Problem creating a web service PROXY from a wsdl file/URL

Hi,
I am experiencing problems when I want to import a WSDL file for creating a proxy object.
When I import the WSDL file from URL I get an error like this: <b>404   Not Found
The requested resource does not exist.</b>
Then, I  try to create it from a file, but I get other error:
<b>Document not found (path o:\BCS.WSDL, error code 7</b>
The error code 7 indicates <b>unknown error</b>
Any help?.
thanks in advance.
Eduardo.

Hi,
I've done the same from other ECC6.0 System and everything was working perfetly, why all this can happen?
I've ckecked the activation of the proxy objects, traces, etc... and it's the same in both systems, what more should i check?
Thanks in adavance.

  • Errors creating a Web Service Proxy using Microsoft WSDL.exe tool

    I have deployed a BPEL process using JDeveloper. This process can be invoked from the BPEL console and completes as expected. I am trying to create a Web Service Proxy using the Microsoft WSDL.exe tool so that the process can be invoked from a Microsoft Word document. This process is based on the AutoLoan example in the Developer's Guide for Microsoft Office Interoperability B25781-01.
    WSDL.exe returns the following error message
    Error: There was an error processing 'http://erp.template.co.uk:8889/orabpel/default/HonorariumSmartDoc/1.0/HonorariumSmartDoc?wsdl'.
    - The document at the url http://erp.template.co.uk:8889/orabpel/default/HonorariumSmartDoc/1.0/HonorariumSmartDoc?wsdl was not recognized as a known document type. The error message from each known type may help you fix the problem:
    - Report from 'WSDL Document' is 'There is an error in XML document (19, 7).'.
    - A schema with the namespace '' has already been added.
    - Report from 'DISCO Document' is 'Discovery document at the URL http://erp.template.co.uk:8889/orabpel/default/HonorariumSmartDoc/1.0/HonorariumSmartDoc?wsdl could not be found.'.
    - The document format is not recognized.
    - Report from 'XML Schema' is 'Expected Schema root. Make sure that the root element is <schema> and the namespace is 'http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema' for an XSD schema or 'urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-data' for an XDR schema. An error occurred at , (2, 2).'.
    How do I resolve this error?

    The WSDL file is below.

  • Error creating a web service client from th WSDL document (soamanager)

    Hello everyone,
    we have generate with the wizard a web-service using the function module BAPI_CONTROL_RECIPE_GET_LIST. Then we have generated with SOAMANAGER the end point. As test, we have used a web-service explorer of Eclispe and we can retrieve without problems the data.
    Then we wanted to generate the web-servcie client with Eclipse Galileo (3.5.0) wiith the server GlassFish v2.1 Java EE 5 we first installed the WSIT jars, in order to support WS-RM protocol

    If needed, or if someone would be nice enough to try to generate it on its side, I can post here the whole wsdl document, but due to its length, I first wait your comments.

  • Creating Web Service Proxy From WSDL - Error SPRX046

    We are attempting to create some Web Service proxy objects from some WSDL files. Some of the WSDL files contain message definitions with multiple parts such as
    <i><wsdl:message name="GetNewSubmissionsResponse">
          <wsdl:part element="impl:Count" name="Count"/>
          <wsdl:part element="impl:MoreAvailable"       name="MoreAvailable"/>
          <wsdl:part element="impl:IRSData" name="IRSData"/>
          <wsdl:part element="impl:StateSubmissions" name="StateSubmissions"/>
       </wsdl:message></i>
    This always generates the error message <b>SPRX046 - "
    Msg Proxy generation terminated: Message must have exactly one part".</b>
    Is this just a limitation with SAP Web AS? Has anyone dealt with this before? These WSDLs work in other environments (AXIS Java, XML Spy etc).
    Thanks

