to reverse clone. Repair permissions on both again.
Reboot and your Mac should be just like it was, only with a larger hard drive.
    Piece of cake.

  • Want Firfox to ctrl+n to open with the current page.

When opening a new tab with ctrl+n older versions gave a choice as to what page was loaded. I think the options were: 1) blank page (as current Firefox does), 2) home page, and (3) current page. The current page option is the one I want, but can not find a setting for.
It is very useful when you want to follow a link on your current page, but retain the "back" function on the original tab.

Up to about a month ago, I never had any problems setting my Home Page to Using Current Pages. Then, all of a sudden, I am unable to make any changes to my Home Page no matter what I change the settings to. I work for the US Forest Service and I don't know if some program was loaded that prohibits any changes from being made. Any help would be most appreciated.

To be very much generalized how I can set and save any value to current page property programmatically....on load event I need to set the value.
It is a publishing page layout.

  • Imposed books only print one copy

    Greetings,
I have upgraded to CS5 and Quite Imposing software. Quite Imposing is quite nice and CS5 is great to work with.
I have one last hurdle : Imposed books only print one book copy on 8.5 x 15, 28 duplexed sheets in this cvase. After the first book is complete, the red attention light on the HP 4200 Duplex starts flashing, the message is "Tray one must be loaded with standard letter 8.5 x 11 inch paper."
The problem is that I print duplex on 8.5 x 14 paper.
I have tried every selection I can find but can't make 8.5 x 14 be the default size now that I've upgraded.
How do I instruct the printer to stay with 8.5 x 14 after its printed the first one at that size?
    Thanks,
    Garrett

    Peter !
I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one with this problem.
Now it has occurred differently :
One sheet letter size .indd > export to .pdf > printed one copy then printer started blinking and asked to change drawers, this time the paper size change requested was from letter to legal, rather than visa versa .
I then pushed the green check button on the printer and it asked if I wished to return to drawer 2 letter size, I pushed green check and it resumed printing.
Thanks for your time, I am attempting to help so I can be proud of myself,
    Garrett
