Printing Time Statement in Smarforms DUPPLEX

Hello experts,
I have a little problem with our Time Statement in SmartForms. We want to print it in dupplex mode.
But the problem ist that smartforms shoul recognize if the Pernr is different to the prievious pernr and print the actual pernr on a new side. I will give you an example for better understand what I exactly mean.

Hi,
You can print the smartform in loop and check pernr, i mean for each new pernr a new spool is generated.
I hope by this way you can acheive what you want.

Form class TEDT can only be displayed with this editor.
What am I doing wrong? Do I have to create a customer form class and assign a customer time statement form?

How to Dynamically Select the Data File for a Report at Print Time

How do you configure a Crystal report to ask for the file to be reported on as the report is being printed, and allow the user to browse to the file?
The environment is Crystal Reports XI, SP3, with ODBC connection to Sage Timberline Office data version 9.7. The client names their Payroll unposted time file each pay period, and also needs to report on their posted data file, depending on the time period for the report. The client will need to select both the date range and the file name.
I have created a SQL statement in Add Command in Database Expert, which prompts for a file name, but it does not let you browse to select a file on the computer.
Therefore, in the prompts when they print the report, the parameter offers the user a default file name similar to the name they currently use, so they only have to change the payroll period end date in the supplied file name to run the report successfully.
The client is concerned that sometimes a user will name their data file differently, and not know how to input the file name into the Crystal report prompt at print time.
My research on dynamic prompts showed you can link to fields inside the data record, but I did not see a way to dynamically link to select the actual files used in the report.
Another question is that the naming convention used by the SQL query is different than the basic Windows file name, but I think I can handle that issue.
The actual file name is typically similar to:
04-10-11 BP NEW.PRT
However, in the SQL query, the record ID looks like:

Sorry you'll have to contact Sage on how to do this. We can help you once you get connected but we can't help you get around their connection methods.
There is no Preview Set Database Connection method you can use in CR Designer. The Designer assumes you select it first or use the Set Location option before previewing or refreshing the data.
If you are doing this in the Sage program itself we can't help you, you'll have to contact Sage for assistance.
Sage is an OEM Partner they are responsible for supporting their product and CR. If they have issues help you then they will contact us directly for assistance.

I can't print my statements from banking websites - the option to print (drop down file menu) from the website is greyed out

I do my banking online, and have previously been able to print my statements off the website. Since the last update, although the page shows in the browser as normal, the option to print from the drop-down file menu is greyed out and I cannot print anything, even if I try and select a portion. It is not a problem with the website as I can print without a problem in another browser program. This problem has now persisted for quite a while with no resolution over time. How do I get Firefox to allow print from a secure website (I assume that is the problem?) It occurs with more than one secure site (two different banks)

I have the same problem... not being able to print website 'Print' pages. I have read carefully the above link and have followed the reset directions in about:config, but I still cannot print in Firefox. Both Google Chrome and IE work perfectly every time. I have verified that the correct printer is selected and that the margins are in order (0.5 all around happen to be what mine are set for). I have resorted to use the Firefox Add On "View this Page in IE" whenever I need to print something. Works like a charm, but come on... it should work in Firefox too! I know there is some setting or something, but the Problems_printing_web_pages link had nothing there that worked for me.

I need to modify a time statement form (ZF00 copied from TF00) in PE50. I need that in my time statement form certain PDC terminal IDs doesnt appear. That is,in my form I have to restrict the value range of the fields (BTER and ETER). The problem is that I can´t to introduce a condition in the field FIELDNAME2. SAP´s help says:
"In the 'FE' block, you only want to print the messages with error number '11'. To do so, specify the pseudo field '-LINE-' as the printing field with 0 as the length. This type of error is indicated using '^'. Choose 'ERROR EQ 11' as condition. This means that, in the case of database records with a different error number, the whole record/the whole line is not printed."
But I don´t know how to do it,can anybodu help me ??....

ESS Time Statement Report not Active?

I am running ERP2004 ESS with IDES. I think were on SP9. I have adobe document services installed and its working ok with other reports, however when I try to run the Time Statement report I get an error "Print program not activated for form SAP_TIM_99_0001".
I tried going into transaction HRFORMS to active it, but it says there is an error in the code, some variable is not declared. The code is out of the box and can't be changed so I'm thinking these could be the possible problems:
     1. The SAP_TIM_99_0001 form delivered in the SP has errors and I need to apply a new SP level.
     2. I am not trying to active the program right. (Currently I am going into HRFORMS, selecting the report, then activating it)
     3. There needs to be some configue done that will help this compile right.
Please let me know if you have any insight to this problem and if you have it working yourself.

