Dear Phani,
<i>my quetion is were will i get the data and how can i declare it</i> - you will generate inbound proxy for inbound msg interface of your scenario of IR........then in the generated class, you will have export parameters which will be nested structure containing your data type records...............then in the execute_async method of this class, you can handle your this data.......

Communication problem with proxy server
We have establish the configuration of an iPad to access the enterprise net, but when trying to access any webpage we get the next message: Safari can not open the page. Error:"There is a communication problem with proxy web server (HTTP)"
The access has no problems with other movile devices.
Ahy help?Hi,
I am not sure whether you have already solved the problem or not....
Do the following to deploy MobileBIService.war file on tomcat
1.Stop Tomcat Web application server.
2.Copy the file, MobileBIService.war from [Install directory]\Mobile 14\Client to the Tomcat's "Webapps" directory.
In my case, I copied the MobileBIService.war from C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Mobile14\Client to C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Tomcat6\webapps. ( I used BO 4.0 SP02)
3. Start Tomcat.
Restarting Tomcat would automatically deploy war file as a Web App
One folder u201CMobileBiServiceu201D will appear in webapps folder when MobileBIService.war is deployed successfully.
Hope it helps.

Ankur -

Hello,
in our company we use Internet Explorer 8... (i know...) We also have a proxy and 4 DNS servers. Last weekend we suddenly had an issue where internet pages could not be loaded. When we did some testing with Wireshark we saw that it took a long time to query
www.google.com or www.microsoft.com. The query went from the first DNS server to the second and so on. This behaviour was shown on Windows 2008 R2 servers with Citrix and also the workstations and laptops with Windows 7.
When we deleted the DNS servers from the network settings and set the proxy ip-adres in the browser the problem was solved. So the problem had to be in DNS.
After that we deleted the list of Root Hints and the problem seemed to be solved. However, when we look in wireshark we still see that external addresses are queried againts our local DNS servers. In internet explorer we have a policy active where the proxy
is set. We have two proxies and the problem exists with both of them.
So the question is, why does IE8 still query all four DNS servers even when we have a proxy? Why is there a lot of delay there?
Thanks!Hi,
Generally, if you configure IE with an explicit proxy:
1.User types an address
2.The address is checked for string matches against the IE proxy exceptions list
a. If matching a bypassed entry, DNS is used to resolve the name, and the client connects directly to the target IP address on port 80 (assumed), then sends a request like:
GET /something.htm HTTP/1.1
Host: fulldomainame.example.com
b. If non matching, continue
3.The client connects to its configured proxy and sends a request of the form:
GET http://fulldomainname.example.com/something.htm HTTP/1.1
(this use of the FQDN in the URL is one way you can tell that a client thinks it's talking to a proxy instead of a real web server)
4.The proxy resolves the name, connects to the target site, etc, etc
So what’s your configuration of proxy?

Sender file Adapter, problem with proxy authentication
HI all,
i'm having some problems with the following scenario, i need to configure a sender file adapter which connects to a FTP server. To connect this FTP server i need to set a proxy (and so a username and a password), and i don't know how to do.
From note 821267 seems that the proxy is not supported for an FTP adapter, but the are some workaround like the ones described in the following link
Re: Proxy server inFTP adapter
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=57137
They don't work in my case as i need to se two username (the one for proxy and the one for the ftp server) and i cannot force the proxy use for all XI applications.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks a lot
AldoProxy is necessary to exit the customer local intranet. It's not possible to go outside network without going through the proxy server.
I cannot set the proxy server in file adapter as it's not supported like described in SAp note, a possible workarounf is to force the proxy server in the J2ee stack but in this way all PI calls would use that proxy.. -
Problem with proxy in 10.8.2
Hi everyone, I have a problem, I can't visit webs trough a proxy with profiles no admins in Mac OS 10.8.2. Do you know how to solve?.
Sorry for my english :-)Hi,
At OS X 10.8.2 the Messages app receives and update (to become version 7.0.1)
At this point it needs the Mac Serial Number to be present on the Logic/Mother board.
You can check in the Apple Menu > About this Mac.
Click twice on the line that tell you the OS X level.
It will change to the Build Number then to the Serial Number.
If it is not present then you will need to Visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP).

Problem in Proxy to FIle senario.
Hi ,
I have a simple proxy to file senario, which is working fine.
The problem is that i have to put one more file on the FTP server which has some text of 7 characters that denotes that the Proxy was successful. This second file should only be created after the the first file is successfully created.
One of the solutions is to create to create one more proxy and put the two proxies into a specific queue so they are triggered one after the another.
Do you have any other solution expect this ??
Thanks.
Harpreet DaphuHarpreet.... You do not need two proxies.... Create one proxy with a flag
the purpose of the flag is to indicate whether the record sent is the message payload or the last control record(success/Failure..).. Map the structure of the proxy according to your original msg and the control record.
Use interface determination to specify both the mapping....Make sure that you specify the original fsg first and chk the maintain order option...so the control rec is posted only if the msg record is succesful
Alternativbely make the proxy EOIO..
here is a link to help you with Proxy EOIO -> /people/arulraja.ma/blog/2006/08/18/xi-reliable-messaging-150-eoio-in-abap-proxies
You still need two mapping...but u dont need the maintain order option.
I personallly would tryu the first option..

