Problem during SAP Solution Manager Migration - create secure store

Hi all,
I have a problem during a migration of my SAP SOLUTION MANAGEER from Linux ORACLE to AIX 6.1 ORACLE 10.2.0.4
Release SOLUTION MANAGER 4.0 KERNEL 700
I have done the export of the database and now i start with the import.
SAPINST stopped at Create Secure Store phase and this is the log of SercureStoreCreate.log file.

A problem on Sap Solution Manager

Hi all,
I got a problem with Sap Solution manager and i hope that you will be able to help me
Ill try to do my best to be understood in English =)
So, here is my goal :
I want to use SolMan as a workbench for test with eCATT. I made a very simple test with the transaction SECATT : A script for a customer creation by the transaction XD01.
This script works well, so Ive done the test configuration, the Test data and the system data.
At this point, I dont have any problem. If I launch the test, it works. (Important point maybe : I work in remote from an environnement dedicated to SolMan toward a production one).
When I try to put this test in SolMan, there appear my problems.
I dont really know SolMan for the moment, but it seems that I have to begin by the transaction SOLAR01 which lead me to the Business blueprint change. But I cant modify anything in it, as the system always tells me the following error : You cannot change (or There are no) Structure nodes.
Maybe Im not going in the good way, but I try every transaction in SolMan, like Configuration, Test plan management or project overview & Administration. I filled all field I could, but its not working for the moment.
I just want to know how to get my test in a workbench, in a test plan on SolMan
Can you help me ?

What I understand from your contribution: You do not seem to have a problem working with the Test Workbench in general but would like to know how to work with the Test Workbench as integral part of SAP Solution Manager.
The basic idea of SAP Solution Manager is that you have the possibility of doing a process-oriented testing (instead of straight module or functioned-oriented testing with regular Test Workbench functionality).
This is why in SAP Solution Manager you would start of with setting up a project (in transaction SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN), in which you define a process-oriented blueprint structure in the next step (transaction SOLAR01) and attach test cases to your process-oriented structure (in transaction SOLAR02) afterwards.

Problem installing SAP solution Manager

Hello,
I want to install SAP Solution Manager on a LINUX system.
My system information is:

If I follow the installation manual and start sapinst nothing happens as you could see in the log below. If I start "./startInstGui.sh" I get an error message. Does any body have an idea what is wrong on my system why the installation GUI is not starting up?
I'll start the installation form the path: /backup/51032955/IM_LINUX_X86_64
The CD number I use is 51032955.

I suggest (to be clean) - start from the beginning.
Check the installation guide (http://service.sap.com/instguides) - it has a detailed section about what to remove in which directory.
Also check note 171356 - SAP software on Linux: Essential information for other things you need to install/configure (saplocales etc.)
Additionally check your distribution specifc configuration settings in note 722273 - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and 4: Installation and upgrade (Redhat 4.x assumed).
Finally check note 861215 - Recommended Settings for the Linux on AMD64/EM64T JVM for the Java settings after you´ve done your installation.

Adobe Acrobate XI and SecCommerce SecSigner have a problem during signing of a document, creating/verification of the signature is not possible - solutions? SecSigner is not responding.

Well, I contacted SecCommerce about the issue, the response was, that I should sign the file later (afterwards). This is a solution, but not the best in my opinion.
When I sign the document the SecSigner window/Java window appears and freezes. Adobe is not responding. I have to terminate Adobe because the program is not responding.
I only found this support website, so I have realized that this is a User 2 User site, but it was a try to get some help.

SAP Solution Manager SR1 with MSSQL on W2K3 IA32 - Problem with Kernel

we are implementing a sandbox in order to test the SAP Solution Manager 4.0 SR1 with MSSQL on W2K3 IA32. Therefore we ordered the installation CD for the above mentioned configuration. Instead of getting the SAP NETWEAVER Kernel SR1 we got SR2. Now we have the problem, that the installation program SAPINST is requesting the SR1- Kernel.
Unforunately the SR1-Kernel seems no longer available in the download section.
It would be fine to get a suggestion how to solve the problem.

thanks for the hint, I have already checked the LABEL.ASC. I have no LABEL.ASC-Key for the SAP Netweaver 2004s SR1, so it would be a possibilty to substitue this key. But neverhteless, I think, there should be another official procedure in order to use the SR2 instead of the old SR1. I have contacted Klaus Billing at SAP as recommended in the OSS Note 918078. 1. Did you select java path (Export CD/DVD) while intsallation? Check once again.
2. Add JAVA_HOME = Java path in environment variable.
3. What is the exact error, you got it, post error here.

