Print Tax amt & split values in PO print preview

Dear ABAP GURUS,
my reqmt. is to print TAX AMOUNT along with split values like <b>Excise duty, ECess, VAT</b>, and others.
Kindly help me in accomplishing it.

first u have to get the Vlaues in the driver progra,
how to get ?
first find out how u are capturing in the Ecess and VAT , if u maintaining the Std.SAP settings check u can get it from based on the settings of TAX code.
check my prev.posting on the same issue.

Pleaz Help me.Printing - Columns gets splitted when I use Print Mode Normal

Hi,
I have got a problem with printing the JTable.I am using Printmode Normal.The Table has got 30 columns.When I print them the last column in each page gets splitted.How do I stop this.I dont want to split the column.If the column doesnt have enough space it should move to the new page.It shouldnt split the colum.
Any Ideas how to do it?

Sorry I made a mistake. When I scale the JTable the columns gets splitted.I dont scale the table the columns are fitted correctly to the sheet. If I print the table without scaling the table font becomes bigger.(The Table font is not same as the one displaying on the screen.).So I have to scale the Table.
Is there any solution to scale the table without splitting the columns.(or printing the JTable in the same size of that displayed on the screen).

Excise Values to be printed in PO.

Hi Gurus..
I want all my excise values and VAT amount to be printed in my purchase order.
I heard that "Print" indicator in TAXINN procedure is not working.
What could be the way to fetch all my excise and VAT values in to my PO.
Also i want to change the layout of my MEDRUCK form as my clients current form is Landscape with all the excise condition types printed in the header.
Shall i go ahead in developing the form same like that...
As in medruck its portrait and upon printing all these excise values one below another will take a long printing for each line item.

Values not getting printed in the Output

Hi all,
Iam facing strange problem.
In the debug mode iam seeing the values for all variables ( Variable windows) but after printing no value is getting printed. MAIN window is there but no element is being called from the MAIN window.
Can anyone help me in this regard.

check that in print program you have created the element same as using in main program , also declare temporary variables inside loop at table so that **** sign doesnt gets printed ..

Safari and Turbotax Online CAN'T PRINT TAX RETURN

I'm using:
Mac OS 10.4.3
Safari 2.0
and online Turbotax, and when went to try printing tax return, it says it's a .pdf file type, and it pops up a window showing PREVIEW AND PRINT, but no print button. It says "if having problems and won't download go to adobe site for help". I tried the site and Safari's file/print, and "save as" and it only shows the first page of tax return. Details: on the website page to print, there is a window inside the window showing whole tax return in inner window with scroll bars to right. But whatever is showing when not scrolling thru, and try to hit file/print from Safari top menu, is what shows on printout...ie: only ONE page of whatever's in the innermost window. The turbotax persons are NO help, so tho't I'd try this wonderful MAC HELP site to see if anyone else has any suggestions. The adobe site said the following, all of which I tried and nothing worked:
-deinstall/reinstall adobe reader
-remove pdf plugin (sys prefs/quicktime/advanced/MIME settings/images/choose down arrow and UNCHECK "pdf image")
..the tho't here was to be able to make webpage download to desktop, which it never has yet, even with all turned off and even during the time I uninstalled adobe and all related files.
..so far the only thing I can come up with (which I don't like as a Mac-addict)is go to work and use a PC(ugh)to download my copy of my tax return.

After a long search I FOUND THE ANSWER to being able to see this PDF file in the ONLINE Turbotax site to be able to PRINT my tax return. Here is HELP for anyone else who has this problem. NOTE: This is for Mac OS 10.3 or Later. I'm also using Safari 2.0, so not sure if other's using earlier vs will work- read the README file below re this different PDF plugin.
------------HOWTO:
Turbotax not PRINT - PDF files inside web browser not show up
(Not in Safari nor Firefox, nor Netscape) ..how to fix: (For Mac 10.3 or later)
1) Go to this website:

and under "PluginDoc" click on "MacOS X"
2)Under "Mozilla Plugin Support on MacOS X" click on "Adobe Reader"
3)The above says to delete the Adobe Reader plugin. It may be found in a couple of places, so the best way to find is when on desktop and the FINDER is showing in top menu, do a FILE/FIND and type in to SEARCH for AdobePDFViewer.plugin then DELETE it.
4)go to the following page and download the following plugin which works for Netscape or Safari:

On the above page on the upper right you see the link to DOWNLOAD NOW- the download is called:
"PDF Browser Plugin 2.2.3"
5)IMPORTANT: the README file found after clicking on the download("pdf-plugin-223.dmg") to install, tells some important info as follows:
If Adobe Reader 7 or the QuickTime plug-in are set to handle PDF documents, they will override the PDF Browser Plugin. Turn off the display of PDF documents by these applications.
Adobe Reader 7:
Open the Adobe Reader 7 preferences with the command Adobe Reader->Preferences, select the "Internet" section of the preferences dialog, and turn off(by unchecking box) "Display PDF in browser using: Adobe Reader 7".
QuickTime:
With the QuickTime plug-in you are only able to see the first page of a PDF document. If you encounter this problem, open System Preferences, go to the QuickTime preferences pane, click in "MIME settings…" in the Plug-In pane, and make sure that under "Images - Still image files" "PDF Image" is turned off (by unchecking box next to it).
--Continue to follow the INSTALLATION in the README file for this "PDF Browser Plugin."
6)After following the above directions, I closed and reopened my browser and went to the page to print my tax return, and a window for this new plugin opened which asked to either register, or choose SINGLE USE ONLY, as it's free for this purpose, so check near that box, then this GREAT PDF VIEWER opened inside safari and I clicked on it's new print button (the PFD viewer icon)and it PRINTED WHOLE TAX RETURN! HORRAH! Hope this helps someone else!

