Problem in calling a selection-screen

Hi Friends,
    Please see the code below.
when r_rbr = 'X', I'm calling sel screen 100.
when r_cvr = 'X', I'm calling selection screen 200.
Now the problem is that when I call screen 100 or 200 & press BACK button, even then also it goes to start of selection.Please help.

Now, what I want to do is that the program will call a selection-screen based on a given variable(v_compflag). But its generating an error saying that 'error generating the selection-screen'. Why is this so?

i have radio button and based on the radio button i need to make the date field as mandatory.
When i tried this with at selection screen on radio button group XXX, itu2019s not triggering.

Effect:
This addition specifies that the input field is displayed as a radio button in the first position on the selection screen, and the output field is displayed next to it on the right. The radio button is selected if the value of para is "X" or "x". Otherwise, it is not selected.
group is used to define the radio button group for the parameter. The name group is entered directly as a character string with a maximum of 4 characters. Within a selection screen, there must be a minimum of two parameters in the same radio button group. There cannot be more than one radio button group with the same name in one program, even if they are defined in different selection screens.
The parameter must be specified with the type c and length 1. Explicit length specification using len is not permitted. If the addition TYPE is used, it can only be followed by the generic type c or a non-generic data type of type
In a radio button group, only one parameter can be defined with the addition DEFAULT, and the specified value must be "X". By default, the first parameter in a radio button group is set to the value "X", and the rest are set to " ".
The addition USER-COMMAND can be used to assign a function code fcode to the first parameter in a radio button group. The function code fcode must be specified directly, and have a maximum length of 20 characters. To evaluate the function code, an interface work area of the structure SSCRFIELDS from the ABAP Dictionary must be declared using the statement TABLES. When the user selects any radio button of the radio button group on the selection screen, the runtime environment triggers the event AT SELECTION-SCREEN and transfers the function code fcode to the component ucomm of the interface work area sscrfields. If a function code used in the GUI status of the selection screen is specified for fcode, the selection screen processing is affected accordingly.
Note:
It is recommended to define the radio buttons of a radio button group directly underneath each other. If the selection screen also contains other elements, it is recommended to define each radio button group within a block surrounded by a frame.

Calling the selection screen of the calling program after the execution of

Hi all,
I had created a program for a purchase order display.
It has three radio-buttons from where i am calling different programs.
I am using submit in the calling program and get parameter in at selection-screen output of the called program.
I am getting the end report without the display of the selection screen of called program. But when i am clicking back on the end-report then i want to come back on the selection screen of the calling program. But i am coming out of the execution.
Can anyone please tell me how to call the selection screen.

Hi, when you do the SUMBIT statement, make sure that you are using the extension........ AND RETURN.
Submit <report> <b>AND RETURN</b>.
This should return control to the caller.

i am getting the data from MAKT and displaying it in the list output having a button EMAIL.
When I press that button it should call a selection screen asking the user to enter EMAIL id .

I would like to call a selection screen from a function module or method. I understand it is not possible by the definition. Are there any alternative options as I am looking for the Variants Save option on the screen. Any thoughts?

Since i don't know your exact requirements (standard SAP selection screen? your own selection screen?) the onl;y thing i can come up with is:
1. in your function pool create your own screen with a subscreen area
2. create your own selection screen as a subscreen.
3. include the selection subscreen in the first screen
4. call the first screen in your function.

Problem with the default selection screen condition

I have got some problem with the default screen given by the PNP logical database, P0000 infotype automatically populated according to the condition given in default screen.

Don know what u r trying to acheive.
1) when u have specified PNP in the logical databse field of attributes of program, the SAP wil proivde u default PNP screen and here u can also add ur paramters if u want.
2) in the program u have to declare like
INFOTYPES: 0000,0001. "Etc
for all the infotypes u want to use in the program.
3) it is the GET PERNR event which wil fil all the p0000 and p0001 (internal tables for al the infotypes declared via INFOTYPES syntax as shown above)
4) after tht get pernr, u now have data in P tables and u can use it for further reporting.

Problem with user defined selection-screens

Hi,
in my case, i have a default selection screen and a user defined selection screen. Now, after selecting a radio button in default selection screen, the user defined selection screen is called. after executing it report output is displayed. now if i press f3 (back) it is going to default selection screen. here my requirement is, when i press f3 it should go to the user defined selection.
Can u plz help me solve this.

Any modifications to screen 1000 will be lost the next time the program is generated.
When the user hits the back key from the report output, your ABAP is restarted just like when you originally started it. That is why you are getting the default selection screen again.
Use the AT USER-COMMAND event. When BACK is hit from the report, use the SUBMIT command to re-execute the program, passing it the selections from the default selection screen. Leave out the RETURN option.

Problem in using at selection-screen output

Hai Frnds,
I am using 5 parameters in the selection screen . I am entering data in the 4 input fields. Then I am doing concatenate 4 fileds data into the 5th field in the event AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT, but my problem is When ever i click ENTER , then only 5th field is updating. With out ENTER key , Is it possible update 5th filed.

We can restrict the functionality of ENTER.
User the Concatenation in AT SELECTION-SCREEN EVENT
because AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT is triggered before
selection screen is displayed.Below code will definitly work.

Problem in Submit via selection screen statement

Dear Experts,
I have designed selection screen and a dialog screen 100. I am passing the selection screen values to dialog screen using Selection screen via selection screen statement. When i tried to change the values in dialog screen, it is not allowing me to do so and the values are not refreshed.
I have searched the SDN Forum, but not able to find the suitable thread.

I have used the below statement to pass values the values from selection screen to dialog screen (Created as an Executable program)

Dialog screen is created as an executable program where i have created two subscreen area and populating the Selection Screen as subscreen by using the below statement:
selection-screen begin of screen <subscreen no.> as subscreen.
selection-screen end of screen <subscreen no.>.
The problem i am facing is that the values of selection screen are getting populated in the dialog screen. But when i tried to change the input values in the dialog selection screen. I am unable to do that and it is not showing the new entered values. Only the previous values are shown (got from selection screen from Submit via selection screen statement).

Calling the Selection screen in the Interactive report

Hello,
this is urgent requirement.
I need to call the selection in the interactive report.
my requirement is i have to display list of the table name which is stored in the table DD20T.
in basic list i have to display all the table name.
if i double click the table name that the key field of the particular table with select option should display in the secondary list.
so please help me.

Go for Drill down report.
call transaction SE16 or SE16N. pass the tables to the transaction.
exp code:
DATA : lv_field(10) TYPE c VALUE 'MARA'.
WRITE : lv_field.
AT LINE-SELECTION.
SET PARAMETER ID 'DTB' FIELD lv_field.
CALL TRANSACTION 'SE16' AND SKIP FIRST SCREEN.

How to call dynamic selection screen from another report

i have transaction ZFAGLL03.
it has got standard selection screen.. and dynamic selection screen...
i am calling this transaction from another report, now how do i display this dynamic selection screen.....