Proxy Problem The proxy server is refusing connections
I run Windows XP. I did have a Cybot backdoor Activity attack intercepted by Norton Internet Security and I used the Norton NPE to remove it from the computer. I do not know if this caused the proxy problem or not.
There is no proxy problem connecting to the internet through Internet Explorer just through Mozilla Firefox.
When Mozilla Firefox tries to connect to the internet I get the following message:
Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.
Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is
working.
In Mozilla I click Tools, options, advanced, network, settings. Under settings Proxy is set on manual, it says that there is no proxy for the figures typed in.
So I click auto detect proxy and I then can connect to internet through Mozilla, however when I log out of the internet, the same proxy server issue is recreated.
What should the Proxy setting be?You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"
See "Firefox connection settings":

Certificate problem in Proxy Server (ODSEE 11g)
I am having a problem adding a CA Certificate to the Proxy Server. I followed the steps in the documentation, however I get the error: "keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Public keys in reply and keystore don't match".
From what I have read, this error means that the alias name I am using when I add the new certificate is already being used. As per the documentation...
When you request a CA-signed certificate, a temporary self-signed certificate is created. When you receive and install the CA-signed certificate from the CA, the new certificate replaces the temporary self-signed certificate.
... and this does happen. However when I bring in the new cert to replace... I get the mentioned error.
If I use a different alias, it doesn't give me an error. However, I can't see it when I use the "dpadm list-certs" command (although it is there when I use the keytool command). More importantly, the "defaultservercert" is still the certificate being used when accessing the server.
So the big question is... How do I get the Proxy Server to use the new CA Certificate?
I've tried using the keytool command in many different ways, and it fails each time. Lesson learned: don't mess with the keystore via keytool. Any changes made are not recognized by the Proxy Server.
I don't have access to this Proxy Server via DSCC because I do not have the password for the account running the services (a restriction made by the client), so it all to be done via CLI.
The operating system is Oracle Solaris 10 8/11 s10s_u10wos_17b SPARC.

[yet another] problem with proxy
On my PC, sometimes I am connected directly to the Internet and sometimes via VPN. In the latter case, all Internet traffic goes via http/https/socks proxy. In either of these situations Skype works well, but...
The is a problem when I disconnect from VPN, that is:
1. I am connected directly to the Internet
2. Skype is working well
4. I connect to VPN
5. Bang...Skype gets disconnected and does not manage to re-connect
6. I re-start Skype and everything is OK (that is, Skype starts working via proxy)
Funny thing is, that in the opposite direction (when I start Skype while connected to VPN and than disconnect the VPN tunnel), Skype manages to detect this (probably because the VPN network interface goes down) and re-connects automatically. However, it cannot re-connect automatically when VPN tunnel is established.finally ive got some one suffering in same problem.
hei buddy me also having the same prob.

during recording there is no prob
but when i play the tracks my new recorded track started to get faster then the previous track

Problem: ABAP Proxy Client Sending to XI - Message lost
Hi all,
I got a problem, concerning ABAP Proxy Client.
I have done the following:
1. Created an outbound interface in XI 3.0, sp14
2. Created Proxy for this in ABAP using sproxy
3. Created ABAP pgm to call this proxy
4. Maintained SM59 http destination to XI
(RFC Dest:INTEGRATIONSERVER TYPE H)
5. Sender r/3 system is WAS 640
6. I also did sxmb_adm in Sender System to have Integration Engine URL pointing to XI System.
7. I registered/ activated queues in SXMB_ADM.
8. SICF service is active for defalt/xi/engine in both Sender and target systems.
I allready have ABAP Proxy Server running...
My Proxy Client seems to run.., running my report (based on the ABAP Proxy Client Weblog from SDN)I get a sy-subrc 0 and no error, bot I can't see no message in XI. Neither in SXMB_MONI, nor in RWB checking Message-Monitoring
Can someone please tell me what is going wrong and where I could check for my messages?
Thanks in advance, DanielHi Daniel -
Looks like you've done the major tasks for this to work. A couple of things however...
For proxies, Type H is the correct RFC Dest type. However, don't know if it's a typo, but the 'Dest:INTEGRATIONSERVER' should have '//' like 'Dest://INTEGRATIONSERVER'.
Also, confirm that your are using the correct port in your destination. You should use the integration server's ICM port, not the J2EE server port. You can confirm this in SMICM, then Goto-->Services. You may already have this; I just didn't see it specified in your description.