    It seems ABAP proxy only supports Document-Literal style WSDL. Document-literal style is supported by most Web services platforms, and is supposed to be most interoperable.
    Per WS-I Basic Profile 1.0 (see [1])which provides interoperability guidance of using WSDL1.1, when the message part is defined using the @element attribute, the message can only be bound to so-called "document-Literal" style which in turn requires that the message contains only one part.The WSDL you provided violated the document-literal rules.
    Have you tried to change the message definition a bit so it's BP conformant? Try defining a complex type for the subelements, then define an wrapper element to use that complex type, and finally let the message part to refer to the wrapper element. Something like,
    <wsdl:message name="GetNewSubmissionsResponse">
    <wsdl:part element="impl:GetNewSubmissionsResponseWrapper" name="myResponse"/>
    </wsdl:message>

  • Problem creating J2ME web service client

    Hi,
    I am using netbeans (5 and 5.5 beta 2). I have created a web service which works fine. I also created a regular web service client as a standalone application which also works fine and connects to my web service with no problem.
    BUT, when I want to create a J2ME web service client (under a J2ME application) I have to locate my WSDL file. but the wizard shows me the error "WSDL file does not contain port information".
    By looking at the WSDL file I can see that port is created - or maybe I'm wrong.
    piece from WSDL file:
    <service name="myServiceName">
    <port name="myServiceSPort" binding="tns:TranslatorWSPortBinding">
    <soap:address location="myURLLocation"/>
    </port>
    </service>
    Please note that I have replaced the actual values in above piece
    I tried to use wsgen manually but it didn't help.
    Can anyone help me in generating the correct WSDL format as J2ME web service client expects?
    Thanks a lot,
    S.

    well stubs are generated separately using WTK 2.5 stub generator but the problem is with the WSDL at this point.

Secondly, WHy are you using such an OLD version oft he product. You would be better off installing 3.2.1 (latest released build) and asking your questions after you do that..

    In Jdeveloper 10133:
    + copy orawsv wsdl (http://server:port/orawsv?wsdl) in local file
    + create a proxy web service form the local wsdl (from the wizard)
    + implement the client (http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/11gr1_db/datamgmt/xmldb2_b/xmldb2_b.htm)
    ==> OK

    + copy orawsv wsdl (http://server:port/orawsv?wsdl) in local file

    I'm working on getting a proxy web service working in 11g and the contents of this thread is close to answering my question.
    The web service proxy is accessing a service that requires a SOAP Security header.
    In looking at the previous post, I thought that by using the BindingProvider API I could add the security settings. But when I invoke the proxy I consistently get the following error response from the (PeopleSoft) web service: "com.sun.xml.ws.client.ClientTransportException: request requires HTTP authentication: Unauthorized'
    In contrast to that error, when I use JDeveloper's HTTP Analyzer, I get a successful response from the web service. Below is what the raw HTTP looks like:
    POST https://isiswebdev.services.wisc.edu:7002/PSIGW/PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector HTTP/1.1
    Content-Type: text/xml; charset=UTF-8
    Host: isiswebdev.services.wisc.edu:7002
    SOAPAction: "CI_U_FA_CSA_STDTA_CI_G.V2"
    Content-Length: 548
    X-HTTPAnalyzer-Rules: 1
    <env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ns1="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd" xmlns:ns2="http://xmlns.oracle.com/Enterprise/Tools/schemas/M183895.V1">
    <env:Header>
    <ns1:Security>
    <ns1:UsernameToken>
    <ns1:Username>UserName</ns1:Username>
    <ns1:Password>XXXXXXX</ns1:Password>
    </ns1:UsernameToken>
    </ns1:Security>
    </env:Header>
    <env:Body>
    <ns2:Get__CompIntfc__U_FA_CSA_STDTA_CI>
    <ns2:EMPLID>012345678912</ns2:EMPLID>
    </ns2:Get__CompIntfc__U_FA_CSA_STDTA_CI>
    </env:Body>
    </env:Envelope>
    Here's the Java code that I'm using to try to make the same call:
    public void callIWebservice(String emplId){
    cSA_STDNT_DATA = new CSA_STDNT_DATA();
    CI_U_FA_CSA_STDTA_CI_PortType port = cSA_STDNT_DATA.getCI_U_FA_CSA_STDTA_CI_Port();
    Map<String, Object> requestContext = ((BindingProvider)port).getRequestContext();
    requestContext.put(BindingProvider.USERNAME_PROPERTY, "UserName");
    requestContext.put(BindingProvider.PASSWORD_PROPERTY,"XXXXXXX");
    GetCompIntfcUFACSASTDTACITypeShape CiType = new GetCompIntfcUFACSASTDTACITypeShape();
    EMPLIDTypeShape emplIDType = new EMPLIDTypeShape();
    emplIDType.setValue(emplId);
    CiType.setEMPLID(emplIDType);
    try {
    GetCompIntfcUFACSASTDTACIResponseTypeShape response = port.getDATA(CiType);
    System.out.println(response.getCUMGPA());
    } catch (M464939V1 e) {
    System.out.println(e.getFaultInfo());
    But, alas, I just get the ClientTransportException.
    Is the Bindingprovider interface the correct way to add the soap security headers? Or am I following the wrong path?
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  • Problems creating a web service that uses the report generation toolkit

