Printing puzzle

Question

Hi, I'm kinda new to this stuff... i wanna print a puzzle ... here is the code... basically it prints all the lines beside the first line (top line) ... is there any way of printing the top line without creating a new method, which has to draw this line, separately.

i've sorted it ; i've added the code below and it works :P
for (int i = 0; i < rows; i++) {
            System.out.print(".----");
        System.out.println(".");