Error printing Check - "Missing Parameter Values. Error During Printing"

Dear friends,
Our client is in SAP B1 8.81 Pl07 and is facing an error while printing checks designed in Crystal Reports. As soon as they click on "Print" button, we are getting an error "Missing Parameter Values. Error During Printing".
We have checked the Crystal Reports and all the parameters are given.
Can anyone help me regarding this?

When you print on add any stock transactions document, with Crystal report layout, you receive error message:'Missing parameter values' and then 'Error during the printing; ensure all parameters are defined'
Step by Step scenario:
1.Go to Administration / System Initialization / Print preferences and select the tab per document.
2.Select the document stock transfer and tick the box print document when adding document and click on update.
3.Go to stock management / stock transactions / stock transfer
set the Crystal report template as default.
Note:
- The issue is reproduced also for Goods Receipt and Good Issue.
- The issue is reporduced with any Crystal Report Template for the     above documents.

Printing Tax breaikup

I am Printing Purchase order through crystal reports in pre-formatted stationary. When I print single PO, it is printing perfectly but when I give selection criteria for mass printing i.e., printitng continously , tax breakup details are grouped together for all the po and printed on every page. But I need to print tax breakup for every PO record. I used sub reports for tax breakup and printed the subreport in group footer of Main report(grouped by PO DocEntry) and I am printing each PO in seperate page. How to print corresponding Tax breakup for each PO .

USB Printing - client-error-request-value-too-long

A little while back, my iSight suddenly stopped working and so I did a full format and reinstall to 'fix' the problem. The problem wasn't 'fixed' through this action. Instead, I had to disconnect power and let the computer sit there for a bit and think about what it had done (naughty iMac). Anyway... Another USB-related problem just popped up - this time with my printer.
The printer is a Canon IP4000 and I just installed the latest drivers to try to fix this error. The first error was something about not being able to write to the device. I thought that was stupid and would probably be fixed by deleting the printer and then reinstalling it. I have so far 'uninstalled' the printer (more or less just removed it from the printers list in the printer utility) and now I can't re-add it to the list to install it. The error reads as follows:
An error occurred while trying to add the selected printer.
client-error-request-value-too-long
I have tried Google but I just don't have the time to sort through all kinds of explainations on how CUPS works on Linux (apparently, this error is related to CUPS in some way). I also tried searching the forum for the error message but found nothing. So here I am again asking for some help from those who might have seen this problem before.
This is on a fresh install and I have tried it on newly created users to no avail.

I've recently had this error which came up because the spool folder was missing. In the terminal:
sudo mkdir /private/var/spool
sudo mkdir /private/var/spool/cups
puts the proper folders in their place. Repair permissions afterwards.
Through the cups web interface, the error is "Request entity too large"
Panther has the same folders, but a different error comes up.
The above cups folder has different permissions than the default. Probably the same for Tiger and Panther but just to be safe, repair permissions.

I've using the already existing SQL Views in Microsoft Service Manager to do some basic reporting about my tickets.There is no closed date in the activity tickets so I decided to print out the lastmodified timestamp when the status is "closed".
That's my query:

Unfortunatelly I'm not getting the value from dbo.DisplayStringView.LastModified. SQL outputs that it is not possible to convert the string to date/time.
I think there is a problem with the CASE statement in combination with a value select.
Any ideas how to print out a column value only if another column has a specific value?

I think it is the other way if you want the missing date shown as a string.

You should be able to edit the PO smartform (into your own Z form) to include the information you want and implement BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF to use your custom smartform.

How to dynamically set Min count and Max Count values in Adobe Print Form?

How to set the Min Count and Max Count values dynamically in a Print Form?
The values when set should over ride the values set in Binding Tab.
This is all needed to print multiple Material Number labels on a single page - and the number of labels to be printed needs to be under user control - something like an Avery Address labels

Here is a work around that works for me and may not be an intelligent solution .
I kept the Min Count to 1 on the subform binding properties.
Per the number of labels required, I appended the same item to the internal table so many times and passed it to the label.
it works fine for my requirement.
However - leaving out the post for a while to see if this can be done at the form level via scripting.

Forcing default values int "Standard" printer preset

I have a printer that uses a PDE (printing dialog extension) plug-in. Having the correct values in the fields in the plug-in are required for getting a job to successfully print.
I can easily create a printer preset with the correct value filled in and this works for most applications, however it does not work for applications that do not utilize the standard printing model.
These applications always select the "Standard" preset. I cannot seem to edit the correct plist or edit the plist correctly to force values into the "Standard"" preset.
I have tried editing "~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.print.custompresets.plist" with dictionary of "Standard" which did not work.
What is the proper keyname to use to set values in the "Standard" preset

How to print frame with no values?

Using Reports 6 (Developer 10g). In data model, I have a parent and child table connected through data link. In layout model, the child record is inside repeating frame. When child record is missing, nothing gets displayed in that frame. I still need labels to display, even though there are no values for the fields. How do I do that? Thank you.

Your report is group report. And there is main group repeating frame and inside that main group repeating frame there should be two frames. one for labels and one will be repeating that will be retrieving data for child group. So, now when your group frame will return record and suppose there is no record in child repeating frame then sure repeating frame will not print. But the label frame should print which is inside that main group repeating frame. Because this label frame don't have any link with that child repeating frame. Or it your report does not seems like this. Then make it like this and then try.