Problem in Proxy to middleware
Hi Guys,
i am created abap proxy in CRM 2007 by calling Wizard.Now after creation of proxy a class is generated with its method PROCESS.then i did some coding in extract program for the requirement and used the method of the created class.
Now the problem is after successful execution of the extraction program nothing is appearing in middleware.
i couldn't understand why it's happening?Please suggest me anything i am missing or anything more i need to do.
Good solution will be rewarded.
Thanks
snehasish DasHi,
Did you configure the connectivity right ? in SM59, http destinations [if you are using SAP Middleware-PI ?
Can you check the messages in SXMB_MONI of your sender system ? does it show any messages ?
I think the problem is, queues are not registered/activated. For this, go to transacttion in SMQR in your Sender Application System and register all the queues, then run your extract..
hope it works, moorthy -
JAX-RPC client problems and proxy
I have deployed a JAX-RPC service in JBoss, but on the client side, I am getting NullPointerException when I attempt to access the service. I believe I'm not creating the proxy in the client properly. Where I need help is:
1. What should the proper ENDPOINT URI be for the service (my variable "destination" shown below).
2. What should the code in createProxy() look like?

vehicleInfoServiceInf = (VehicleInfoServiceIF)stub;
catch (Exception ex)
statusMessage = "Error creating Proxy stub: " + ex.getMessage();
private static Stub createProxy()
return(Stub)(new VehicleInfoService_Impl());To reply to own posting, I finally discovered that I had a problem with my config.xml file. Once I corrected that, I was able to modify the createProxy entry to:
private static Stub createProxy()
return(Stub)(new testacp.VehicleInfoService_Impl().getVehicleInfoServiceIFPo
rt());
Corrected config.xml:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<configuration
xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/jax-rpc/ri/config">
<wsdl location="http://mybox:8080/VehicleInfoService/vehicle?WSDL"
packageName="testsoap"/>
</configuration>
These changes fixed my problem. With the correct entries in config.xml, I no longer got compile errors with "getVehicleInfoServiceIFPort Not Found". -
Problem in Proxy call from an application deployed in J2EE engine
Hi,
I am trying Java Sender Proxy --> XI --> DB.
I have generated o/b proxies using integration builder.
<b>Following is the code that i am using for proxy call and it runs absolutely fine when runnning stand alone</b>
<code Controller.java>
Properties p = new Properties();
p.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY,"com.sap.engine.services.jndi.InitialContextFactoryImpl");
p.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "server:50004");
p.put(Context.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL, "Administrator");
p.put(Context.SECURITY_CREDENTIALS, "password");
ctx = new InitialContext(p);
ref = ctx.lookup("sap.com/ProxySenderEAR/UsersSyncMI_PortTypeBean");
queryOutHome = (UsersSyncMI_PortTypeHome) PortableRemoteObject.narrow(ref, UsersSyncMI_PortTypeHome.class);
queryOutRemote = queryOutHome.create();
UserDT_Type reqtype = new UserDT_Type();
reqtype.setUsername(name);
reqtype.setPassword(pwd);
UsersDBMTResponse_Type response = queryOutRemote.usersSyncMI(reqtype);
role = response.getRole();
</code>
I am including this java file(Controller.java) in the same EJB project ProxyEJB which includes
my beans and home/local/remote interfaces.
Then I have created a Web Module Project ProxyWeb, that includes Proxy.jsp.
In proxy.jsp i am using the following code
<%
Controller obj = new Controller();
String name = request.getParameter("uname");
String password = request.getParameter("pwd");
String role = obj.getRole(name,password);
%>
Then I have included both ProxyWeb and ProxyEJB in ProxyEAR file, created Enterprise Archive and Deployed in J2EE engine.
and when I call the jsp...i am not getting expected result.
When i am debugging the code using try catch blocks for the controller.java...I observed that
Problem occured at :
<code>
queryOutHome = (UsersSyncMI_PortTypeHome) PortableRemoteObject.narrow(ref, UsersSyncMI_PortTypeHome.class);
queryOutRemote = queryOutHome.create();
</code>
what i am not able to uderstand is that ...when it is working fine when calling from standalone ...then
why it's giving me problems when deployed in j2ee engine...
note: I am using all required jars for XI.(included in ProxyEJB).And I have used NetWeaver Developer Studio for the above EAR,WAR projects.
Kindly suggest,
Regards
VedavyasThe JNDI call is different when you call an EJB from inside the J2EE.
ctx = new InitialContext();
ref = ctx.lookup("java:comp/env/<JNDI-Name>");

Problem about "proxy to web service"
Hi, I designed a scenario to test proxy2WS but faced a problem, my steps design are as follows:
1. import the WSDL file
2. create 2 message types (request and response)
3. create a outbound service interface which use the message types
4. create a inbound service interface which use the external message from imported WSDL file
5. create a request message mapping between the designed request message designed by myself and the external request message imported
6. create a response message mapping between the designed response message designed by myself and the external response message imported
7. create a interface mapping between the outbound and inbound messages and use the message mappings for them
8. config the necessary elements in the configuration time
9. generate ABAP proxy code to test proxy2WS