I'm working with ERP2005 ECC 6.0 Portal: 2004s SP7
When I try to open the Time Statement in the workset Working Time I receive the same error message, but in this case, say that the Form SAP_TimeSlip is missing.
I went to that transaction you mencioned and the Form is already Activated.
Can you help me with this issue?

Duplicate page on hrforms time statement

Hi all,
I have created a Time Statement within HR Forms (using Smartforms) by copying the SAP provided form. But when I execute the form from within ESS I get an extra, duplicate page on the front. It contains the headings and sections with no data. The second page appears correct and contains the data for the employee.
To insure I had not introduced a problem, I copied the delivered form again and only changed minimal config in order to print something. I get the same result.
Has anyone had this problem and what did you do?

Yes, by using a different SAP delivered form to start with. As Barin said above, use the forms ending with 001 or 002. The form I cloned was never meant to be published and contained errors.

Time Statement / Time format AM/PM

That should work but it's FormCalc date notation not JavaScript.
Though I was just playing around with it and it looks like time and date are separate in FormCalc - unless someone knows different?
I tried the following and it worked:
$ = Concat(num2date(date(), "EEEE, MM/DD/YYYY"), Space(1), num2time(time(), "h:MM A"))
Message was edited: Removed some extra brackets that weren't needed in the script.

PT61 - send Report Time Statement via email

I have a question about Time Statement Report.
Is there any change for send this report from PT61 to each person via email or is the only solution to create own report?

Hello Mirko;
As far as I know there is no standard functionality for that.
But you can read the results from cluster B2 and print it on smartform. And you can send this smartform via mail.
Of course it will be a development and you will need assistance of an abaper.

Print-time charting with shared variables on a report without groups...

hello all,
I have an interesting conundrum; I am working on a report (Crystal XI) with no groups to it, just several subreports. Presently the report is run weekly and sent to the manager of one of our departments.
The report itself showcases all areas of the department with total tasks, longest outstanding task, average days outstanding, MTD tasks completed, and YTD tasks completed. Due to the variety of tables the data pulls from, I have it set up as subreports that simply display the data.
All total, there are 20 different shared variables that have been obtained from 10 different subreports. I have the shared variables set as the running totals from the subreports (hence, all are print time). Since the running totals and all the subreports are time based and are not actually linked to ANYTHING on the main report, I am struggling with how to set up the formulas described in the white paper, "Charting on Print Time Formulas".
The setting up of the two formulas ({@onchngof} and {@showval}) will be different for my situation, as all of the subreports run off of date information relative to when the report is ran. I've got all of the subreports that the shared variables originate in early in the report; but where to from here?
Would I set up maybe a date grouping or some other non-essential consistent grouping to make it work? The way this report is, it really doesn't need grouping, because the main report is just a display agent for the subreports...
As always, any help is greatly appreciated!

Let me ask couple of questions before trying to resolve this.
1. The chart you are trying to built is placed in which section and is it on Main report or sub-report of its own. This is needed because if you are trying to access shared variables values in Main report, the section should be below the sub-report placed sections.
2. Try pacing few test formulas in Main report and make sure the correct values are being pulled in on Main report.
If you are successfully pulling the variable values on the report, try creating a simple chart in report footer with the values you have pulled and see if its taking you somewhere...
Would need more information on how those variables are being accessed form sub to main or sub to other sub for example are you making an array of those variables and splitting or bringing it in as separate...

u can use End-of-Page event to print write statement at ever end of the page.
for Ex:
Report ztest line-count 8(3).
start-of selection.
loop at itab...
write:/ .........
endloop.
end-of-page.
write:/ "end of page'.
revert back if any issues.

Soution: Delete the printer and add the same printer back in, therefore creating a new print queue.

Unable to access the Time Statements in ESS Portal

The user is getting a critical error(com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException) when trying to access his time statements from ESS portal. The user recently moved to a different country and trying to access statement there. Are there any country specific paramaters that are needed to be changed or set when a employee is reallocated?
Please help me.

We are also facing similar kind of issue.
When i select type of leave as annual it is giving an error message as
" Parameter missing in call of method BUILD_ACTOR_SELECT_CLAUSE in class CA_PT_REQ_ACTOR "
But when i select some other leave type and click review it is working fine, again if i click on previous step and change the leave type to annual it is working fine without giving any error message.