    Hi,
           Im trying to develop a web service using labview 2013.
    I create a html form that is correctly communicating with my labview method and part of the web service functionality is to create a report from the data obtained in the html form published.
    I realized that using the report generation toolkit inside of the web service method the server cannot generate a report. ( If I run the same Vi before publishing the web service it works on the server but it doesnt work after I deploy it)
    I thought that maybe Im unable to use the report generation toolkit VIs inside of the web service because Im not incluiding the (dynamic VIs labview uses when they run), I tried to add the excel dynamic library to the proyect but with no success.
    I also tried to use VI SERVER to call a VI that generates the report using the report generation toolkit  in the method that runs when the web service is call but  it doesnt work either.
    How can I deploy a web service able to use  the report generation toolkit ?, how can I deploy a web service able to use VI server ?
    Any help is really appreciated.

    The issue you are running into is actually a limitation intended by Microsoft.  They don't want windows services to be able to call into the ActiveX interface for Microsoft Office for security reasons.  If you are deploying your web service to the NI Application Web Server on Windows you will run into this problem since the web server is a Windows Service.
    While I haven't tested this, you may be able to work around this by packaging your Web service with a LabVIEW EXE rather than deploying to the NI Application Web server.

  • Problem creating j2ee web service

    Hello. I'm having an issue deploying a given java class as a web service. I believe that problem is caused because, in the generated WSDL, the target namespace is set via the package name (i.e. http://myapplication.mycompany.com ), which is not a valid host. I tried changing every occurrence of that URL, in the WSDL, to the context root of my local host, but it still can't resolve the bindings. Xacute ( LoginName As string ,  LoginPassword As string ,  InputParams As InputParams ) As Rowset
    I think this is because my visual studio is not authenticated with the xMII server. So is there any way to achieve this? I have to find a way to generate a .NET proxy for out xMII web services because otherwise it would be too complicated to use the web services from within our .NET applications.
    Thanks in advance for any hint on this topic!

    Two comments:
    1) The generated proxy looks correct.  If you explore the generated code for the InputParams object and the Rowset object, they should represent the incoming and outgoing data structures for your transaction.  If not, and if you are returning an XML property type from the transaction, be sure that you have used the "Assign Reference Document" technique to tell MII what the structure of your outgoing document is (there are a few other discussion threads on that topic).
    2) Personally, I find it much easier to consume MII services from .NET code using a URL-based technique instead of a SOAP based technique.  Invoke the "Runner" servlet (see the documentation) and you'll get an XML document back, that will always be in the MII Rowsets/Rowset/Row format.  Also, it is "self describing" because it includes Column metadata information.  It is very trivial to load this into a .NET XmlDocument object and parse/process it.  In fact, doing a similar approach, I've been able to make MII services appear as ADO.NET tables/stored procedures to .NET code.