Error in installation of Sap Solution Manager - AIX / Oracle

We are installing SAP Solution Manager in Operating System is AIX 5.3 and Database System is Oracle 10.2
After the Oracle Installation, in the phase of Abap Import (16 of 44), we are
receiving the follow error message:

R3load -testconnect failed while installing SAP Solution manager

I'm trying to install sap solution manager, it gets to "abap import" and then gives an error. I think there is a problem with database connection.

EWA: error message in CRM check for SAP Solution Manager system

In EWA report for SAP Solution Manager system I have seen error message: Many CSA* inbound queues in error status were detected in your system. As a result of this BDocs have not been delivered. And then table

Hi,
Usually problems with hanaging CSA* queues are caused because too many
indiviaual queues are created for the qRFC resources to handle. You can
limit the number of queues as described in note 763680.
Note 763680 would be useful if all of your qRFC resourcesa are in use
when you have a great number of queues. With a large number of dialog
WPs on the system it would probably make sense to reduce the amount
as described in the note.
the casue when you have this problem would be to check SMQR -> GOTO ->
qRFC resources. You can also see if most of your dailog WPs are in use
in SM50.
Also refer to note 758677.
Please schedule report RSQIWKEX (Inbound) to run as described in the
note.
And since your title has mentioned that the EWA is on your CRM satellite system; this maybe a further good reference too
When you replicate lots of data from CRM to R/3, there could be a qRFC
resource problem. In this case, the numebr of queues created can be
reduced by implementing the attached note 356228, particularly solution
2.
For CSA* queues is slightly different from the one decribed in note;
this is because the CSA queues exchange data within the CRM system.
The steps described should be followed, except that table SMOFQFIND
must be used instead of CRMQNAMES. In this table, fields TR_SNAEMS and
SEGM_FLD are equivalent to the CRMQNAMES fieds BAPISTRUCT and BAPIFLD
respectively. It should be possible to follow the solution 2 in the
note as long as you use SMOFQFIND instead of CRMQNAMES.

Configure ECC 6.0 EHP4 in SAP Solution Manager SP15

Hi all,
I just upgrade a system from R/3 4.6c to SAP ECC 6.0 EHP4 NW 7.01. I want to configure the system in SAP Solution Manager just upgraded to SP15. But I don't understand how I must to configure the system and to assign a logical component. It seems not to be the same possibilities between System configuration and Logical configuration.
For system configuration I can choose product version EHP4 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 / NW7.01 and a full list of usage type
For logical component I only found product SAP ERP ENHANCE PACKAGE and a very short list of version and usage type (??)
Is someone know if it is normal or if it is necessary to patch solution manager ?
Is ther a documentation existing to configure ERP EHP4 systems ??

I have not seen any document to configure EHP4 systems specfically.
I do not think, Solman SP15 should create any problem in that. But, since you are upgrading your landscape to EHP4, so why leave solman to SP15 instead of Ehp1 (SP18/19/20)...

Hi Sanjan,
let me provide you some more information.
First of all you create a SAP Solution Manager Project in Transaction SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN. I think this should be no problem. After creating the Project, make sure that the tap "Test Cases" is switched on in this project. The tap "Test Cases" is the tap below "Project Standards".
Go to transaction "solar02" and choose your created project. Find the tap "Test Cases" and upload a sample file. Please note that the configuration structure of this project can be configured in solar01 (Business Blueprint). There are many settings you can choose in a project regarding ti your requirements. Try to find them out! :-)
In transaction Test Plan Management (STWB_2) you can choose all relevant test cases you uploaded in your project and generate Test Packages which are mapped to your choosen Testers.
In Transaction stwb_work you will see the testers workbench.

However the result is same, I got same error.

I have tried with following condition.
I've copied image from DVD to
C:\EXP1
C:\EXP2
C:\EXP3
C:\EXP4
(C: is local drive)
Then compared all copied files in the local drive and DVD image. Verified all files are identical. also made all files and folder under those folder have R/W permission.
However I still get same error. ( I did this from fresh OS and new installation as well)
I used filemon.exe during installation to monitor file access. During other step of the installation, files under EXP1,2,3,4 were accessed successfully.
