Problem in reading current user's mydocuments directory in Windows 2k/XP.

Hi everybody!
I'm reading some files from the current user's mydocuments. It is working fine with Windows 2K/XP english version. And my program is showing files and directories in right way. But when I run the same program on Windows 2K/XP polish language version, then my program is not reading the current user's mydocuments directory and giving me file not found error. I think the problem is in polish language. Might be the name of mydocuments in polish is different. But still I cant figure out the core issue. if I'm doing any thing wrong. Please guide me in this regard.
Please also let me know that how can I get the full path of mydocuments of current user dynamically.
I'm using following code to get the respective directory names:
//User's Home Directory
public static String m_strUserHomePath = System.getProperty("user.home");
//Program's Base Directory
public static String str_ProgramBasePath = System.getProperty("user.dir");
public static String m_strMyDocuments = m_strUserHomePath + "/My Documents/";

This is windows specific. You can't do windows specific stuff using Java unless you use some native library.
My suggestion: forget about my documents and use your own directory. Most applications use a directory such as '.APPNAME'. For example netbeans uses a directory '.netbeans' . That way your app is cross platform.