                  FileOutputStream os = new FileOutputStream("C:/HONDUTEL/recibo.log");
                    //  FileOutputStream os = new FileOutputStream("C:/HONDUTEL/CEIBENA/recibo.log");
                    PrintStream ps = new PrintStream(os);
                    ps.println(" ORGANIZACION DE DESARROLLO EMPRESARIAL FEMENINO");
                    ps.println("                      O D E F      ");
                    ps.println(" ========================================       ");

                    ps.println("           V A L O R   P A G A D O     = " + valortotalapagar.getValue().toString());
                    ps.close();
    String filename = ("C:/HONDUTEL/recibo.log"); // THIS IS THE FILE I WANT TO PRINT
                    PrintRequestAttributeSet pras = new HashPrintRequestAttributeSet();
                    DocFlavor flavor = DocFlavor.INPUT_STREAM.AUTOSENSE; // MY FILE IS .txt TYPE
                    PrintService printService[] =
                            PrintServiceLookup.lookupPrintServices(flavor, pras);
                    PrintService defaultService =
                            PrintServiceLookup.lookupDefaultPrintService();
                    PrintService servicex = ServiceUI.printDialog(null, 200, 200,
                            printService, defaultService, flavor, pras);
                    if (service != null) {
                        DocPrintJob job = servicex.createPrintJob();
                        FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream(filename);

                        Doc doc = new SimpleDoc(fis, flavor, das);
                        job.print(doc, pras);
                        Thread.sleep(10000);

  • How to create a Web Dynpro Project from Downloaded zip file?

    Hi,
    I have been working in Java Web Dynpro for last 1 month but not able
    to create any Web Dynpro from Downloaded zip file?
    Can anybody tell me how to create a Java Web Dynpro Project from
    Donloaded zip code?
    Regards
    Kaushik Banerjee

    Hi Kaushik,
    You can add the existing zip file into your workspace by the following way -
    First open the NWDS and create a new project by clicking file -> new -> Project -> Simple -> Project
    and then File -> Import -> zipfile and then browse the zip file into the newly created project.
    or else you can also unzip the zip file into a folder and then Use the option of Import an exisitng project into workspace. You can find this in the File-> import -> Existing project into workspace. and then use the Browse option to browse to the existing folder.
    After importing the project you need to rebuild the project

  • Workshop 10.0.1 - Generating service control from a WSDL file

    Hi!
    I've been familiarising myself with Workshop (version 10.0.1).
    There is a feature that allows the generation of a web service control by right-clicking a WSDL file (Web Services > Generate Service Control).
    This process creates a jar file containing the WSDL's complex type.
    My only problem with this is that the jar uses the namespaces as package names (for example: www.openuri.org will be converted into an org.openuri package).
    I've been searching for a way to customize the package names, but I've been unable to find it. We previously used Axis to generate a web service client, and we ran an Ant task that could map namespaces to packages.
    Would there be a way to achieve this in Workshop?
    Thank you!

    Hi
    This is a known issue and a limitation. Service controls doesn't honor xsdconfig files when generated from wsdl file.
    We have an enhancement request CR307698 pending to address this issue. It looks like it's a big change in code to get this working so it is being looked at in the next release.
    Also, you can call BEA support / create a case in future and request status on this CR anytime.

  • Consuming web service in ABAP  using wsdl file  (need to use PI 7.1)

    Hi ,
      I am from Basis team , currently  one of our Developr(ABAP)  generating  ABAP Proxy using wsdl file (non-SAP)  within R/3 system and using it in his ABAP program to access  a Non-SAP system . In this process the only thing he is gettnig from Basis is creating Logical Port using SOAMANAGER.
      Now  we have  our PI 7.1 systems ,  we would like to leverage PI 7.1 systems for this process . But  ABAP developer doesn't have any idea about PI Development related activities , hence he is depending on Basis .
      Can  you please let me know  how we can leverage  PI 7.1 systems in this process ??
       I have already  configured ABAP Proxy on ECC system  mentioned PI 7.1 as Integration server( Ref :
    /people/vijaya.kumari2/blog/2006/01/26/how-do-you-activate-abap-proxies)
    ECC version : 6.0 EHP1
    PI 7.1
                                                                                    ECC  <->  PI <--> Non-SAP system
